The service of this store has deteriorated since last 1 year.
1st - had ordered pizzas + garlic bread online. online gave me a confirmation that order accepted and payment was made. After tracking showed that order is packed this Vashi Pizza Hut store calls and says that garlic bread ordered is not there and hence sending a different product of same value.
2nd - had ordered a mix of veg and non veg pizzas. the store delivered all veg pizzas
today order # [protected] of 2 medium pan pizzas + tear n share garlic bread. store delivered only the pizzas and not the garlic bread.
Terrible Service
The Pizza Hut, in Houma, LA, that I visited over the weekend will be one that I never visit again, if I ever do visit a Pizza Hut again. First off, I made an order through the Pizza Hut app on my phone. The order was submitted and was received at 4:55 pm. The app told me the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arriving at the store at approximately 5:10 pm, the pizza was not ready, but I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Long story short, I did not receive my order until 5:45 pm. Also, one of my pizzas was undercooked, as the dough was still “chewy” in some areas. I had also ordered a side of French Fries for my two boys. The order of French Fries was a joke. The fries did not cover the bottom of the container. There was 36 fires written on the container, and half of them were no longer than a half inch long. The work staff in the store looked like chickens with their heads cut off.
Desired outcome: A refund or coupons would be nice

April 2,2022 I tried repeatedly to use Pizza Hut app. Kept sending me back to app. icon. Used my PC, the site added charge on items I ordered stating I put too many toppings on for the price etc. eventually I decided to call find out how to place order without additional charges. Asked to speak to a manager. Did not note his name, he appeared annoyed with me because I was telling him what happened and asked how I could fix it. Thought as manager he would be interested knowing if issues with the app online and with the app. icon. Others called with the same problem he said. He was very short with me, told me he had orders for 14 pizzas waiting. I asked if he wanted me to go to another pizza business, he said if I want. Said I did not want to, Pizza Hut my favorite pizza. He told me I was stressing him out. I said good-bye and hung up. Ordered from a different business. Don't know if a shortage of workers. Maybe open fewer hours, not rude to customers who shop local.
Desired outcome: Don't expect anything. Nothing changes. Quite a few negative feedbacks. Not the business it used to be. Pay Hut for delivery when they don't is illogical. Other pizza not as good, no charge delivery fee.
Going over the $14.99 limit
What is the point of ordering Pizza with a deal of $10.00 if the delivery charge is $4.99, and the tax $0.76 causing it to be $15.75, making it unable to deliver because it "Goes over the limit"? In fact what's the point of ordering anything from Pizzahut if everything is expected to be $20 - $10 but I can't get anything good cause it's gonna be over $14.99.
Desired outcome: Stop lowering the delivery price limit and change it to a reasonable price. I want to give you guys money but you're making it very difficult.
I didn't receive my food
The pizza hut company in Bath told me multiple times I was going to receive my food then gave it to a person called Laura and tried stating it was me that put that name on the order which is nonsense and we're extremely rude on the phone, I want my money back ASAP or will be taking this further my email is Ryan. Pizza Hut call center
I had the worst ever service when trying to order my food the lady from the call center stated her name was jess she was rude and very disrespect full when takeing my order then some one from the call center called back from number [protected] and said i had to call the store to check my order they think they made a mistake so t did the store told me that they did not even recive my order at all from the call center but the call center took my payment over the phone and charged my bank card all ready I then called the call center back and again they were very rude i said all i want is my order to be delivered this was at 8pm on sunday thay then told me that there was not nothing they could do because store was now closed i told them no it dose not close untill 11pm on sunday that i have all ready talked to the store like they requested me to do then she again was very rude and disrespect full jess kept saying all she could do is refund my payment and it would take 24 hours or more to refund back to my account i asked why cant you talk to the store to fix it so i can get my food for my family she said that was not a option and stated the money would be put back on my card i then called back and the store picked up i told the manger what had happened and i gave her my order and payed again for it i can see that pizza hut could be losing a lot of customers over the rude people at this call center i have ordered alot from pizza hut not onley for home and my family but also for work i will not use pizza hut any more it is sad that a call center is causing you to lose your customers this was also E mailed to the corporate office Headquarters in Dallas Texas e-mail [protected]@pizzahut.com

We had to wait 20 mins longer than what the app said when I ordered. A total of 45 minutes. The drive thru is packed and the workers are standing at the counter drinking sodas and chatting. They tell me to pull up that my order wasn’t ready. When I finally get my order I don’t have a double order of breadsticks. When I asked why I didn’t get my full order the older lady who is the manager hollers “I don’t know” and walks back in the building. Then another worker comes out and brings me a order of cold breadsticks. This Pizza Hut has gone down so bad. The employees attitude, quality of food all of it is terrible.
Cold, late pizza.
Ordered pizza at 6:15pm. Was told delivery approximately 7:15. Pizza arrived at 8:00. Was cold, like sitting out in the room. Heated oven and reheated pizza. Now approaching 9:00pm and everyone was really mad. I was infuriated. I paid $50 bucks for two cold pizzas almost an hour late. We have had issues with pizza hut before and this, I swear, is my last order. We have a new Papa John's less than one mile from us. With the $5 convenience fee and tip, it's almost $15. We have decided to try them.

