I file my marriage leave but my restaurant manager and my district dont like what kind of attitude is this must be I have 3days leave with pay why al homaizi make this kind of rules not even following by the manager and district manager!

Went in with my wife to get pizza. We do this once a week or so. For the last couple of weeks there is one waitress named Emma who looks either half drunk or on pills. Her eyes are always blood shot and she sometimes slurs words. She already has a reputation for being an alcoholic and when we mentioned our experience to one of our freinds who works at Walmart it turns out she was fired from there for theft and was having some sort of fling with the third shift manager. We can't bring our kids into this place any more or at least on the week-ends. Pizza Hut needs to drug test and be a little more picky as to who they hire.

I visited the said Plaza Angsana Johore Baharu on the 19th OCT 2010. Was at the Angsana to buy baby food for my newborn. As we frequent the Pizza Hut whenever we visited the Plaza, this happens to be worst experience by far.

Upon reaching the restaurant, we were greeted by the cashier staff and ushered to our table for five. My 15 months boy then started wanting the balloons that was hanging on the ceiling of the restaurant. I dont think anyone can reasons with a 15months old and explain the reasons of not getting one.

I then approached a male staff for any extra balloon that maybe in store. After he approached another senior staff, the comeback answer was the balloon on the ceiling was for display. Was very disappointed with the outcome. This is what lacking in those staff, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My wife ended going out to another store to buy balloon for my little one. I believe the staff during that period of time need to be retrain or should go for a refresher course. Coming from a service industry myself, the character and attitude of those staff are really unbecoming.

Me and 2 friends decided to have pizza hut delivered to our university halls and booked online to do so. However, after entering the delivery address and all the details we confirmed the order and the website then created a collect from store order, so we had to ring the local outlet to change this to delivery. We did so and they assured us that our pizza would be delivered within half an hour. within minutes the delivery man called to say that he was on his way (how they make their pizzas in that time frame doesn't even bare thinking about) and we were told to wait at the bus stop outside our halls of residence and he would be there within 7 minutes. We went to the bus stop immediately after receiving the phone call and waited for half an hour. Confused and hungry we rang the local restaurant from where it was being delivered to be told that we had not been waiting at the bus stop as told. We spoke to the delivery man and assured him that we were and he passed us on to the manager. The manager of this outlet then proceeded to raise his voice at us, and effectively told us that we were lying, and one particular comment that springs to mind was when he disrupted me in the middle of a sentence and said "you know what, you either come and collect it or stop wasting my time". We tried to reason with him and inform him that we had done nothing wrong and he would have none of it. In the end we decided to ask for a refund but were refused and fobbed off with the phrase "you will have to contact our head office". I would like to interject here that this manager was the worst I have ever come across, in any business sense and I was shocked at his tone, attitude and unwillingness to offer an adequate service. In the end i decided to collect the pizzas and spent 4 pounds on the bus in doing so, and when i arrived I was treated as if I was a criminal and no compensation for the bus fare or our trouble was granted. Here comes the final straw, on getting the pizzas home they were stone cold, when we had been assured that they had put them on a hot plate. Overall the worst home delivery experience I have ever had and I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from the Brighton store in Lewes Road to reconsider their choice. Unbelievable.

We had vouchers through the door offering deals on buy one get one free etc... I thought I would try it out as I normally go to Dominos. Needless to say that I now understand why not only was the restaurant closed down and turned into a take away only but why they have so many offers on.
This pizza was the same price as Dominos and has a much taste as the sole of my shoe!
Pre made base that tasted of cardboard, enough sauce to cover a mouse size pizza and a topping that tasted of nothing. I have never tasted something that tastes of nothing before!
My husnand ordered a "meat feast" and got a "hint of meat" instead. What did we pay for?
After a long days snowboarding all you want is food to feed the senses and this was soooooooo not it...
I have read the reviews on Pizza Hut now and wish that I had done so before but honestly thought I was ordering from a large succesful company not the burger stand from outside of the public toilets! I was wrong...
...wasn't I?

And hangd up. I wrang in again and explaind she said do wateva you
Like I then told manager I will come and see u in person as I was leaving
I get a call back stating ur f..In pizzza will be with u soon
I then asked for a refund and found she hanged up on me
I then upset and angry'ly sat down and thought I dont diseerve that sort
Of service as I am paying so wrang in and she told f... You I have spat in your food
What you going to do.

