I would like to make a complaint about Kassiah at the Bonney Lake Panda Express. She has been very rude every time I have came to this Panda Express which has been several times, she talks about me to other co-workers in a rude way & is very lazy. She never greets us with a hello, it is always a "what do you want" & rolled her eyes at us today when we ask to get sweet & sour sauce with our spring rolls...which sweet & sour sauce is supposed to come with them, we shouldn't have to her ask to get more & she should have had no hesitation when we ask her, it is her job. She just always treats me in a rude way, rolls her eyes, attitude & never wants to help. She makes me not want to go to Panda Express anymore, I always think she is going to be nice & she was just having a bad day, but no, she is this rude way every time I come.
overall customer service
You're Panda Express location at Gilbert and University in Mesa, Arizona has displayed the WORST customer service possible.
"John" was the manager on duty who HUNG UP on me when i called in to complain.
July 11, 2017, about 7:45pm til 8pm.
My roommate, my daughter and I order food for the girl behind the food counter. I asked her for two bowls of white rice and teriyaki chicken, which she accidentally (and rather quickly) scooped up Orange chicken. She had already moved onto my roommate's order before i could tell her to stop. Before we paid for our meal, i handed ONE bowl back to the girl and told her that i didnt want the Orange chicken, that i had asked for teriyaki chicken because my kid wont eat it. She tells me that she can't take food back, but she'll put the teriyaki on a plate on the side. No problem. Until i looked at the receipt, and noticed she had charged me for the extra side of chicken! So i got her attention and was simply pointing out the fact that she had charged me extra for her screw up, i wasnt asking for anything free or my money back. Instead of apologizing FIRST and then trying to solve the problem, she started arguing with me and said that she had asked me twice if the Orange chicken was what i wanted and continued to disagree with me when i told her no i didnt. I NEVER ORDER THE ORANGE CHICKEN BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WONT EAT IT. As i start to walk away from the now-heated argument, this girl is raising her voice to YELL at me behind the register and across the dining room, still trying to convice me that I am in the wrong! I am furious! I pick up what food i DID want, threw it in one bowl because at this point I am not asking this girl for ANYTHING more, not even a to-go box to take the ENTIRE $30 order that was messed up and FULLY paid for by my roommate. As i am picking up food and gathering my things, the girl walks up to me and hands me $13.13 as a "refund" for the disgrace. I told her that i didnt ask for the money back and that all i was trying to do was point out her mistake, and that a simple "Gee I'm Sorry Maam" would have sufficed. Instead, she wants to argue and yell at customers and not take fault for her actions. As i FINALLY walk away and out, she asks if i am even going to finish eating what i left behind. Hah! Clean it up girlfriend! You got paid $10/hour today to mess up simple orders, you get paid $10/hr to clean up the orders! I left a short but nasty review on Google Maps for everyone to see, and sadly i am not the only one.
I called the store when i got home, and very calmly asked for the manager. "John" was the manager on duty, so i told him everything that had just happened not 10mins after i left the restaurant. HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME.
I AM FED UP WITH THE LACK OF QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER PANDA EXPRESS.
food
Came in at 8:40 pm to get a three entree and a two entree. Basically, every time we go before I work at 9pm, this establishment has closed the whole back of kitchen. You get what's left and entirely nothing is fresh or close to correct portion. I'm tired of it. I'm a fast food manager at night who closes at 1am and 2 am on fri and sat. I must have food available up to closing time. I understand that things happen, but it's every time we go. The employees are rude at night and could care less. I'm switching to Brentwood now.
manager and coworker.
