I order a swimsuit but it is way too small. I tried contacting them about a refund and they refuse to respond. they say they have excellent service? well I wasted 20 dolllars, and they will not honor there refunds policy. I tried email, live chat and they say I should contact customer service an agent but they wont give me their number. Then I tried to log in and they will not allow me to log in.

Purchased item for wife. It did not fit and she didn't like it. Item is also cheaply made. Modlily won't accept a return or exchange. They offered to "let me keep it" and they'd refund 50% of my money. Why would we keep it if it doesn't fit AND my wife doesn't like it, I asked? Wished I had read other reviews earlier. They are based in China and won't accept returns. I should have suspected something when they don't have a section for posting customer reviews on their site. Buyer beware.

Ordered 3 bathing suits Feb. 18. one week later feb. 26 finally got an email saying the product was coming. Received it a week after that and only received 2 bathing suits. Contacted them a couple days after that on the phone and was told to give it 3'4 days and they would ship it out. 2 weeks after that, filled out their submit ticket information and I have not heard anything back. In total I paid 126.60 but I cannot tell you how much I paid for each one individually because my emails from this company will not load on my devices. I just want my money back for the bathing suit that they did not send to me. The product was from Modlily.com

I placed an order on line when the company kept popping up on my Facebook account. On Dec 3rd I placed an order for a cute red blouse I planned to wear during the Xmas holiday season. Order #
MM1712041114206983. The package didn't arrive until January and their was no invoices or any other paperwork. The fabric has a noticeable hole and a 'run' in the fabric about 6-8 inches long. I emailed the company and have gotten no response. The telephone number on the web [protected]) is NOT their number. I have been unsuccessful in using their online 'ticket' process. Deplorable service. Should be some other way to take action with this company. I was expecting them to email me a prepaid label since the product is defective.
failure to issue promised refund
On 10/7/17, I placed an order for some women's blouses and jackets, Order Number: MM1710070115174012. This was my first purchase from this company. They confirmed my payment on 10/10/17. On 10/18/17 and 10/23/17, they did a partial shipment of my order. Some was not received and sent back. They then said they sent another order on 11/7. I'm not sure of the date I received everything but it did come in several shipments. I was not happy with any of the products; they were either too small or I didn't like the fabric. I went through their on-line process to return the items and get a full refund. They sent an email back asking if I would accept a 50% refund and keep the items. I said no as I can't use any of the items. They then sent another email asking if I would accept a 80% refund and keep the items. I said okay and planned to simply donate the items to someone who can use them as I surely cannot. It has been about a month and I have received no refund. There is no phone number to contact customer service with this company. The only number I could find for them is for a trucking company, not a clothing company. I will accept the 80% refund or I can simply send everything back for a full refund. It is now after Christmas and the issue is still not resolved with this company. They have live chat but only on pre-orders, not post-orders. Please help.

As there is absolutley no paper work in the two bags of things i have received, going to me, i will not have that much information to give to you. All i do know for sure is i ordered a few items from modlily. Received two packages with the identicle items in them. The same two exact blouses were in the two bags. All though one bag did have three blouse in one bag and the other had a chain to be wearing around my need. But i never figured out how to put it on my neck. I have one more thing that is to be coming also. But when i do receive i am just going write on it return to sender. On my credit card i have two charges on it, one for $64.36 posted to my credit card on 11/15/2017. The second one being is for the tranaction date of 11/14/2017. The amount charged to my american express card is for $111.95. Transaction date is 11/17/2017. Posted to am express is on transaction date is on 11/17/21, posted on 11/19/21. I have also paid $40.00 to return the two bags of idenitcal clothing. So i would like to be refunded the $216.31 to my american express card ending in these last four didgits 2474. Please help me with this matter asap. If i had known they were coming from shanghi china i would have never order the clothing.

Where the heck is my shirt! I ordered this in early October. Today is December 4, 2017. Give me a break! This is ridiculous having to wait this long. I have already paid for it so why haven't I received it!? I am a business owner and I would never do business like this. ModLily keeps sending me "shipment" emails but yet I have not received it. I feel like I have been scammed. I will never order from you again and I will tell everyone I know about your company. I have more than patient in waiting for this item. I recently (February 2018) ordered a bathing suit from Modlily. It arrived within 2 weeks. Like others, there was absolutely no paperwork in the bag. The bathing suit did not fit, so I want to return it to the company (within the 30 days allowed for returns). However, I can't log onto their website to receive an RMA return #. When I click on "forgot password", the website asks for my email address. When I enter my email address, I get an error that says "email address and userid must match". I thought the userid was the email address, as indicated when I log in. I cannot locate a phone number to call them, and the "live chat" only brings me to a place where I need to log in in order to chat with someone. I've never had a problem like this in the past with other company's. Next time, I'll only order from companies I'm familiar with. I've spent enough time on this that I might just write it off, but that isn't right. It should be made easy to contact the company.

This is a disgrace of a service and I am extremely annoyed with the lack of service/communication from the company.

Today I went to the trouble of going a distance to a Post Office. I should them the bag the dress came in with no return label, no address, no packing slip and found it was from China. The post office people couldn't help me either. We went on line and it is such a scam. Obviously they don't want you to return anything and that's why they won't give out an address. To return something to China would cost more that the item I purchased. I want a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MODLILY! I ordered bathing suits and all 4 of them were too small! Their sizing is not American sizes. There was NO packing slip, return address, or paperwork stating where it came from. I have been trying to return these now for over 30 days and no reply to my online request OR telephone. The site states they will contact you within one day, but that doesn't happen. Today when I checked status of my refund, it had been deleted and a message said, "you are not authorized to return these items". This is America people, you can return anything, so buying overseas is an obvious mistake I will never make again. This site should be shut down and I will be reporting it to the authorities, as they have way too many complaints.

If you don't want to get bad quality items don't order from them at all. The advertisement is very bright and promises good deals, but in real life they suck. They use very cheap materials for their clothes, that's why it's not expensive. Cheap price almost always means cheap quality. Especially o this website.
Please, do not do business with them, you will surely regret.

I ordered a t-shirt from Modlily but when it arrived it was far too small. I got a ticket for refund & return but then had an email from them offering me 50% off the item & I could then keep it. I agreed to that instead of return but never received my part refund. I have been writing about this since the end of July to various departments but still no refund, I was intending to use the refund against another of the t-shirts in a larger size. I am from the UK & am not used to shoddy service like this. Absolutely no way to speak with an advisor there.

This is the order I am still waiting for a refund on. I have supplied all the information requested 3 times now. They said my money was refunded but it does not show up on my last 2 credit card statements. Now they tell me I cannot return the items when they already have them!
I have been trying to get my refund since mid July. There is no way to contact anyone directly, all emails the the email address I have located on the internet are returned. The website for returning thing is a nightmare! I need some help dealing with these people! Attached I said proof of my return which I have sent 3 times.
Modlily said they would refund my money to my credit card. I used PayPal and that takes 2-3 days to process. Past the time frame they gave me. Just process the refund! Stop lying to me !

I returned these August 1, 2017. I received them mid-July and then return was well within the time period required. I emailed the attached photo of my receipt 3 times. I had ordered 3 items but 2 shipped. The third item was out of stock. I finally received that refund after several attempts. I was informed that the refund on the returned items was being processed and I would receive it on my card in about 10 days. I am still waiting for the refund on the two returned items. Now I am told I cannot return them...you already have them! Somebody needs to address this or I will file a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney General Office about you business practices. The website is a nightmare to work with.
