Pizza is always dry, burnt, no sauce, no cheese --- POOR QUALITY. Either make good quality food or close this location.
They regularly make subpar pizzas.
Today I ordered their 3 for $5 and all three were either dry, no sauce, no cheese, blackened, burnt or simply POOR QUALITY. I had them toss one --- I should have taken it and had the health department review it.
Just make pizza right or CLOSE UP THIS LOCATION!

I am a regular customer I order for all my family gatherings and events from Pizza Hut . I went today to get my order . I ordered 2 large pizzas and desert items. The pizza was made really bad hardly any cheese the brownies were not fresh they had given me a wrong order o went back to get the right order which wasted my time and my guests kept waiting . I just wasted my money horrible experience and service

On 10/7/17 I placed an online order to the Pizza Hut on Brian Jordan place High Point North Carolina 27265
I ordered one Hershey's triple chocolate brownie one stuffed garlic knots appetizer one medium pan cheese pizza with extra cheese and one large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza my total order came to $43.71
The pizza showed up approximately two hours later and ice cold. The driver was unprepared without a pen to sign for my order, attempted to walk away with my pen pulled my receipt apart with her teeth and when I stopped her because I thought part of my order was missing she came back showed me where it was and said I just deliver it I don't pack it.
I immediately called the store the manager did not get on the phone with me but relayed through the person who answered the phone that they would credit me back $30 of my order I never received the credit back to my account I am attaching a copy of my receipt.

I ordered for pick up at my local Danvers, MA store, on Hy 114, and was shocked to find that only one person was on duty. October 11th, 2017, about 8 pm.
The result was that orders ran 15-20 minutes late. But more importantly, looking into the kitchen, I could see that that one person was rushed, dropping things on the floor, and under pressure to throw the food together, between answering the phone, greeting customers in the lobby, and running for things in the back of the store.
This also left no time for washing hands or donning gloves between handling cash, and preparing food, which was disturbing.
Beside leaving with an uneasy feeling, I found my order (2 pizzas) to be correct, but suffering from a lower level of quality attention to their make up. Same combo I always got, but not as good. Skimping on sauce, uneven distribution of toppings. I was always happy before, but not then. I may not go back.
I am not blaming the worker. Not at all, she was doing the best she could. I blame management. That's not how to run your business if you want to please customers.
I asked her why she was alone. She thought it was because of "corporate" cutting the total staffing hours. You know if that is true or not, I don't.
Normally I am happy with the service and food quality of that location.
All I know is that I was very disappointed, with the situation, and with the food...and you are at risk of losing me.

I ordered the Dinner box for carry out. Received the pizzas and was very disappointed. My Roni and salami pizza did not have marinara sauce and I can count the number of slices of meat on the pizza. I have pictures . This is a shame. For that price that I paid for the meal it should at least come with the substances that are listed on the Internet website or close to it. Danielle server # 238 @ the Pizza Hut In Newberry, Michigan was rude. We asked her to cook our RAW pizza dough for a personal ham & black olive pizza as well as the RAW dough for the cheese bread & she never did anything to fix it even after showing the RAW dough to her. She never filled drinks even after asked five times in 30 minutes! I asked for a manager and she became snotty. We waited another 20 minutes for a box for our thin crust pizza. Then another 25 for the check. I never met management during my visit even after asking three times. Waitress charged us for both RAW unedible food. I will never go to another pizza hut again. This is the nastiest pizza dinner and I'd rather eat cardboard pizza. This is the Rudest services I have ever had. I am on vacation and this is by far the worst vacation meal. Thanks a lot for ruining my mother's evening and making us wait for two hours.

My daughter received a "Book it" coupon for excellent reading at school. It is for a free personal pan pizza. She is 5 years old and was very proud of her accomplishment. We made a special trip to the Pizza Hut in Oak Hill, WV, at 7:30pm on 10/12/2017.We were told that they are out of pan pizzas. Idk how bc the place was empty! We asked if it could be substituted for a dessert or something special for my daughter. How disappointing to find out that the manager said "No!" How sad! Will never make a trip there again!

Today we ordered a big order from pizza hut egypt (cairo festival branch) of 6 pizzas 2 wedges and 2 cinabites noting that we are a company (RB egypt) and we ussually have huge orders! The order came after 2 hours without any notice, when I called the hotline they were not aware of the order status and they had to check back! And they never came back and I had to call 3 times to recieve a proper answer regarding the delivery guy status! The staff calling me was v v v unprofessional and untrained to handled customer and talked in a vulgare language! After all of this the order came without a cheque! Not only but it came semi cooked and v v cold! After several complain, an area cs manager called me and told me I am sorry and I will take corresponding action and the check is on its way as I refused to oay witht recieving a copy! Gladly they didnt take the pizza while guetting the cheque because I told them if they took the pizza they can take it for good and don t come back! I am realllyy disapointed of all what happened the way it eneded... will never order pizza hut again.. sorry to say it... service is really deteriorating in egypt branches! Unfortunatly we forgot to take photos as we tried to make it eadable and we were extremely hungry after more than 2 hrs of delays!