Everytime I come into the store I see the Manager(blonde hair)touching all over her employee(young african male). After
Store hours I drove past and saw the two making out and touching each other. I'm sure if you watch store videos you will see. I haven't seen her in a few months. Not sure if she got fired, just making sure the GM and company knows.
customer service
I am (was) a regular customer, likely no more. Today, I went through the drive-thru instead of walking in (which I normally do). I waited over 10 minutes in line before giving my order. After another 5 minutes, I was then was given a bag with two bowls and a small container. When I tried to say this is not what I ordered, the girl at the window (Olyvya) rolled her eyes and said: "We made a mistake, but you get the same amount of stuff." As I tried to respond, she shut the window and walked away. I honked my horn and asked her for my correct order, she proceeded to say "everything's in there, " and did not offer to comply with my request as a paying customer. I asked her if the manager was in, she said "no." I asked her name, then said this was "unacceptable, and I will speak with the manager." She again rolled her eyes and raised her voice, "yea, well he's not here, thank you!" I drove away immediately, after such disrespect from this young woman. I am 55 years old, and this has to be one of the most atrocious experiences I've ever had or witnessed, and I was a regular customer! When I got home, I discovered missing items-as I knew I paid for food I did not get, not to mention that grease was leaking all over the inside of the bag and got on my clothes. I called the store and the same employee (Olyvya) answered. I asked for the manager, she stated "not in." I proceeded to ask when he would be in (of course NOT identifying myself as the customer from the drive-thru) and she replied, "not today." I asked "when will he be in?" She then became silent for several seconds, then stated tomorrow at noon." Two things: 1. I payed for items I did not receive, and 2. I was treated in a rude, dismissive way, that basically spoke volumes that this store does not care whether or not they serve their customers and offend them. In an age of social media, this is incredibly naive in a field where competition is heavy. I am willing to speak via phone call, but if that does not happen, I will never patronize this business again, and share this experience with everyone.
Very bad service, quality of food
We go 3 to 4 times a week and every time we go there playing goofing around when your waiting for them to take your order sometimes your waiting on drive thru and the are talking bad words thru the speaker that's very unrespectful for us that were customers last night we went and the lady Samantha R.. at Watson buckeye az panda express we wore at the drive...

There is a sign at Panda Express that says somewhere around that if a customer does not receive a receipt, then the meal is on them. I went to order a plate with fried rice and white rice. My items were orange chicken, kung pao chicken and string bean chicken. I gave the man a 50 dollar bill and he gave me his change. When he walked away I said "HA!" and told him that he did not give me my receipt and needed to give me my money back. Even the customer next to me said he walked away and another customer who was sitting at the restaurant saw the entire thing. The worker said that he did give me my receipt and that it did not count and that he would not give me my money back. When I asked if he would give me my money back he said no. So he did not comply with the sign that was clearly on the register.
food service
I ordered 2 entree to go. Found hair. Last time I ate here I found hair and complained and the filed a complaint with their corporate office. No one was wearing hairnets, the service was rude. I waited a long time before returning. Decided to go back today. This time all were wearing hats, but still found a short, hair inside the to- go container on the rim. I didn't bother mentioning it to the staff. I would like to suggest that employees wear hairnets in addition to hats.

I went in before work trying to get a 3 plate meal, in the process of giving my order a lady interrupted the person who was previously taking my order and proceeded to argue with the person taking my order. I was trying to get the Mongolian beef, fire chicken and orange chicken. Instead of them making a new order assuming I wanted just the chicken order someone inside scooped out the Mongolian beef and just replaced it with the fire chicken. When I got to work I only had a 2 plate meal even though I was charged for the 3 meal plate. I would just like to get the order corrected.
