Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
I had the worse experience manager very unprofessional talks over you don't know how to work with general public. His an Hispanic by the name of Ramon patron works at the Pizza Hut on glenoaks in sylmar ca this situation needs to be handle

I ordered 6 medium pizzas 4 different ways. 2 came out right which was the first two I opened at the store. I didn't realize it was wrong until it was already at the party.

How can employees and management get away with treating customers like crap, being rude to them, closing early, cursing at them and running them off. They do this and there is no consequence to the employees or management. This is unacceptable.
The last 4 orders have been burnt n cold. Things aren't changing at this store it needs new management spend $40 and my kids wnt eat it. My wings r so burnt I cnt even stick a fork through the boneless wing. Things need to change at this store I will not be ordering again this is gross food n a waste of money.
Today I received a pizza from compton Pizza hut and the pizza was undercooked. We were not able to enjou or eat our pizza we had to throw it away. This was my order number 3171209183803001181024841 . I would like a refund for the one that was undercooked, it was the half peperoni with pineapple and half pineapple and sausage.
I ordered me a family box and accidentally gave them the wrong room number they voided my transaction for the pizza but i never received my money I'm trying to figure out if im getting my pizza i ordered or my money back. Ordered online and got pizza and cheese bits were cold and soggy. Not happy at all especially for a 20.00 order. Not a good look at all. Not the first time this has happened. I can order from a competitive pizza chain further away and get hot fresh food. Clearly don't understand why the food is not fresh as if you were in the restaurant. Sad.
Called the store for your new pizza advertising on t.v. . And was told they cant make it, because they DON'T have the product, how are you gonna advertise a product on every other commercial on t.v., and not be able to serve it. My family was excited to have pizza nite and our nite was ruined!@!@@

I tried to call to get some I formation but one would answer i hang up I call again no one would answer then I tried again then this loud ding came on that they did because, they had to because I know how the phones work, then I called using another phone and they answer right away, what they did was not okay, because the noise really bothered me.
When I placed my order over the phone they told me it would be 45 minutes for delivery. It was 55 minutes before the pizza arrived. When I called the store to find out if my pizza was on its way they hung up on me 3 times. I am enclosing a photo of what my pizza look like when it arrived to my home and I open the box.
I called in an order they told me 20 minutes I got there in 25 minutes they forgot to make a pizza so I had to wait another 20 minutes so I had three cold pizzas one hot pizza they also forgot my breadsticks three out of four of the pizzas were supposed to be thin crust all of them were hand-tossed
Placed an online order for a large pepperoni and add half mushrooms. Got the pizza and no Pepperoni's. So I called the pizza hut we had it delivered from and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was an online order
Hi, I am regular customer of Pizza Hut .when received my order mushroom were missing and it's not their duty to inform customers that something was in both pizza. Atleast they must inform when they deliver the order or they should inform by phone. When call Pizza Hut they told that mushroom was finished .
I ordered from this pizza place all the time and each team I order it takes them 2 hours and when I call they are very rude over the phone. I ask to speak to a manager and they just put me on hold. It doesn't make any sense on how the delivery system is. The customer service for the team members is terrible

Poor customer service I walked in 3 workers was in the front and just look at me and finally one young lady came from the back to help me she was real friendly. I order 3 pizzas and none of them was cut all the way.I had to get a knife to cut me and my kids pizzas.
I call Pizza Hut on knight Arnold in Memphis and I was told that they were to busy and could not take my order. Manager also told the employee who answered the phone that I need to call the customer service line if I wanted to place an order! Very unprofessional, I will never order from here agin.
I order online; my order number was 3171115175305001184008522. I set it up so that I could pick my food up at 7. I arrived to the Pizza Hut store at 7, i wasn't acknowledged guoing into the store. At 7:10 I was then ask if I had been helped. I was told part of my food wasn't ready. At 7:32 I was given my food one box warm the other cold!
I have ordered pizza and their delivery time took more than an hour. Which is not even a standard delivery time. They just catered customer complaints by just excuses and sorries.

ordered online and had to wait 15 minutes even after arriving 5 minutes past time stated. Once home both pizza crust were 1/2 cooked, basically raw. Called to complain and was told manager would be with me in a moment. After 56 minutes on hold I hung up. Will never go again.

Delivery driver on November 10th at 12:54 am said..."aren't you going to at least leave a tip since I came out here at almost one am?" No I wouldn't be leaving a tip and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Dominos delivers in half the time and the food is actually hot!
Todays thin and crispy medium sausage crust is too chewy. Its been my favorite for 40 years but this crust makes it bad. Plus now a medium is 899. A 3 dollar increase in a month. Disappointed
