I won a jackpot which was doubled since i have been a member for 4-5 years now. Finally after doing all the links and giving them all the info needed the page said to wait 60 days well 60 days went bye and i emailed them which took at least 6 different times because all they had was some crazy automated email reply then then send me email saying i wont get the money that at some time during my member ship i have cheated, and that it may not have been me but maybe someone using my acct. thats a dang lie and they don't have to prove it they said. I like to play games on the site and never played for the jackpot. If they aren't gonna pay people when they win then don't have it.

i hate to keep bothering you, but once again today i did not recieve a badge, the cloud cover badge. i paid 16 gems for it and fullfilled what i was to do within less than an hour. i was to recieve my badge and i think 1, 500 or 2, 000 tokens? i'm sure you can check my acct. user name faithann51 password is rusty. thank you. faith brandt

pOGO.COM, i HAVE DONE SO MUCH DAMAGE TO MY COMPUTER TRYING TO FIGURE WHAT i HAD TO DO TO GET ON THE SITE, AND ALL ALONG THEY ARE JUST ONE BIG SCAM, WOW. THIOS PISSES ME OFF . THE TRUTH IS BETTER THEN THINKING IT IS SOMETHING WITH YOUR COMPUTER IS WHY IT WON'T LALLOW YOU TO GET ON THEIR SITE.

i was suspended from games for absolutely no reason at all. i do not resond to players remarks. and 70 percent of the time the players are well mannered. please lift my suspension immediately. i am a 50 year old women that wants to play spades for relsxation. granted there are a lot of people out ther that should be terminate
for life. there is no reason on this planet why i was suspended. i pay good money to be a member. will you please consider my request and change the suspension as soon as possible. it would aappreciated immensly. thankyou. sincerely mariya tedeschi

I keep getting booted off the internet when I try to access pogo.com, just as the game loads. What is the problem and how can it be fixed, or is it just another rip off from aol hell?

i hope you sent an abuse report to pogo with his sn so if he really was a pogo employee they could take action on him/her. but from the looks of the name i don't think it was an employee of pogo.

what ever just stating a simple fact about this company all you people complaining that pogo won't issue refunds or that pogo keeps charging your credit cards. If all you people would wake up you'd realize that they (pogo) is a business, and they don't refund money, they don't have to as long as they state that they don't do so, and as far as all these people whining on billing, you don't want to be billed then don't keep billing info on file.

i hate when people ### and complain over stupid chit that is easily avoided if one were to actually read EA's terms of service (TOS)

but obviously no one is smart enough to do so.

I have no problems with pogo, and i don't complain when their servers are down, even more I don't complain on a message board that has nothing to do with EA or pogo hoping that the problem will get resolved.

the simple fact is that you want things taken care of you need to conatct the company you are dealing with not hoping that someone will fix it for you on an unrelated site.

If you don't want to be billed by pogo then take out your billing info, if you want a refund you are out of luck. If you don't like some game they have, don't play it, if you have a problem with another player report them...not that hard to figure out.

and no i never worked for pogo if that is what you were trying to apply to me there Jason. but what ever.. you can think what you want. random people on the web can't solve every problem i am just trying to let these people who are complaining about money and billing know how to resolve it if it can even be resolved and not to expect to be refunded any money they legally do not have to since they clearly state that all sales are final and that they issue no refunds for any reason.

but whatever, you strike me as another dumb ### this world could do without, and one that would go on pogo and start chit with player for no reason than to amuse yourself.

went in to play free games, someplace it asked for my information, I gave it, (DUH!), and then I saw a price
of 39.99 and do not remember hitting a submit button. I never play anything but free games on the computer.
I am 70 years young, but, obviously made some kind of mistake here, and I cannot afford a deduction of this amount from my meek little budget ! That is money for meds., and or food !
I have put a warning out with my back and a claim with them. It could take up to 90 days, and that is a long time to be short this amount of money !
I need someone to give me a boost in getting POGO
to put that money back into my account !ASAP
I am hoping to hear something sooner. If this can help me, I sure do need something quicker than a 90 day turnaround.

On April 20, 2009 I was in spades trying to play a good honest game when all of a sudden there were 3 other players which were all the same person cheating me. I have found that this goes on everyday 24/7. I have also found that players can make another name for FREE that is similiar to mine. These cheating players do this day in and day out and pogo does nothing about it. As any human being would do, I got upset about it. Someone reported that I said a bad word which I did not say and I was terminated permanately. There is something seriously wrong here and pogo does nothing. I contacted pogo by phone and also EA Support by email asking them to lift the termination and I have had no response as of today 4/23/09. Its so sad that people need to cheat for a colored dot. Whats even more sad is that, paying pogo members get terminated for lies told and the ones that pay nothing and cheat people get to continue playing. Maybe with so many complaints being filed, a good lawyer with a backbone will see them and file a class action lawsuit against pogo and EA support. Im sure there is a case here somewhere. If so, I would like to be on the list for the suit filed. In the meantime I will just do like the rest of them and make a FREE screenname and play under that and save my money since pogo is not worthy enough to have my money for a membership.

i agree, have paid 22.79 on3/25/09 for 350 gems and still have not received them. would like to know what is the problem i know you wouldn't wait a month if my account payment was do. please respond or my bank will try to retreive my funds, really wanted the pogo gems. joanne [centralvagold52@wmconnect.com]

I haven't experienced ever winning on pogo, but found a number of threads similar to this one about pogo cheating people out of their winnings. So I decided to take a look at their terms of service agreement to see how they define "cheating" and found the following under point #10 Rules of Conduct: You may violate the Terms of Service if you: ... Use and communicate exploits to gain unfair advantage in a game. It's about part way down a heck of a long list of rules.

