Poslaju delivery delay courier service
Please somehow do something regarding the delay in courier service of poslaju.
My item already delayed many days.
Why should the courier service stop during MCO?
It had been written that courier service are allowed to operate during MCO!
I understand with a bit delay, but why suddenly they close the line call to track the part status.[protected] The call operator told us to email or go to website. The tracking status didn't update at all.
I even went to pusat mel nasional to try to pick up my item but none staff help me to search for it. Plus the mel nasional itself didn't provide any phone number.
This is something not professional.
How can I feel my item is safe if they didn't even know where the item is?

Very bad services they provided, I had send a parcel to my customer and pos laju staff had pick up my parcel since 7/4/20, I had track and trace on the system they provided no updated at all, I try to call them with the contact number they provided but almost 1 week jo people pick up a phone at all. Ask pos I also tried with the answer can't help. I am human not robot poslaju cannot set a robot to answer our question rite, until now I am still looking what other way to check where is my parcel location now... complaints had made to pos laju also no response. Not recommended use Pos Laju this is not the first time. Their standard operation procedure stupid poor like [censored] even though is not MCO lockdown their service also same
This is their tracking system 😤 everyday track still the same 😡 how can people calm down already paid and can’t received parcel so long POS LAJU no responsibility at all they don’t care how u call or complaints no answer . We had order to stay at home and work from home with this essential service provided but this really disappointed 😞

Saya telah membuat pembelian secara talian melalui shoppe, berdasarkan kemaskini penghantaran yang telah dimaklumkan, barang saya telahpun berjaya "shipped out" pada tanggal 05.04.2020.
Seterusnya, item telah "posted over" ke kaunter pada 6.4.2020. Kemaskini terakhir ialah pada 7.4.2020 menyatakan bahawa item sedang diproses. Dan sehingga hari ini tiada sebarang update dari pihak poslaju.

didn't receive the parcel
There is no any new updates on the tracking number. My item supposed to get 2 days before but I still haven't received it. There is only updates until the consignment dispatch out from transit office. It has been 1 week the seller placed the order. Why the services too slow? Although there is covid19 but the offices and the services still available right but the services still slow compared to other delivery partners.

Parcel did not arrive
My tracking number is ERB529783855MY. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but the delivery was unsuccessful. I did not receive any call when they were making the delivery. All I know was the delivery was unsuccessful after checking the tracking number. The parcel was supposed to re send to me on 3/4/2020. But still, I did not receive the parcel. There was no information regarding where my parcel is. I am frustrated as I have no clue where my parcel is. Had they called me on Thursday, 2/4/2020, it would have settled as I would have received the parcel. I have called the centre 3 times today as in 3/4/2020. They kept saying that the second delivery is on 3/4/2020. Now its already night time, and I doubt there would be any delivery made. The customer service asked me to wait for tomorrow as they would re send the parcel on 4/4/2020. Worst come to worst, I might have to refund the item I bought and used different courier that is more effective and quick.
The shipping / delivery takes to long
I'd buy an iphone casing since Sunday (29/03/20) and the items has deliver to Poslaju Batu Caves. I checked my tracking number ERB526585042MY and still ‘on process'. STILL ON PROCESS until now, Friday (03/04/20). Why it takes almost a week to process the parchel? I also call customer service contact but unfortunately, the number doesn't exist, like heck? Parcels stuck at poslaju bentong
I got total 5 items stucked at pos laju bentong since 01st April 2020. Tried call to pos laju several times and no one pick up the call. Why no send up to genting highlands. If I knew it early I won't use your pos laju company as delivery method. Others company like DHL, Ninjavan, gdex is still send up here genting highlands as usual. Only your pos laju is so 'SPECIAL'.

Some postman was so damm [censored]ing lazy. This was the [censored]ty worker who ruind ur govt as so as ur country. Shame to his postman was so damm [censored]ing lazy. Telling that the premises was closed! The faq the premises u saying was a condo houses. Theres a guard each gate!
