On 1/18/2024 I took my wifes 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee to NTB on Garrisonville, Rd in VA. I was getting an alighnment, new tires, an oil change, and replacement of all 4 TPMS. Upon recieving my vechile after the work was done I noticed the donut was not put back in it's propper place and was just thrown in the rear of the vehichle. I then noticed that the 4 chrome tire pressure caps that I had and that required a allan key to lock and unlock were not given back to me. Most frustrating i checked my tire pressure and my tires which are supposed to be inflated to 33 PSI in the front and 36 PSI in the rear, were inflated to 53 PSI. If my wife had picked up the vehichle she could have had a blow out. Even after I brought the overly inflated tire pressure to the mechanics attention they were still not reduced to the propper PSI. I checked with my personal handheld and than my own compressor that I have at my house. This service was reprehensible and certainly not worthy of the over 1000 dollars that I spent.
Claimed loss: 4 Chrome lockable tire pressure caps.
Desired outcome: I want a discount. This facility endangered my family by carelessly inflating and possibly damaging my new tires to way above the appropriate PSI.