I'm assuming that they include any sort of chat conversation between players where players would work together to achieve a badge goal. This is almost guaranteed to be something that they keep track of as they also monitor chat logs for inappropriate language. So I'm guessing if they are denying winnings and you have ever chatted about working with other players for badges or whatever, that is what they would consider as cheating.

I myself have done this and actually appreciate these sort of chats as a way to bring about conversation between people playing the games and before now would never have considered it cheating as much as just a way to work together to achieve a goal and to foster interaction between members of the pogo community. It seems unfortunate to me that EA/Pogo doesn't seem to see it in the same light. Especially since I always kinda thought that was the purpose of a social community sort of site.

In this discovery I'm now left to decide whether or not I even want to continue with my current membership (I've actually already cancelled up until the end of this billing period for now), if I want to sign up with a new username and try to follow their Rules of Conduct just incase I ever win anything (which I figure to be unlikely anyhow), or to just continue on with my current account I have spent a number of years building up. I think it really sucks that I have to consider this at all and it has totally taken the fun out of even playing.

At any rate, I thought my discovery may help to shed some light for some folks on why they are being accused of "cheating." So sorry to hear that there seems to be so many folks out there that are being denied their winnings on what seems to me to be a technicality.

On May 4, 2009 I made a payment of $39.00 (Ref #24692169121000725583256) in order to play the Pogo games. Funds were taken from my bank account, however, I have not been able to play the games. I received an e-mail that there was a problem with my payment card. If this is so why was the $39.00 deducted from my account.

charged credit card $42.79 with no authorization from customer. www.ea.com which appears on credit card statement is a completely useless site--impossible to use to contact any one. No phone nos. available. When you get a screen to send an email--it will not accept your e mail at send. For novice computer users this is all a freaking nightmare. I don't want pogogames but I can't seem to cancel them anywhere, either in Pogo's site or in EA' site. Help Help Help I do not want to have to cancel my credit card just to stop them.

Hi. For the last couple of days I haven't been able to get on clubpogo.com. I manage to sign on and as soon as I get to the homepage it kicks me out and I don't understand why. It's really irritating. Please fix this so I can play the pogo games. Thanks.

You can type it online and google it and you will see that there were 28 lawsuits in 4 years against them, and yet they're still operating.That's just ridiculous.I really hope somebody goes to prison for a long time.I was recently charged by blizzard.com and then electronic arts, incorporated.com somehow, considering that I have never ever done business with them, or signed up for anything like that.I hadn't even heard of them until i had to go to the bank because i realized that over 600 dollars were taken out of my bank account without my knowledge.Somebody must've hacked into my computer.I'm devastated and tired of dealing with corrupted institutions.

i can't click onto anything on pogo. nothing i click on will open up. all i can do is go to pogo home page but thats it. wont even let me e-mail teck support. i am so tired of this stuff!i ahve paid club member fees for 4 years and cant get help to fix my problem.is there anyone out there who can help me please? thank you

also be aware that pogo.com is linked to a site called surfaccuarcy.com which trys to install adware and other software when signing up for pogo. after singing up for pogo i caught an intrusion attempt from an IP address which i traced back to surfaccuracy.com they attempted to hack into my hard drive, my internet explorer, and a few other files

my visa card was used on pogo game site i don't play pogo Game at all so how did they get my card number it was used two time in the month of aug 28 /2009 amount $23.47 & Sept7 /2009 amount $23.33 on my visa card RBC I DON'T GIVE MY CARD NUMBER OUT TO ANYONE how that happen i don't understand thats frud please stop now or the police will be involved

my american express card has been charged 2 differant months once on 7/30/09 and again on 9/13/09.and it happened last year as well . and can not get a phone number or address to get any answers please help.

Someone shoulsdput a stop to POGO.COM.not only do they not payout when you win, but the people that work for them know nothing about the game, or any game they have, i bought a subscription for my eieghty year old father, bless his heart, he played it everyday trying so hard to win something, we shared his progress and talked about how much fun it was, finally he won, however they never paid him, and i couldnt even get any response from there site, its a complete ripp off, and there people who run the site didnt have any idea what i was talking about when i finally did get a response, how can they steal money and it be legal, they have no compassion what so ever if you have a problem, nor do they have any idea how there games work, there online supprt could not answer one single question about any of the games, after learning they had no itention of paying, i decided i would ask a simple question about one of there games, i asked over and over different questions, i never got one single answer, if you dont believe me, try to ask them, i think the person who answers is someone out of the country who hasnt a clue about there games, its a complete total ripp pff, they should be put in prison, lieing and stealing is against the law,

I have a old computer and can't upgrade to pogo demands. I have been a pogo member for many years. I do not have the money to get a new computer so I guess I will loose my club pogo. I do not think that is fair. Do you?