Pizza and delivery-no pizza but charged
Ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza on Saturday March 5 2022 at 8:30pm. The pizza was $23 (including delivery). By an hour later no pizza and the hut was closed. Immediately called Pizza Hut customer service for full refund. Was promised a ln immediate refund and a free pizza coupon. Never received. On phone today, Tuesday March 8, 4:00 pm. Stop telling me up to 5 days. UNACCEPTABLE! Stole money!
Desired outcome: Full and immediate refund and a coupon or discount for FULL FREE PIZZA AND COMPLIMENTARY FREE DESERT AND DELIVERY.

The horrible service
Yesterday ( 7/2/2022) I went to the Pizza Hut Restaurant in Putra Point Phase 2B Bandar Baru Nilai to dine in. It was about 8:50 p.m. I went there, Checked in as usual and I was asked to take any seat. One of the waitress came with a small receipt and asked us to scan and order. everything went on smoothly. The plate nor the cutleries were on our table. Well, It was not that crowded as well but I just waited. One of the waiter (Kelvin) came with the soup, and I asked him for the spoon. He asked me to wait. I was waiting about 3 minutes for the spoon and it was not given. Then the same waiter came with my drink and I requested for a spoon again and with a harsh tone and irritating manner, he gave me a stare and showed his tray and uttered " Can't you see I have so many orders to deliver?". I was quite furious at that moment and I remained calmed and questioned him how long he wants me to just stare at the soup, and he just walked off and instructed someone else to actually bring the spoon. Is this the quality of the service that you guys are bragging about? Do you think it is fair for me to get such a treatment visiting your restaurant? Seriously, you guys have to look into the steps of handling people/customer who is entering your restaurant. All this while, whenever I visit any eateries, the the first thing they would bring is suppose to be the plates and cutleries. I still cant digest the standards of your staff and and what kind of training was provided to them. Well, I guess this would be the first and last to such a horrible restaurant in my life.

Pizza order non delivery West Valley City Ut
I was asked if I wanted pick up or delivery and I asked for delivery to my hotel. After placing the order and paying $51.33 with my card I was told it would be about an hour and a half, I said no problem. Got a call a little while later that they didn’t have any delivery drivers. The person told me they use uber to deliver. I had no idea what that meant as I don’t know anything about uber. Nevertheless my food never came to my hotel and when I tried to call and ask where it was, Pizza Hut was closed

On 2/5/22 at around 1115am i placed an online order for 8 pizzas to be picked up. I paid for it and then 3 minutes later get a rude call stating i told you before that you have to give us a day warning to order a large order. I stated the last time i ordered it was a large order but i have been ordering from here once a month for the past two years and have never gotten a call. She said well we cant do it and not to order like this again and i stated so you want me to cancel this order, the lady said we cant make it so once i said to cancel the order she immediately hung up on me. I dont understand why this happened but will never order from there again, that was an average 110 dollars a month x's two years. To whom it may concern, the person whomever you calling to take the orders are very rude and disrespectful, It's bad you have to wait on the line for about a minute before someone answers but when they do and you start talking the hang the phone up on you then when you call back to tell them they hung up on you they do the same thing again. I do know who it was but it was a male voice and if this is the way you going to have them to treat customers u can forgett about my business my family and friends. If life is that hard for that person they need to do something besides answering the phone for pizza hut.
Charges for condiments
I have enjoyed pizza hut pizza for over 60 years and there have been a lot of changes over the years but frankly this last one is the final straw. Charging for condiments? Really? How can you disrespect your longtime customers that way? And on top of that to pull that crap during a pandemic and recession when money is tight. I'm sorry but I won't be buying pizza slut anymore

There was an employee, I think I heard a coworker call him Tristen, Well, this young man was not wearing gloves and his mouth was exposed when preparing a customers food. I left before he could contaminate my order, since I am an elderly woman I am very susceptible. I really think something should be done about this. We have these mandates for a reason and its bad enough people are not vaccinated. I doubt vaccination is a requirement for employment at all.
Desired outcome: I think the employee is problematic and therefore should be removed as to not get anyone sick.
Attitude and Professionalism
Tonight I placed a $77.00 order for pick-up and paid for it online. When I arrived, there were 4-5 staff standing outside the front door of the restaurant and 1 boy that was holding his phone and telling cars that were pulling up to the drive thru, that they were closed. When I pulled up, he said ma'm, we're closed. I'm here all alone and I just can't do it anymore. I'm closing it up. You're there all alone, when I saw 4-5 staff wearing their Pizza Hut shirts standing by the front door and then another person walked out of the restaurant also wearing their shirt..alone?!?!? Seems to me, you had something more important to do, other than your job. It will be awhile before I give you any more of my business. This was for the Pizza Hut on Hwy 287 in Waxahachie. They did refund the money back to me, but I'm still very disappointed with their professionalism. It appears they need someone a little more mature and responsible managing that place.
I was very disappointed in the taco pizza, it had no flavor of taco.
The delivery was prompt the ingredients was great but had no actual taco flavor. I also ordered boneless wings, I do pretty much every time I order, I have never gotten such small, mini like wings.
