Account got reclaimed by original owner and I haven't got a response to fix this situation, got escalated

I have waited a full day for a response and got nothing, I had trouble with this account about Dec-06-2022 at around 7:00PM two days after the purchase getting added by the friends of the previous owner apparently, getting told the account was hacked. I told the seller about this and was told it was a scammer. I followed seller instructions to change password and email, did a 2FA, and still the account was recovered by someone. All I can do is return the email since that's all I can get. I even gave time for the seller to reply to me if they could recover the account, and I got no response about a refund or if they could get the account back from the support. Therefore this account has been giving me trouble and I just want a refund for it. Especially for $450.00 giving me this much problems not even in a week.
I am trying to gift for my kid but I cannot even get it because of these escalation times.
Desired outcome: I would like this to please be refunded already. This seller clearly hacked this account since he cannot provide me the info for the first receipt or help me get it back from Mihoyo.

I also just lost the dispute, went in favor of the seller, I would like to know how are we supposed to show proof that we have no account when I tried doing everything the seller asked me to do and now I have no account, lost $450.00 thanks to your website. I will never be buying a account from here again. Lesson learnt.
Purchases in general
Every time I try to buy something from the site, it goes straight to "pending payment." I have never even been able to get anything that I have paid for because it takes the money and locks on "pending." I have tried purchasing again, canceling, etc. yet I am still unable to receive the things I have paid for on any product.
Desired outcome: I'd just like to know why I can't buy anything because it keeps saying "Pending" every time I try to buy multiple items. or at least get the most recently pinned item.

Account sale
My account name is wpfox98. I recently bought an Apex Legends Account from some seller based in Indonesia. 2 days after Purchasing the account, the account is now permanently banned. The seller claimed in dispute it's my fault the account was banned. In direct message he literally admitted that sometimes EA bans account he sells and he would work with me and appeal the account. I did not want to work with him and escalated the dispute only for him to win. I provided screenshots of the conversation and Player Auctions arbitration team STILL sided with him. Are you serious? Player Auctions Is a COMPLETE scam! Buyers have the same rights as the 13 colonies under English rule. The buyer is given a coin toss hoping the person who reviews your dispute is actually a human and not a bot. I think i'm going to start hacking and selling Apex accounts on this site, why shouldn't I? If the account gets banned right after I sell it, i'll just shrug and likely still win the dispute. Lost for words.

The "substantial proof" is in the receipt of the screenshots provided. I did not get the account banned. The seller Literally claims in black and white that the ban of the account is in regards to the location of the account, thus taking full responsibility of the ban. As a buyer I am not at fault if I purchase an account that will be locked and banned right after purchase because seller is violating EA rules. Seller tried to work with me and appeal the account, but when EA denied the ban request the seller threw his hands into the air and said 'not my problem, account was banned after it was sold.' Then followed it up with 'Do you have proof that it was you and not I who is the reason for the account getting banned.' It's infuriating I have to sit here and try to prove my innocence meanwhile the scammer of a seller has to prove nothing and only argument is the default argument of 'Its not mine anymore so not my problem.' [censored]!
I'm asking that this case be looked over with actual due diligence and the screenshots provided are actually read as they are VERY TELLING. Seller has literally admitted that he's dealt with this before and admits he's aware of the ban, the reason for the ban, and will only work with me as much as getting the account unbanned and if it doesn't get unbanned, well it's simply not his problem. If that isn't the definition of a scam then i'm not sure what is. I'd be better off buying NFTS at this point. The fact that the seller already managed to win the first dispute is plain frightening and shows just how much autonomy sellers have over helpless emerging buyers. This guy will continue to sell accounts that will be banned after players purchase them and innocent consumers like me will fall prey and have to spend our time disputing cases like this while seller carries on with their life and continues scamming more victims. I understand there are blurred lines in regards to buying/selling accounts but Sherlock Holmes isn't needed to see who's the perpetrator and victim in this scenario is.

We’ve encountered issues with our orders and the PlayerAuctions team is doing very little to have the issue resolved efficiently.
The issue I’m having? On October 3, 2022 I placed an order on the PlayerAuctions website for a $100. The Order ID # 9563003, I was charged $105.64 in total but that’s no my problem. I eventually had to cancel the order because I came to realize that I didn’t have enough money left on my card and I needed the money to get me through the remaining 2 school weeks. I reached out to them for my money back and with every response they provide me, I’m been asked to wait yet another few days for my money. I’m very disappointed with their service and will discontinue as soon as I’m provided my money back as I am not certain my future orders with them will be any different if I’m to encounter similar or much difficult situations. I have written to these people literally begging for my own money as though I was a mare beggar trying to get by. I have gone days without eating anything substantial as they are taking far too long to provide me my refund and at this point do believe they have no interest in seeing to it that I get it.
It really annoyed me that the acted quickly to deactivate my account but not to provide me my money.
I am really struggling and it’s becoming evident to those around me but I am still trying to hold on and still exercising faith that someone, an angel, from the PlayerAuctions team will here my cry and go above and beyond and see to it that I get my money back. I’m really hungry at the time of writing this and it pains me to think I’ll just have to drop this case as I see nothing being done for me.

