6/16 at 5:34 I did not receive my other refreshment upon waiting an hour plus for my pizza.. Because the driver “forgot” them. waiting 30 more minutes I received one drink instead of two. After calling the store I spoke to manager who was very rude. Very bad customer service. This is very unexpected. As a loyal Pizza Hut customer I am very disappointed as this is not the first time still I decided to tip the driver. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!

I placed an online order [protected].

The driver arrived timely, however, he placed the order outside my door on the ground, and failed to knock or ring my bell.

The drinks were also flat and had to be thrown away.

I emailed corporate the same day and they replied that I'd hear from someone at that branch within 3 days, but it's been a month and I have not heard from anyone. I've emailed a few more times and now I am being ignored.

I ordered pizza online on June 10th

I called to ask what was taking so long for my order

I could not get a hold of the store, but instead reached a call center (annoying)

They explained that the wait time was 3 hours (what?!)

I asked if she was serious and she said that is our new wait time for delivery (I laughed, but she was serious). Really, Pizza Hut!

In any case, said I could go pick it up in 20 minutes - seems there is a delivery person issue (maybe don't offer delivery? are there really people waiting 3 hours for pizza?)

Anyway, I said that I would go pick it up and she adjusted my total charge to reflect the fact that I was picking it up.

NOW, I have 2 charges.

Please give me a credit for the $55 - which was the charge for the total order it would have been with the delivery. I was also charged for $33 for the order I picked up.

BTW, the people in that store were very nice and working VERY hard.

Pizzahut #2718 19:46 time 06/10/22 date... $29.76. I ordered two pizzas but both or not what I ordered.. I ordered by phone but both of my pizzas are wrong... I wanted beef, italian sausage and pepperoni... Somehow I ended up with jalapenos my kids can't eat jalepenos and on the others ones they put mushrooms and red onions I didn't ask for mushrooms or red onions I just wanted pepperoni and sausage and the crust doesn't taste fully done and it's dry needed more sause

On 06/07/22 7:24 205 washingtion blvd ogden ut. I ordered the big dinner box (pepporoni, supreme) bieng the pizzas, chicken alfrado the pasta. 2 liter of mountain dew and a big brownie, I recieved a regular dinner box and a 2 liter of pepsi. Totaly the wrong address and name on order. I called the location and got hung up on twice, third time a maneger awnsered. She said it was doordashes fault. I told her that I did not order from doordash. (if had my order would of been right) she said that they could have a driver bring the right pop and give in store credit for the order. 45.00 my order was more than that, I tried to explain my family had been waiting to eat and could they please bring the right order with the soda. They said no they could not just the pop, and the 45.00 credit. It was only 8.15 when this call accured and the store did not close till 9:00 very disapointing.

I live in Chattanooga TN. As a lifetime customer of Pizza Hut, I am writing to you to say that there are other pizza companies out there that I will gladly support that DONT push woke agenda and child grooming perverted children's books. Big Wig must be removed from your reading list for children. Its completely inappropriate. I have been going to Pizza Hut since I was a kid and I now take my kids there for pizza but I will switch gears and go somewhere else. I'll also teach my kids to avoid your company. My extended family and friends will also likely do the same. Please Do the right thing and remove Big Wig from the reading list for children. I have 2 kids myself and I would like to know that Pizza Hut is family friendly but right now its not and I will not support your company ever again unless you remove this book.

This is completely inappropriate and disgusting. For a major fast food chain to promote ANY sexuality to children is just wrong. As a customer for over 45 years, I am disappointed and will not be patronizing Pizza Hut if this damaging social programming of innocent children continues. It is not Pizza Hut's right to convert young minds with books. Helping with reading is one thing - brainwashing and corrupting is something evil.

I grew up on your pizza as did my husband. We still love pizza hut’s pizza. Unfortunately, because you have decided to get involved in politics which in this case is pushing a grooming, sexualizing, and creating-confusion book on children, we will no longer support your company. No, we are not rich and one might ask how one family makes a difference. Well, we live by morals and maybe if enough other families do, Pizza Hut will lose money. My ultimate hope is that you change course and let go of whoever picked these books out for children for a reading program.

I am so disappointed to hear your reading list for children includes a 'trans' book. I know many trans people; they are not happy people. They are conflicted and desperate and to be pitied AND treated kindly. But there is no need to push this condition/lifestyle choice on children who are vulnerable and immature. It is wrong. I'm very disappointed to learn that Pizza Hut has decided to involve itself in politics by promoting inappropriate reading material to children. To be clear, your competitors such as Pappa Johns and rising chains such as Marco's not only provide superior customer service and product, but by focusing on pizza and not politics they will garnish all future business from my family and friends. We order 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and normally get at dominos for 13.00 tax included. Paid 26 for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas at Pizza Hut and they were awful and cold! Very disappointed!

This is second time happened and we are not at all call it as pizza since it is not able to be cut. It is undercooked and soggy while taking out as slice for eating. All the toppings looked abnormal level for eating. So we separated them before consuming. This is our last Pizza Hut pizza forever. Good bye.
