Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
I just expect for them to realize and it's not cheap and kids expect things to be perfect
My pizza wasn't made correctly the pizza sauce was burned on the curdt also!They said it would be fixed then I called to get the replacement pizza an Joseph said he couldn't do it when the night before he was putting a credit for it. The excuse I hot was there's as lol new employees. That's not my fault!
My pizza never arrived! I got an email confirmation but it never got here very dissapointed never going again. I had family over and we were supposed to eat pizza very embarrassing they went home without eating.
Euclid Ohio store manager is very rude and unprofessional deserves a zero in customer relations, I'm really surprised Pizza Hut has someone representing their brand name with skills of a total [censored] !

I got sick from eating the Pizza Hut wings from the mission Ks Pizza Hut location it made me very sick I end up going too the hospital too get a Iv put in me and this was the frist time I got sick from your wings and I'm not very Happy about it

You use to deliver to my home and now Pizza hut locations have changed I am right between both pizza huts. Both Pizza Huts should at least touch borders for coverage. My address is 17316 SE 288th St. Can you adjust your zones for complete coverage?

I'm 42 years old and ate pizza hut all the time growing up. Haven't eaten with you guys in song time. Your original rectangle pan pizza no longer exists. Your new pizza recipe is very distasteful. Bring back the old pizzas I grew up on please! I miss those pizza days.
I ordered 2 pizzas at 8:17 pm and I called 10:22pm and they told me they cancelled my order because my number was invalid and their tone of voice was rude that’s bs and they said they didn’t have a way to contact me, either way it goes I had my email on there they could’ve emailed me! Never again will I order from Pizza Hut.
We received cupons thru the mail and were told they were not in computer so tough at rossville blvd tn location. Went down showed them the coupon still refused to honor .they were listed as location on ad but refused to honor problems in the past with this location but love the product. We give them a new chance at our business every year or two.
I ordered a double box regular pizza package by delivery just now and the worker told me in the phone said that it would reach within 30 minutes. Now its ady 45 mins after my order and i called them to check for my order and they told me they just want to start delivering?! Such a waste of my time!
As a company your bone-in wings are too expensive and you should be ashamed to charge 60-70 cents for a dipping sauce! I work for a company that charged a lot for services years ago...it will comeback to get you in the end.
I was extremely dissapointed to find out that there are NO glutenfree pizzas at your Pizzahut restaurants in Belgium? Why is that? Other countries serve glutenfree alternatives in your restaurants?

Taco pizza...cold...no lettuce..cheese wasn't melted...crust so tough and hard to cut...worst taco pizza I've have from there...ordered online at noon for 4pm pick up...since I had to wait for it to be cut I expected it to hot...tasted like it sat on the counter for awhile
I ordered pizza my credit card was charged $55.17 my order was never delivered I was told that my order would be here above 11 and when it never showed I attempted to contact the store it was closed so now my children and I get to go hungry tonight thank you so much for that

I think if was terrible that a Manager told its employees if they evacuated because of Hurricane Irma they will take disciplinary actions. Does this company put money ahead of employees safety? Is Pizza Hut that callous? does this company even care about it employees? I will make sure I never order from this company again.

The delivery boy doesn't know the address and despite making several calls he did not answer.

I ordered a pizza for my wife. And instead of getting what she likes, which I ordered a hand toss pizza and got thin and crispy crust instead.
I love pizza hut but continue to call in to desired location which is intercepted to the call center - go to pick up my order which was never placed or directed to the wrong location. So frustrating and happens at least every other call! A waste of time and gas. Frustrated beyond belief. Is it that hard to direct an order to the correct location?
The employees were showing rude attitude took 1 and a half hours to make my order and the employee did not let me know i was waiting extra time for no reason just because the employee did not feel like doing their job right

I ate into one of the Wings, at Pizza Hut on Truman road independence and it had an black mold spot, that looked distasteful. I called the place to tell them, they said they will give me store credit but idk what else to do besides complain because I was looking forward to my wings
Ordered 2 pizza on Aug 26th. Took 2 hours to have it delivered. When i received it. I got 1 Pizza and 1 piece of circular bread with cheese on it. I tried to call to rectify but was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. By that time, Nothing will be resolved in a timely manner.
The min I walk in the door I get treated like I'm in wanted there this has happened one then once. I have tried to get it solved. The store but seem nothing has changed I will never eat here again. There employees are lazy.
Was contacted to verify order and employee said 35 minutes. I waited a total of 1 hour. The store I had ordered from was less that 0.5 miles away from me and was not a busy time of day. Food arrived COLD.
