Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

DO NOT order from this site, you will regret it. Must be some 12 yr old trying to operate a business out of his bedroom. You get billed immediately upon ordering, but don't expect delivery for at least 30 days. Same goes for returns/refunds. Been waiting nearly 4 weeks now. Credit card company is handling it now.

Merchandise is inferior quality. Customer service a joke. One excuse after another. Stick with reputable websites with a proven track record of great customer service and decent merchandise.

This scam, ### ripped me off sending me shoddy merchandise, not what was pictured or described. I returned the item(s) never receiving a refund or credit to my card. Upon receiving the next three items they too were awful, cheap crap. Something clicked inside
"do not send anything back until you a refund is made on the first two items I sent back" When I able to get a hold of someone by phone I told them so, and that I was going to file complaints and fraud charges. Soon thereafter, the phone contact was blocked, emails were responded to by automated response, never directly addressing my issue. I used a different email and got a response but this did not help me get my money back close to 200.00. I sent emails to all corporate offices (they are located on Park avenue New York, N>Y> no less) I also noticed they changed their contact site. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE THE ### OF THE EARTH AND ARE LIARS, RIP OFFS AND A HOLES.

Risky quality. Terrible after sale service - fake or old tracking numbers, some late or non deliveries. too many other legit places to buy from low BBB rating "F". JUST DON'T DO IT.

I ordered name brand boots at an unbelievable price. I paid 22 for them. I never got them. I have waited for 2 months. They have sent an email stating my order was processed, they gave me in store credit, they said that my order had be delivered and gave me a tracking number that was NOT valid. I am disappointed in NoMoreRack and will not order from them again!

I just ordered two items: a pair of shoes and a bracelet. Based on the complaints here, I am SO glad I used Paypal, rather than giving my credit card information. Now I am anxious about whether I will receive what I thought I was ordering - I did think the price was almost too good to be true, so I guess have only myself to blame :).

Are you kidding me? I just spent over an hour on the phone trying to return an item that could have been handled in 5 minutes! Terrible customer service! Whoever is training your customer service department needs some training of their own. I have NEVER seen anything like this! It was definitely NOT 'Make It Great'.

I don't think you need to be losing customers at this time, so why do you choose to chase them away?

As a customer who has ordered from you many times, I was so disappointed today and canceled the order I was prepared to place. Kathy England - Weed, California

Buyer BEWARE! I purchased android tablets and USB keyboards from nomorerack. Both items were marked as shipped, but when I received the shipment, it only contained the USB keyboards! The USB keyboards were very very poor quality thus I returned them for a refund and it has been over 3 weeks without any knowledgement.

I finally received the android tablets after several calls, emails, and filing a dispute with my credit card company. The tablets were shipped without any padding. Instead, they were just placed in a USPS plastic shipping bag, which was actually partially open upon delivery...These are android tablets, you would have thought nomorerack would have at least shipped with a bubble padded shipping envelope...shipping envelops/boxes/etc. are FREE via USPS thus there is absolutely no excuse for the poor shipping other than the fact that they simply do not care about their customers. When I received the tablets, the tablet cases were missing and a note was included that stated the cases would be shipped the following week...3 weeks later and I have yet to receive the tablet cases. I finally contacted nommorerack today to inquiry about the cases. The customer service rep basically said too bad, if I don't like it, return the tablets to the vendor for a refund...what?!?!? I need to return the merchandise because nomorerack doesn't want to send me the cases that I originally purchased? Craziness. I will NOT ever do business with this company again!

Nomorerack has cheap products, poor service, and merchandise that may be found on any discount site. There is absolutely no benefit in purchasing from this company!

Someone stole my debit card and charged over $1500 to my account from this website. They purchased unlocked Samsung cell phones. I was able to get the shipping info from a customer service rep over the phone. I had a name, and an shipping address. I live in Washington, and these phones were being shipped to Michigan. Then nice lady on the phone told me that to get help with fraud, I would need to send an email. So, I did. I asked if I could cancel my order, stop it, or even just change the shipping address. I was told, repeatedly, that the info had already been sent to their supplier and that I could not cancel my order. I was then, twice, told to wait for the items to be delivered and return them for a refund. Seriously?! I asked the lady (Desiree B) how I was supposed to have the items returned when they weren't being shipped to me? Was I supposed to fly to Michigan, knock on the door, and politely ask the individual who used my card for the items so that I could return them? Of course, I got the same automated replies that made no sense. Why would she even suggest that?

This website will NOT verify your card, or the name on your account with the shipping info. They will not help you out. Their customer service is horrid. Their website it shady, and who knows where they get all of this stuff so cheaply. Please be cautious of websites like these. Safeguard your money, and do not support this company!

I placed an order on Dec.24th, 2012 and here it is Jan.18th, 2013. No package yet; for $2 shipping few...Really.Then I tried tracking the package, Fedx has the package in the east side office.Poor service, don't try calling them... The package may arrive before someone pick up the phone.

I ordered christmas presents on thanksgiving day. A week before christmas i started panicing because nothing had come in. Got emails from them saying they were shipping problems because of strikes at their shipping facility. They promised all items would be there for christmas. Got some items after christmas. Wrote them a scalding email and they said some items were lost in shipping and gave me a credit. Very same day, i recieve an email saying one of the missing items was shipping, with a tracking number. Today, 1/18/13, almost 2 months later, this same item is still not here. A few days after the shipping/tracking email, i got another shipping, tracking email for the exact same item. This tracking number does not exist. Spent the credit money, and still have not recieved those items. I check the website, says my order is pending. A MONTH later and its pending. Needless to say, have not recieved the supposed items with tracking numbers nor the reordered items from my "credit". Would not use these people again.