Account reclaimed and pa not honoring protection paid
Anyone who has ever filed a claim against a seller in PA will know that they want you to find a gold bar marked with "X" in Fort Knox. You are suppose to get the Epic to tell you the account was reclaimed when the publisher asks you to give them 1K pieces of evidence that you are the account's creator (which if you are being scammed you don't have) Then they refuse to tell you the account was reclaimed for "security." I bought an account back in April from a seller. Transaction overall-fine, but he provided me with a Russian email for the account. I figured "whatever, PA's rules are that the seller has to maintain the recoverability for the account for the duration of the protection - I'm good either way". I even bought the 1 year extension just in case. A couple of days later, I get an email from the seller that he "accidentally reclaimed the email because he didn't mark that he sold it" and he apologized and gave me the log in. Fast forward mid-september, I can't get into the account so I contact the seller, he told me it's not his problem because I didn't change the email on the account (which wouldn't have matter because he did presumably and it still got reclaimed). Now you would think, hey PAs rules say he has to recover it for me so no worries-nope-tells me he's a reseller and has no access to the original account and too bad for me BUT being the nice guy he is will sell me one of his accounts from his inventory for what it cost him-super nice right? No scammed once, same thing could just happen again so I start a Dispute-give conversations I had with Epic about it, show I can't get into it and that the email I was given is no longer linked to the account. Seller provides nothing except blames me and says how unfair it would be to him if they found in my favor because I could just steal the account and the money, but. Not if following the PA rules since he could just reclaim the account back? Anyway, PA closes out my dispute and says nothing, but finds in his favor. Well, hidden on their help desk, you can open an inquiry and link it back to the dispute so I did. Meanwhile, I went to epic where I tried AGAIN to get them to admit to me about the account and they kept refusing. Finally, I told them the truth. I turned in the account for breaking TOS, if I'm out the money, creator should be out the account. Epic escalated my case and I start having back and forths where I had to prove receipts, info about account, log on, everything... hours of talking and finally they told me the golden ticket, they said directly that I broke TOS but that they had been authorized to confirm that the account had been reclaimed, told me the case was being sent for review and action (of which they would give me no more info), then closed out my epic account. I went to my PA Help Desk case and gave them it, figuring "Got it!". They told me it was being sent to the seller who would have 48 hours to offer his own evidence and the case would move forward. 48 hours later I update the case asking how the case is going - nothing. Over the next couple of days I ask for updates, nothing. Finally last night, 5 DAYS after the "48 hours message" they sent me a message that "they understand my situation and they have contacted the seller and are waiting to hear back, but please provide further evidence to prove my case"... FURTHER EVIDENCE? On here a seller complained about unfair treatment and the response to it? That it's not unfair to him, that they don't welcome resellers on their site who don't have recovery access to the accounts they sell and that it's one of their rules so how is that not the very first thing that is asked? Here I am, 147 hours into the sellers 48 with no information at all
I already know Richard is ready to come here and spin like he did on TrustPilot - so I will put his points here
1. No, changing the email wouldn't have matter. IT WAS RECLAIMED as stated by Epic, not moved to another
2. No dispute was filed in that first incident because he corrected it immediate, I mentioned it because its suspicious in the least.
3. by one of YOUR OWN replies on trust pilot, the seller being a reseller is supposed to automatically make him at fault. So basically you say everyone can claim to be a reseller and they will never be found at fault? "Well, I'm not the one who reclaimed the account, I just sold it". So there is zero recourse for the buyer in this scenario.
4. The email that's not good proof? Direct quote... and according to them, the seller is suppose to have recovery info.
"Due to the nature of your issue and request, I have been authorized only to confirm that the reported account went through account recovery and was returned to the account's creator. No further information will be provided however." (his reply to this made no sense because he said 'The evidence we received is that the account was "not found"; the email was changed, but this email change does not point to the seller and it could have been any party.' which he knows is a lie. DO NOT TRUST PA! They will not honor their protection and you literally can't get them to side with the buyer even if you provide proof the seller reclaimed the account. Then they come on the review sites and make untrue claims about your case.
5. Also... interesting... you say the account was "locked". Hmmmm my evidence only said the account was "being reviewed" and I wouldn't know the outcome." So... how do you know it was locked? Unless you have contacted the seller (who reclaimed it) and told you it was locked... and how would he know it was locked unless he had access? Go ahead... spin some more.
Desired outcome: Wanted my money back but clear they will never do that with all the proof, so now just to at least protect other people from being scammed.

