I contacted PODS to move my belongings from NY to Charlotte, in August and September last year. One of my containers was delivered, and the second one was scheduled for September 16th without any prior notice, I just received a call from the driver in the very morning of the delivery with a 20 minutes window to meet the driver at my storage area, unfortunately the 20 minutes window was impossible since I’m a senior citizen and can’t lift anything. I explained to the driver it wasn’t possible for me to get there in that, because I needed to contact 2 guys to help me unload the container, the driver said his supervisor will call be back to reschedule the delivery, since he had several other customers to deliver. To date I have not received my container and I was to I have to paid over $3,000 dollars and can’t get my container until I pay the money by western union, but both contractors were already paid for. I need help with this issue because they have my container scheduled for auction on 1/31/2024. Please help me with this issue. Thank!
