I joined netflix on a 2 week "free" trial period. Before the two weeks were up I returned all dvd's and cancelled my membership online (Only because there was no phone number on the site to talk to a person to confirm that I would not be charged) I received confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I felt ok thinking there would be no charge to my credit card. After cancelling I had an emergancy for which I almost maxed my credit card out but I was still under my limit, I tell you this only to lead into the fact that on the very day that I cancelled the membership (3 days before it expired) netflix charged me $19.20 that I was not aware of or expecting. Since I did not know I was chareged for my "free" trial and used my credit card it sent me over the limit and I was charged another $29.00 for being over the limit. Netflix should not have charged me before my membership was up nor should they have charged me after cancelling my membership. Unable to find a phone number I emailed their customer service and am still waiting on a reply on how and when they are going to refund my money. I dont think its fair for them to make me wait on a response to a refund when they couldn't wait until the trial was up before they charged me. I would like people to know that a "two week free trial" ended up costing me $48.20. Beware if there is no way of contacting customer service.

I am offended against Leila series and i am submitting this complain to off air this show as it is hurting hindu sentiments. Due to this i have cancelled my membership. I believe netflix will face loss because no hindus would keep the membership of this channel in future...

I have been happy with my Netflix subscription, but I want to inform Netflix that should they decide to boycott the state of Georgia over the heartbeat bill( which I agree with fully) I will cancel my subscription immediately and take my money and business else where.

I'm s Netflix member since 3 or 4 years. And today Netflix Mena on Twitter post some Unethical Tweets for Arab followers. And I'm one of them I don't accept it and I don't appreciate it. So if we don't get our right from this account I'll cancel my membership. And I apologise for my language.

what is it
you dont have any movies for 500 month

The sex scenes and cussing is not my Designated Survivor. My Family loved the first two seasons. The show was strong on integrity, loyalty and lovable characters. President Kirkman had one end and Wells the other. And where's Mike? Fix this please. You want a great diversified fan base but it seems you are catering to one set. We're Family too!

After creating an account for a few hours I was kicked off saying I needed to update payment information after moving TVs and was told I was not allowed to have a free trial so I had to cancel after they charged my account. Sad that I'm not allowed to try out the service after a few hours.

I'm being charged monthly for crappy service, that doesn't work. Incompetent customer service that initially thinks it's your tv and not their service. I'm filling a bbb claim. Every app works on my tv accept for Netflix. I never have trouble out of Amazon Prime. For all the money this company makes off of consumers they should be more humble

The new Italian dubbing of the Evangelion series, it's full of serious errors of grammar and Italian syntax. I wonder why an important company like Netflix does not have quality control on what it does.

Why? There is NO reason for the foul language and the attempt at shocking the viewers. We loved watching the show and noticed immediately the difference with the first episode of season 3. There has been a definite decrease in quality and integrity. Come on Netflix. There is no reason for the filth.

If you insist on raising your prices, at least spend the increased revenue on shows we actually cared about that you cancelled halfway through, in particular SAnta Clarita Diet

Loved the 1st two seasons but cannot understand the need now for swearing and sex scenes! I used to be able to watch this show with all the family but not now. Not everything needs sex and swearing to make it appealing you know.

Remove crap like haters back up, the ranch, & every stupid movie that is not being watched. You should have access to the low rating crap.
Friend's is a very popular & funny show, please do not remove it! You already made a huge mistake in cancelling one day at a time already!

Not happy about Netflix taking off the original

This show is irresponsible. It is portraying suicide in a very misleading and dangerous way to a very vulnerable audience - kids!
the LA times today clearly identified what the problem is and that is that it seems that Netflix cares more about the show then about the content and how it will affect our kids.

Hi Netflix I suggest you to add 1 screen to mobile plan now a days people watch in their tvs so indians can't pay 6000 rs per year it's too expensive for them 2000 is okay so for 199 plan add 1 screen (to watch on tv) otherwise its a waste plan

My account shivendrasingh1313@gmail.com had a free 1 month trial from 17 AUG to 17 SEPT but on 18th Aug while logging in app...it charged me 649 Rs.
I want the deducted money to be refunded
Plz look into the case.

Netflix deposited $100 into my account. And the honest person that I am called them to let them know. I was on the phone for over an hour with them to not even receive a thank you for your honesty . They kept asking me to repeat my "story" put me on the phone with a "supervisor" that didn't even say a word. Should of kept the $100. 😡

I never get to see newer movies on my list. I have 20 movies I want to see but never get to see them. don't call you will get nowhere with these people. Use to be good but now not good. I cancelled my service today. I have called and still no movies.

The time of Balance deducted is morning 3:36 am. Why Netflix did this cheap activity with my account. No otp received. No CVV asked. How can Netflix deducted my balance. Pls refund my money asap.

The new walking dead series is out on Netflix now & the main screen for walking dead gives spoilers. What is wrong with Netflix to think that they should use the newest season pictures for the main screen... it's ridiculous .

Today Netflix deducted 854 RS from my HDFC debit card. While I have already closed my account on 26 August 2019. My email id is kulbirmalik@gmail.com. misused by Netflix.
They promised that refund initiated but not received. They replied it takes upto 30 days to reflect in bank account. Don't know it is trustable or not.

I registered for Netflix free trial account in August 2019. And suddenly on 27th september 2019 morning when I woke up and checkedy cell phone, I found that INR 800 deducted from my account by Netflix without my permission or prior notice. This is so irresponsible behaviour, how can they deducted money without my permission.