unauthorized charge/employee behavior/food just sitting out
Last week, my 12 year old daughter and I went to the Maricopa Panda Express. We ordered (4) 2-entree plates. They were running low on several items that we ordered, so we had to wait a bit to get fresh food. This was not a problem. The 1st problem was that, while we were waiting on the food to cook, the employee had already put all the other food in boxes. The food sat on the counter for another, almost, 10 minutes. Meanwhile, other employees shoved our boxes back & forth all over the counter, serving other customers. Once we were able to pay for the food, I asked the employee to run 2 cards, one for half of the bill and the other for the other half. She first told me that wasn't allowed. Then she laughed and said nevermind, she could do it. Each card should have been run just over $15. She ended up charging more to the 1st card, causing an overdraft (meaning an extra $30 bank fee) to my friend's debit card. He had a certain amount ready and was charged over that amount. She got a manager to try to fix the problem without even telling me what was going on. The manager said there was nothing he could do about the card. The employee then caught an attitude and said she would just pay for it then she walked away. I told the manager I was upset about what was going on, but needed to make sure the employee was not going to pay out of her own pocket, as the charge was an honest mistake. The manager reassured me that the employee would not have to pay. I thought it was all settled, but as we STILL stood there, waiting for our food, I asked the same employee if we could get Teriyaki sauce for our Teriyaki chicken. She was putting other sauces and fortune cookies in the bag and apparently got pissed when I asked because she threw everything in the bag, INCLUDING OUR FOOD BOXES, literally dropped the bag of food across the counter to my 12 year daughter, and walked away. I tried asking her if she was okay and telling her everything was fine, but again, she caught a bad attitude and walked away after a snobby remark. So... not only did I have to put up with all of that... Our food was cold and disgusting by the time we got home. What a waste of money!
fried rice
Yesterday I ordered Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, and Honey Walnust Shrimp to go from the Panda Express in Clinton, Maryland. Once i got home to and began to eat I noticed brown specks in my rice. Before jumping to conclusion, I picked up a speck to see what it was and smushed it with a paper towel which is when i concluded that it had to be mice droppings in the fried rice.
health code violations and horrible service.
I waited 20 minutes at dinner time for them to have food on the line. While waiting I saw the cashier handling money and still working the line without washing her hands. No one was wearing gloves, the other line worker repeatedly was touching dirty dishes in the sink, hands in her pockets, touching her face, and also did not wash her hands. There was no one in line, and I waited for fried rice and chow mein. 20 Minutes later, I was skipped over by employees twice, both of which did not remember me from the last 20 minutes. They asked "What are you waiting on?" I replied the noodles that they just put on the line, their response was " oh ok, " and they turned around and walked off. The manager Donnie, did not care, when I asked for the corporate number, he said here is the only number we give out, which was just a rate your experience survey. No one cared, no one was observing health code. This location is revolting and should be shut down for health code violations. Even the cooks did not wear gloves when handling the food and they were not washing their hands in between tasks either.
orange chicken
Tonight I purchased four plates of food for my family on my way home from work. We all opened our food and were extremely disappointed. The chicken that was given to us was so burnt and had barely any sauce on it to even cover the burnt taste. Forty dollars is a lot to pay for us for a meal that was inedible. I will attach pictures we took of the chicken.
raw chicken
I went to the Panda Express on the UNCC campus and I came home to see that my teriyaki chicken was raw. The workers smothered the chicken in sauce so it wouldn't be noticeable. I spent $7 on this meal to not be able to eat it. I am worried that the chicken contaminated the knife and cutting board. This location is very popular and it was a potential for a lot of people to get sick.
poor customer service
First I visit this Panda Express location quite often it is my oldest grandson's favorite place to eat Chinese food so we go there at least three or four times a month. My grandson always orders the same thing, a plate with chow mein, fried rice and orange chicken and normally have no problems. Today however the lady that was working behind the counter precedes to scrape up the bottom of the bowl for the chow mein little tiny itsy-bitsy noodles maybe an inch long, if that, and forgets about the fried rice. When I mention to her that we also wanted the fried rice on the plate she takes one little scoop and puts it in the corner of the plate! She never asked if we wanted to wait for more chow mein. Now I know, from being a regular customer, this is not normal. I asked to speak to the manager and explain to the manager what happened. I showed her the noodles, I actually picked some up to show her and she snaps at me "don't touch that" I said "look it's my food I paid for it I'll touch it if I want, what you going to do reserve it?" The manager storms off with the plate goes over to the chow mein takes a huge scoop of chow mein and piles it on the plate. Then she goes over to the fried rice is takes a huge scoop of fried rice and plies it on the plate, closes it and hands it back to me. Wow really nice. Never apologized, never offered to make a new plate, just handed it back to me and walks away. All the employee's looked on as well as all the customers. I will continue to eat there since panda express is delicious, but few and far between here, but I will not be treated like this and will write reviews on yelp after each visit.
