I am currently staying in Davison lakeshore resorts. This is my first stay since I purchased the contract. When I first arrived, no one was at the gate to assist me and there was a sign on the gate shelter “be back in 5 minutes”. I proceeded to the store registration area which was closed. I went back to the gate area and 40 minutes later a man came. I told him that I had been there for 40 minutes and had no idea where to go. He stated he was the only one there as employee. And then he stated in a sarcastic voice “well should I have put 20 minutes for you?” I then told him, that this was my first encounter with staying at outdoor adventure and that his smart comments were not making this a pleasurable experience. He continued to say, “well good for you”, the. I asked him to stop speaking before I made a complaint. He then stated, go ahead!
I was staying at a cabin with my family, whom couldn’t come that night because I called them and told them that no one was present to let us in - they live farther away and so they couldn’t come.
One thing I inquired about before I signed that contract, was to ensure there was internet as I work remotely. This is not true. I called the morning after the above incident with the worker, and complained about how I was treated and also that the internet was not accessible. 3 days I have been here and no return call about the rude employee or the internet.
This is a lot of money that I’m paying for this type of treatment. Because you have fine print in your contract- I’m the one who is loosing. I’ve read the reviews about how you treat people

Desired outcome: Refund my contract - you can’t expect people to abide by your standards and not abide by others standards Which includes being treated respectfully and honoring what you said you offered.