Terrible support, not dealing with issues and sending copy and paste answers
I had an issue where a buyer left a negative review of just "F" I tried to contact the buyer for months, I sent playerauctions an email and they send a copy and paste answer from "Kevin" saying that they cannot do anything yet I have had negative feedback removed before, at the start of the support its always "Kevin" it seems like a bot that sends automatic responses and nothing actually happens. I had to leave a negative review of the site for somebody WHOS REAL to actually look into it. The situation was not handled by a real person and the negative review of just "F" Is still there. I tried months to contact the buyer and nothing happened.

Another issue is where the verification system is Playerauctions is terrible a buyer had to spend 1 hour to verify to buy the account, they send gave me a Neutral review which is neutral as it takes away your positive feedback rate? I tried to contact the buyer and they threatened me and said they would make the feedback worse if I tried to contact them again, Yet I am trying to explain to them that the issue isnt my fault and I had no control over it. Anyway I try and contact support and 9 MINUTES LATER "Kevin" responds saying for me to try and contact the buyer to remove it yet I stated in the support I tried to contact them and they threatened me. Clearly this "Kevin" is a bot and the situation is not being handled by a real person.

I Paid literally a thousand dollars for this really rare Apex Legends account yesterday using my visa card via skrill. But the status was stuck in the payment verification process ever since then. I have received nothing in my email, no instructions, no notifications, nothing. It is a huge transaction, but at least keep me updated on the situations going on on your side. I would cooperate if any instructions are given. And your LiveChat at the helping center was also irresponsive. What happened? Don't exhaust my patience and leave me with no options but to cancel the order.

Order was stolen by seller after 3 months
I have bought from seller PapaOcus an account for the game Clash of Clans with a value of 28.13 $ at the time.
The account has raised in value from 28.13$ to a minimum of 60$ if we take into consideration game progress. However, the account also had limited Items such as hero skins and map skins and magic items. Which would bump up the price to an 80$ account at the very least.
Seller PapaOcus has even admitted to stealing my account and tried to cover it up by offering me a discount on another purchase. I have the chat logs as proof.
He was able to take it away because of his inability to allow a change of credentials after the order was received.
Therefore, he has failed to complete his order and he also committed theft by taking it back from my hands and re-selling it.
Desired outcome: An account of equal value to be provided by seller PapaOcus, or a complete re-fund based on the market price of the account in it's current state

Purchase for a game
Absolutely abysmal. I was working with customer service reps and then suddenly they stopped responding to me altogether. It has been over two days since they replied to me last. The first purchase I made the seller was unable to fulfill and required me to cancel the order for a refund. Second time I placed an order they made me undergo another verification process where I have to take a selfie with my card next to my face to prove it's me. I can block the first 12 numbers of my card though so it's not entirely shown. I asked if I would have to undergo that verification process for EVERY single purchase that I make and they stopped responding to me. Very frustrating.

Taking business days to even reply to my verification process
I bought an account yesterday around 5pm and got an email to complete the verification process for the payment I sent all the required pictures and then they claim they are not good enough quality so I sent them all again in the best quality. And about three hours later I finally get a response that my name on the website isn’t the same on my debit , I’ve been going by my middle name my whole life so I sometimes put that on things but you can see my full name on all my ids and can clearly see that my middle name and first name on all my payments are on there so I sent everything they needed and have gotten no response from about 6:45 pm to 12:29 am the next day as of right now. 26 MAY 2022 I used SKRILL to pay for services at Player Auctions. They continued to deny that payment was received even after SKRILL marked it paid. I keep getting the "refund in seven days" line and it's been over a MONTH. No one.wilk help and I've essentially had almost $200 stolen.

I purchased an account back in 2019 from the seller Haidi1408 for $72.90. It was a small little bs account that I could build off of. Seller stated no recoveries were ever set, no emails were ever set but somehow in the last week, the account was recovered from me, this shows that the account was recoverable while seller stated it was not OrderID(4632303). Now the issue is I also purchased gold for this account recently OrderID( 8824775) for $82.34.
Desired outcome: Full refund on purchased account and gold. Suspension and ban of seller account Haidi1408.
