My wife and I went into the restaurant in Rancho Cordova on 9/20 pm. We ordered a 3 entree plate which we had planned on sharing. One of the items was Bejing Beef also Kung Pao and Sesame Honey Chicken with chow mein. As the service person was dishing up the items, I noticed she put a full scoop of Kung Pao onto the plate and only a 1/2 of spoon of the Bejing Beef. The box was sealed and sent on to the cashier. We asked the cashier if we could get just a little bit more of the beef since it was really small. He took the plate to the manager and the server, looked at it and said no this is regular portion. I felt it was small so again I stated if we could only get a little bit more we would be happy. At that point the manager flew into a rage and said no more this is what you get. We no give anymore. She was also yelling at the service people about no giving any out. She put the plate on the cashier table and we paid and left. I asked the cashier for two fortune cookies but he said no too.
Desired outcome: We didn't expect much, except maybe a 1/2 of a spoonful more of the beef . We are senior citizens and we remaned calm. We thought this was not the way to handle this dispute and it was not in the best interest of the business.