Obviously your employees aren't doing their job the way they were trained!
missing items
I was disappointed today when I went through the drive thru around lunch time on 4/17/17. I did not receive a fork, any napkins, soy sauce or a fortune cookie in my bag. Whrn I go through a drive thru it's usually because I would like to eat my meal in the car, which is hard to do when I don't have a fork or napkins. I also look forward to a fortune cookie and that wasn't their either. Soy sauce is also a must for me.
unethical behavior/ discrimination
I am the supervisor of an antiques and jewelry store at the Otay Ranch Mall. Sometimes I go to Jack in the Box to eat, sometimes to P.F. Chang's; whatever works. We live in a pretty good neighborhood here in Chula Vista, where the vast majority of the people are Latino like me. So I decided to go to Panda Express about 15 minutes ago because I was craving Orange chicken, no big deal about that. Maybe I was wearing something wrong or my shoes were untied, I don't know, but as soon as I walked in I feel a stare from one of your employees, also a Latino. I paid no attention, It could have been many reasons. I asked the girl in the counter to take my order, I got everything I ask for and this guy standing on the other side of the cash register gives me a nasty look and talks to me in a condescending manner. "Is this everything for today, sir?" "Yeah. Oh, can I have a cup of water?" "You mean a water cup, sir." "Yeah." Then when he gives me my money back, I ask.. "Can I have a fork?" "The utensils are on the other side, sir." I kept thinking if he was being rude or not, whether I should complain or not. I have work to do and I just came to get something for lunch so biggie. Now, what made me really comfortable was that when I served myself water from the 'water cup' he gave me, he asked me if that was really water in front of all the other costumers. "Yes, it is water." I felt a rush of anger from all that embarrassment, from someone who looked like me no less! I walked away from the store debating whether I should complain to you guys or not, but ultimately I won't be thinking of going there if he is there hating on his fellow Latinos.

I never look for trouble, but I rather not have that guy cause anymore for the people living or working in the area.
employee
I came in to drive thru to order 2 plates and Andrea ortega on store 1223 in Arizona was very rude . She mentioned that the teriyaki would take some time to cook so when I asked her how much time she sounded very giggly and said 30 minutes and sounded very rude and unprofessional so I told her I would wait and I could hear hear laugh with other people on the background I'm guessing they don't have mute buttons? I asked her what was so funny and she said "what?" With her giggly voice then she was very sarcastic using thank you and what not after . Anyway some other guy hunter apologized about the situation. And said that she was not laughing at us or anything . But that doesn't change a thing. However my food was ready in 10 minutes not in 30? So did she lie about the time so that I didn't order that specific plate because they had ran out and they didn't want to cook it again? Since they were going to close 45 minutes later. I have never made a complaint before about anyone but I feel like they should really watch who they hire. Remember that your employees are the face of your company . I had a horrible experience.
employee
I went to the Panda Express #0435 and I ordered my plate. Once I got to the cashier she was being rude to me. I paved with a bill of 20 and all I ordered was 1 plate so my total came out to be $7.94. All she gave me was $2.06. She had put in the receipt that I paved with a 20 then why is she only giving me $2.06, doesn't make sense to me. All the employees were laughing only because I am Latina and think that I would rob them. The cashier was Dari G.
order was not fulfilled
Panda Express Agoura Hills. I occasionally purchase food at this location since I live a few blocks away. There are few people when I enter so turnover of food is slow and some of the food is unrefreshed, but for convenience sake I eventually go back. This last time, I ordered two takeout meals with chow menu and two sides. Each meal included orange chicken, and I asked if they had new broccoli and beef dish coming since it was almost empty. He said yes, if I could wait a minute. So I paid for the meals and even donated my change to their charity. Very soon after, he packaged up my food! I was surprised he was able to do this so fast, so when I got into my car, I decided to check to make sure tge broccoli beef was included. I opened the beak in top and to my delight, there was fresh broccoli beef! However, when I unpacked the second meal at home, there was NO broccoli beef! It was not a simple mistake, since they write the order on each takeout box! Close to home or not, I will never return to Panda Express!