I am shocked and would please like help on sorting out this bully

I had my daughters party at pizza hut dartford today, i had booked this two weeks ago. We arrived and stood waiting in the doorway for 10 mins with no signs of any member of staff.
I noticed a table set up with ballons etc so took it upon myself to just take it that it was ours, and it was.
After sitting waiting for a further half hour with still not being acknowledged i went over to the entrance where there was now a member of staff. I explained we had waited, the kids were excited so had seated ourselves and would someone be over to see us soon (its a party and the kids parents are picking them up now in an hour and half).
The waitress came over 5 mins later and took the drinks order, our drinks arrived pretty quick (well half of them at least) 20 mins later no one still hadnt come over for our order (it wasnt busy) so i decided to take the orders myself (writing in crayon on the back of the hat supplied) i then took it to our waitress and said heres our order.
I had to keep requesting bowls for the kids salads, when they got them they were so hungry they pigged out on that so by the time our food arrived (it took ages) they wernt very hungry so wasted most (which was good as by now we were running out of time and we had ice cream and the birthday cake do to yet! we basically had 40 mins to have our salad main and dessert.
As no attention at all was being paid to us, we waited so long for refills that the kids were moaning so i went and filled them my self.
I also had to make a few requests for the ice cream bowls.
I would not recommend having a party here, you will not be able to enjoy your time as you are left running round filling drinks finding bowls, cuttlery and wait ages to be served.

Wow! Where do I start. We have ordered from this Pizza Hut for about 3 years now on a pretty regular basis (once a month or so). The first year, service was outstanding and the pizza was outstanding. But in the last two years, they have begun price gouging (not just this local Pizza Hut). They advertise "$10 any size, any toppings, etc." and then proceed to charge an extra $2 for extra cheese. Now I would not normally complain about that but this particular location's definition of "extra cheese" is what I would call a "normal" amount of cheese. We ordered from other Pizza Huts in the area and they certainly give you your $2 worth (IMO). But I just paid $35 for two large thin crust pizzas! $20 for basic pizza, $4 for so-called xtra chs., and $2 for an extra topping, $2.50 for delivery, and the website checkout had the gall to actually say "driver's tip not included!" Now I understand the driver works for tips and I have no problem giving them a tip but Pizza Hut is charging $2.50 for delivery even if it is just down the block? Pizza Hut is becoming the American Airlines of fast food. Fee for this, fee for that. I think we will start ordering from Domino's again or Little Caesars. Little Caesars uses real Mozzarella chz (not that artificial crap PH uses), puts a generous amount on the pie, and has Large hot and ready to go pizzas for $5. They taste better and are considerably more food. My family of 5 kills 2 PH large pizzas and is still hungry. But we only have to order one large from LC when we go. You might want to consider doing business elsewhere. Pizza Hut is doing what Blockbuster did----charge ridiculous prices. Now Blockbuster is looking at bankruptcy. Pizza Hut will be a failing brand in less than 5 years if they keep this up.

My feancea and I were having the buffet. He got a plate and put his pizza on it and sat down to eat. There was a dead cockroach on his plate. I took it to the counter and showed the lady. I said ( Can you tell me what this is?) She said ( I dont know what it is.) I said( ITs a cockroach) she ask ( It wasnt in the food was it?). It should not matter where it was in the food or on the plate it should not have been there at all. She took a 1.50 off our meal. We should not have had to pay for the food. When we found the roach we left. She also ask if everthing was ok except the bug. Come on this shows its not a clean place to eat .Feel free to contact me anytime at [protected]. My email is

Yesterday afternoon was really hungry and I had no car so I decided to order a pizza from pizza hut. The driver came in to my house and he asked me to pay the total which was $13.72 and I gave him a $20+75cents and told him just give me 7 back. From that $7 I gave him a 1$ tip he said thank you and put that dollar in the 20 and folded it and thats all I saw.. So I take my pizza to the table and a hear a knock on the door I openend it and it was the driver he walks back into my house a claims I never gave him the 20$ bill.. So he starts emptying his pockect to show me he doesnt have it.. And I tell him you know im not f*ckin crazy I gave the 20 at the same time I was emptying my pockects to show him to. Basicillyhe was arguing with me claiming I never gave him money. So I tell lets him trace your steps back to your car to see if you might have dropped it he says no I already did that thats why im back here talkin to you.. I turn to him and say do you think im crazy an he says "i dont know maybe my friend. "i then I turn to him and say lets go retrace your steps again he agrees and hes is following me.. I walk from my house to his car checking the floor and we couldnt find anythin. So I decided to lookk away from that path to another dircection and guess what I found the 20. He threw it in the grass off the path to his car. There was no way in the world or in the laws of physics that the 20 fell there from his pocket while he was headed towards his car. If you remember I also to you I gave him a 1$ tip that he folded the 20.. Where was the dollar then huh. This idiot delibritly threw the 20 in my grass so when we traced our steps we wouldnt be able to see it. Lucky I found it because he told me he wouldnt leave my house ubtill I paid him.. He was actully really lucky I didnt shoot for yelling in my house like that. I called pizza hut told them what happened they didnt even apologize all she said that hes a good guy and hung up on me after I aske for her name... I never ate that pizza after that but it looked really good I had 3 toppings jalapeno chicken and bacon... Umumumumum