Trying to send merchandise back for a REFUND is a joke. All they do is dance around the issue with one excuse after another so they don't have issue a REFUND your money back. I'm getting an attorney to handle this, and if possible, run them out of business. They messed with the wrong person this time. I Ordered 2 items, and when I sent them back per their instructions, they needed proof. After supplying them with the proof they needed, they found another excuse as to why they wouldn't issue my REFUND...

I ordered several items at Christmas time and 2 of those items were refused by the gift recipients. I returned the items as per their instructions for a Full Refund and I have been trying to get this done since the first week in January 2013 with no results other than excuses as to why they won't issue my money back. Each time they request some kind of proof I give it to them but to no avail, there's always another excuse. This company owes me almost $200.00 and I need my money, I am retired and living on a minimal amout of money from Social Security and purchased these items for gifts because of the cheap pricing which was all I could afford. Now I don't have the merchandise or my money back. What I can would do now is to hire a lawyer to handle this, but that would cost more money and I'm having enough trouble making monthly obligations as it is.

I totally Agree with Mr. Glube, I placed orders for Christmas presents before Thanks Giving and have not recieved to date 1/24/13. I have called left numerous e-mails and was assured I would recieve items before Christmas. I recieved one pair of boots 2 weeks after Christmas and nothing other than that. My invoice that Nomorerack has posted shows my order was complete. I told them my order is far from complete! I have not recieved my full order and It's been paid for way before Thanks Giving. They always have excuses! I was also told that they had a strike and didn't have enough help to fill all orders but I should see the rest of my order with in the next week. Like I said I haven't recieved the rest of my order or a refund on my credit card! I'm very angry now because I've been ripped off! I wish I would have Googled the Company before I ordered because I would have run from this fraudulent sight. If you are thinking of ordering from this sight do yourself a big favor! DON'T!

Placed order for numerous items prior to christmas. Items trickled in via different times/methods. One item did not arrive. Countless emails to customer service and they finally agreed to provide a new tracking number and say I'd have the item in a week.
Week later I check the tracking number...to my surprise.."a tracking number had been assigned" but that's the end of it.
Nomorerack is off my mailing list and will not do business with these scammers again! All the headache and time and still didn't receive my item.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

In November 2012 I purchased two tablets, prior to them being shipped I attempted to cancel the order, not a chance apparently the company policies are to only issue a 'credit' once the items have been returned? This obviously raised suspicions and I did what I should have done before ordering from them, I checked them out on line! If only I had made the effort to do that before placing my order there is no way that I would shop with them.
The items arrived and yes you have guessed it, not as described missing parts etc etc, no information on how to return the items, I contacted them via e-mail yes they do respond, but it takes weeks before the customer service would part with how/where to return the items. On 2nd Jan 2013 I had the information available to return them it is now Jan 28th even though I followed their return instructions (scanned and sent shipping receipt etc) I have still not received any acknowledgement of receipt or indeed any news about the refund!
In my opinion this company and the people who work there are either totally incompetent or despicable con artists, do yourself a service and perhaps pay a little more but buy from another company.

I ordered three tablets for my boy's for Christmas.They didn't arrive on time and when we got them, the screen on one of them was
cracked.I called customer service they gave me a number and told me to send it back.I did what was ask of me.I mailed it to them on
Jan.10th and they received it on Jan.14th.To this day I haven't heard from them and it is the 29th.I called customer service again, they
said email receipt and postal tracking code.I got my emails back.I called again and was told that this agent would personally check with the warehouse and start my refund today.I called back today, nothing has been done.This man I talked to today gave me his name and ID #, said my refund will be here in 5 to 7 business days.We will see.In the meantime I have a ittle boy very upset about this.
We are not wealthy people and our money means as us as the next person.Oh, by the way I ask to speak to a supervisor, she was on the other phone the whole time and I waited and waited for 15 minutes .Never got to speak to anyone.They hung up.

I had a similar problem... Ordered the day before Thanksgiving and finally recd it mid to late January. I was not informed it would be coming on a slow boat from China... LITERALLY! I couldnt even track it because it was in Chineese. I emailed and a week later was told that I had been informed that orders might take 2 weeks to deliver... Thats all I got. And it had already been FOUR weeks at that time. No explaination - no apologies. All that for a small electronic part that I could have picked up at Radio Shack.

Oh My God, My friend just ordered me a tablet from them for a late Xmas present. I wanted him to go to best buy, But this place offered such good deals that he ordered it from momorerack.com. I got on the computer and typed nomorerack into the search engine and found out a lot of negative reviews. God grant me the serenity... aaaaggghh

Just today I called NoMoreRack regarding a pair of beats by Dr. Dre that we bought less than two months ago, because the other day they broke just by being picked up. I was shocked at how easily they broke. NoMoreRack said there was nothing that they could do because it was over the 30 days and that I was going to have to contact the manufacturer directly. I pushed her further and she escalated be complaint up to another department and said that she would need to speak with the distributor. I said to her "Well I would assume that the distributor is the manufacturer." I asked her who is the distributor? And she replied "I'm sorry I'm not allowed to discuss that." At that point I was a little confused because I couldn't imagine that asking about who the distributor of official Beats by Dr. Dre would be a difficult question or put her in a difficult position that would ask for something that she wasn't allowed to discuss. It was very strange. So then I actually called Beats by Dr. Dre and found out that NoMoreRack is not an authorized dealer and that my son's headphones are in fact counterfeits. Beats by Dr. Dre told me that if I bought them at Best Buy or Walmart or Target I would be buying from an authorized distributor, unfortunately NoMoreRack is not, so therefore I have a faulty pair of fake headphones that are not legitimate. It is not clear that NoMoreRack will give me a refund. BUYER BE WARE!