On the 11th of october I found my receipt from when I ordered the previous night. It said 10$ off your next online purchase 20$ or more. I couldnt find a survey code on my receipt so I called for the store number, since www.tellpizzahut.com said you could use the store number as an alternative. I called pizza hut to get the store number, then a woman answered, so I said "hi I was wondering what the store number is, I got a receipt saying to enter a survey code online to get the discount but there is no survey code so I was wondering if I could get the store number" and shes like "its on your receipt. Look at it." and I was asking her if it was the "zone f-05" thing or the "18:47:05" thing and all the other numbers and she was like "no. It literally says the store number at the top of your receipt" and I kept looking over it for a moment and im like "I dont see it here though.." and she was like "its there, we've never had trouble with another person saying they couldnt find it so" and I looked more and said it wasnt there, and she hung up... I tried to call back multiple times after she hung up in my face. No answer. Then I called again and a different lady answered and I told her my situation again with the survey number, and she hung up as well.. I do not appreciate such absurd behavior when all I did was call and ask for a store number to a coupon I was entitled to.. And I got snarky attitudes and hung up on multiple times for this. On Tuesday, October 10, 2017, my mother ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Hunt at 7385 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC [protected]). She has ordered the exact same thing for three weeks in a row. First time order was $19.00, second time they said $26.00 and yesterday they said $36.00. Mother said "I don't think so. The special is still running." The man on the phone mumbled something and hung up on her. After 30 minutes she was finally able to get her order called in. She said the individuals answering the phone were beyond rude. The ticket # on the order was #0069 and the code on the boxes was kexe 5ga0 502. She is so glad she questioned the price because someone else may have just paid the incorrect amount without thinking. Mother was so upset with how she was spoken to on the phone that if the grandchildren weren't counting on Pizza Hut pizza, she would have gone with another pizza location. My is Jose Trinidad Valdez and my fiance is Sonya Gomez. We order from pizza hut at least 3-4 times a month, on a recent visit last Monday Oct.2 we ordered 2 pizzas. As I walked in to pick up after estimated time to be done pizza hut employee said they were burnt and had to make new ones. As I waited 10 more mins and paid full price for the new pizzas went home to find them burnt as well. My fiance took them back and explained what had happen to the pizza hut employee, she also said they tasted like crap.Employee quickly replied "how do you know what crap tastes like" with up most rudeness. I ordered a pizza from Pizza hut in Murfreesboro TN 37128 on memorial Blvd online. And the pizza was so burnt that my family refused to eat it. Most of the time the pizza is made pretty good. Unfortunately this particular time it was horrible. I believe that an employee was careless when preparing the order. I ordered 3 pizzas at 7:30 pm. At 9 pm, the screen had been saying the pizza was on its way since 8:30. I called the store and got put on hold for 8 minutes before I gave up and hung up and called back. Again, I was put on hold for 6 more minutes while they checked my order. It was not on its way; it was not even made yet! Needless to say, I cancelled the order and ordered from another pizza company. Their excuse was that they had only one delivery person (on a Saturday night?).

Im sure that sets a record for the longest time ever to receive an order, and it's very frustrating to wait nearly two hours for pizza. I thought about reporting Pizza Hut a different way through the health department or some other means but I found this form online. Depending, I may still report them another way. It seems that none of the Pizza Huts in my area (Cuyahoga County) especially the Pizza Hut located on Chagrin Blvd in shaker heights can get our orders right. This is a problem since we have strict diets in our home.
We make our orders online and so its all about them actually READING the directions which none of these people seem to be able to do.
My boyfriend does not and cannot eat meat or cheese. I realize that "no cheese" on a pizza is strange since I can still eat cheese on mine but when you work for a place that gives the option of NOT adding certain ingredients for the sake of health related problems, you probably need to pay closer attention to the order that was given.
My boyfriend has gotten cheese on his pizza and they have even added bacon bits to his pizza which he could not tell was there until he bit into the pizza. We usually order late and so by the time we realize how terribly wrong they have gotten our orders, it is too late.
I always ask for pretzel bread with no salt in the description. They ALWAYS get it wrong. I have a problem with eating salt and since this is eliminating a step for them, I don't see how its a problem. Its literally less work...
Regardless of how strange the orders may seem go people with no limits on their diet, they are not complex nor are they difficult requests. We are literally asking for what we ordered and nothing more: No cheese/meat on his pizza and no salt on my pretzel crust. Its not rocket science.
So hopefully no one with extreme reactions to certain foods ever orders from them because Pizza Hut is just going to completely make whatever they want and sell it to you.
Aside from that, we just recently ordered pizza and we know the times that Pizza Hut delivers to so I was pretty upset when they called us to tell us that they could not deliver our pizza and that we had to come and get them. (This was for the order that they completely destroyed by the way). We went to get the pizza and was told that the pizza was not there; someone had just left to deliver it...I already did not feel like getting up to drive and to add insult they destroyed the order...Despite the fact that they show you the pizza, you cannot possibly see EVERYTHING that they have done wrong right away.
Hopefully something will be done to end this because this is unacceptable.
Sorry about the typos, I was typing quickly. I would post more evidence but I don't plan to order from them again after this last experience. I didn't think to report them until later.

I did an online order for a cheese bread pick-up at the Boston ave, Bridgeport, Connecticut. This is the 2nd time i have ordered cheese bread from this location and i must say i am extremely disappointed. Compared to Dominos and Little Caesar's cheese bread this is a no no. There was little to no cheese on the bread and the little cheese that was on it was burnt or very dry. That should not b called cheese bread. I went to go pick up a pie from location in Augusta Georgia in Georgetown when I approached the cashier to let her know I was going to pick up my pizza she asked me to wait she was busy so I'm in there for like 10 minutes waiting for the order that I called in then she turned around and looked at me and went in the back and started washing dishes I had to yell to the back and ask one of the cooks to look my order up that person was quite friendly although they were short-staffed but it wasnt busy and she had no reason to ignore me. She was very rude and obnoxious her customer skills are very poor I can honestly say I would never purchase pizza from that location ever again.. and that is not the first time I've experienced that the only reason why I went to this location because it's near my home but I rather ride 6 miles in the other direction to another local Pizza Hut

Our waitress did not tell us about any specials or anything and acted like she didn't want to even take our order and the sad part we drove over thirty minutes to eat there being we don't have a pizza hut in the town we live in.