I am writing to you today in quest of several issues that have been brought to my attention over the past few months with one of your stores in Denison texas, on W. main street.
i have several issues i feel need to be addressed about your hiring practices and employee protocal's and public relations, due to intervention and through ordering from your service in the Denison TX area it has come to my attention that people in this store are dealing in "POT" mariguana ! from the manager >AKA Sammy,
too: and not confined too the shift manager >>AKA Lizz,
and to 1 particualr driver AKA Leona, who has solicited attempts of prostitution for money from me and about 18 other men i know in the area and no telling how many others. in town.
on several occasions she has offered her services while on duty for extra money for various things of sexual natures.
i am just kinda curious as to why? and how come this type of situation is going on with a public food service? also i futher intend to contact some associates i know in the FDA as well as law enforcement along with a few i know in the new's media to investigate into the matter of importance.
i have worked in and around law enforcement for many years in several states and it boggles me as to why? with all the crime and children growing up in our city's and town's? That pizza hut of all places promotes the hiring of drug addicts and prostitutes who deal in drugs while on the job as well as soliciting prostitution.
in the next 24 hours i will be fowarding this same letter onto other agencys with a inquiry as to finding out why this type of attrocity is
aloud in this industry..

I have one hour for lunch, so my husband and I decided to go to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. We were seated almost immediately, but that was the height of service for this visit. No one came to our table for our drink orders. A waitress that was waiting serveral tables in the room we were seated looked at us three times and never asked us if we needed any help. Instead, she managed to VISIT with all the other customers in the room and continued to ignore us. My husband finally walked up to the hostess that seated us and the waitress that ignored us while they were clearing an empty table and asked if someone could bring us a couple of unsweeted ice teas. Another waitress showed up with our drinks and said she was sorry but no one told her we were seated. If the other waitress that ignored us, saw we had not been waited on, why didn't she say sometime to the hostess or the other waitress. After being served our drinks, we were never checked on again. When we went to pay our bill, five workers stood and stared at us for almost a full minute before one of them decided to walk up to register. She asked us which table we were seated at and we told her. I told her about the lack of service and she said she would not charge us for our drinks. How much do you think two unsweeted teas cost?! I'm sure that really hurt! We didn't even get an apology for no service. The attitude was the worst! I've never felt so unwelcome!

POOR SERVICE

My husband, son and I visited Pizza hut Restaurant in Jusco tebrau City, Johor Bahru last Saturday, 31/7/10 around 9.30pm. We have experience the very poor service from the waitress and shift manager.The waitress took away the cheese bottle to other table without asking us while we going to eat our meal . Beside that, after meal, my husband "ASKED" one of the waitress to serve us the single scoop of strawberry ice cream for my son, but we wait so "LAMA" until my husband get angry and himself need to go to counter to get the ice cream and seen like nobody realised this. And the shift manager just look at my husband without saying a word sorry. We ready " KECEWA" with this type of the "PERKHIDMATAN".

I took my 4 year old and 6 year old to Pizza Hut after school today as an end of term treat. Its not my kind of thing but they love it. My 4 year old didn't really enjoy his pizza
but did have 2 finger bowls of apple and cucumber. They both wanted the icecream factory (included in the price) and after 2 mouth fulls he threw up much to my embarassment. I was refused help by the staff who gave me the disinfectant spray and kitchen roll and told me I'd have to do it because they weren't allowed. The Manager was shocked that I complained at the lack of help, afterall I was covered in sick, as was my child. He said it was my child and I should clean it. He then told me that it was not his fault that I had fed my child so much that he threw up. Wow, what a great Manager. Great social skills don't you think? I'm sure he'll go far with such a caring and sensitive attitude. He then asked me what I do for a liviing so that he could tell me how to do my job! Oh my God, how does he stay open with such a disgusting attitude to paying customers.

I have never been so insulted and treated so badly in a restaurant. I will never return and will make sure no one I know does either.

He ruined the treat for my children and then charged me full price for the privilage.

My daughter used to be their team member. She's 4-yr hrm graduate. She applied for the position as management trainee but unfortunately they just hired her as their crew instead. So as a team member, it was not listed in her duties and responsibilities to assigned her to do all the paper works and to be the personal driver of their manager. Not only that, she should be a trainee for 1 month but how come she was on duty for more than 12hrs. And what was charity work/time all about? 3 hrs of working but you are not paid for that 3 hrs extension of work? Lastly, you are forced to work even if its your rest day. Then you cant receive your salary on time. I am calling the dole to be aware of this! Employees should not be treated like this! Pizza hut is the worst restaurant ever!
