Petugas Kaunter 2 Pos Simpang Durian Jelebu Negeri Sembilan tidak beretika
Pada 16 Mac 2020 lebih kurang 11.30 - 12.30 tengahari saya telah pergi ke Pejabat Pos Simpang Durian, Jelebu Negeri Sembilan untuk membuat 4 pos berdaftar untuk syarikat di mana saya bertugas malangnya petugas di kaunter 2 tersebut bersikap tidak profesional dalam menjalankan tugas. Tiada beretika.. Saya tidak tahu mengenai kadar baru pos laju tetapi dia menjawap soalan saya dengan nada keras dan kuat sehingga kan ada pelanggan lain telah memang saya.. Seorang petugas kaunter tidak seharusnya meninggikan suara kepada pelanggan kerana itu tugas beliau untuk terangkan sekiranya pelanggan tidak tahu dan tidak ramai pon pelanggan di Pejabat Pos tersebut memandangkan pejabat pos terbabit kecil.. Setelah habis selesai membuat pembayaran dan tampal stiker pos berdaftar terbabit, saya ingin meminjam stapler dari petugas di kaunter 2 terbabit namun di balas dengan nada yang tinggi dan kasar menyuruh saya "minta di kaunter sebelah (kaunter 1) kerana dia ada kerja lain.." Pos Malaysia perlu memberi kursus khidmat pelanggan kepada semua petugas kaunter sekiranya ingin khidmat Pos diteruskan.. Amat memalukan sekiranya bertugas dikaunter tetapi biadap terhadap pelanggan.. Seorang Perempuan dan Bertudung tetapi berperangai tidak sopan. Saya harap petugas kaunter 2 tersebut tersebut tidak sambil lewa dalam melayan pelanggan kerana tanpa pelanggan semua pejabat pos di seluruh negara akan tutup.
postman delivers 3 times wrong address
(I'm using friend address) item out of for delivery at 12.03.2020, 10.28 am.. I'm ask my friend about item if she received, She said not yet. I'm call pos laju office at 5.40 pm and ask if the postman returned to their office.. He said not yet. He gave me the postman number. I'm call the postman at 5.45 pm and ask if he hve delivered the item, he said he give to person at infront home. I'm telling him why you give to wrong address.. He says no one at home means the right address.. I'm trying to track down the item. He decided to give item named Hajijah. Hajijah home's is next to. My friend's daughter go to that home and ask if she received item from postman. She said not sure. My friend's daughter came back and returned with empty-handed.

I want to complain customer service counter at Bandar Country Homes, Rawang (Aeon), business hour is 10 to 6pm). I m a seller from lazada, lazada product is under delivery for the pos office, they don't not receive the parcel and scold us, this is a bad service and our customer had pay it to lazada Transport fees, I also believe lazada company have a contract with pos right? Service for account holder
I have signed an agreement with poslaju to pickup my posting item everyday. My company is ELYSCA TRADING, account number [protected]. Unfortunately recently my items haven't pick up on Saturday and Monday especially. Besides that, when i requested flyer which they supposed to send me, it took them 2-3 days to send it, i have to call everyday to remind them. Because of this matter order from my customer arrive late than they requested because of poslaju bad services recently. I'm running out of patients with your service. Please fix this problem a.s.a.p
My item did not received to customer
I send my parcel using flexi postpaid S size and my tracking number is FE203931709MY. But my customer complaint not received the item. When i check using portal. The item stuck at mail processing center Kota Kinabalu. I send my parcel on 25th December at pos office klcc and until now the item not received and my customer request to refund. Llease advised.

I Love to shop at popular e-commerce app known as [Shopee] and lately I bought few products from there at the same time. Everything was deliver on time. Of course some was delivered by J&T Express, DHL Express as well as Poslaju. Poslaju courier never fails me before. But today is my first encounter something was off. Its awful. Because it appears in system stated that Delivery was not possible as recipient was unknown to occupants at the premises. And item will be returned to sender. What a irresponsible person. The postman don't even contact me for further investigation. For information Seller from Shopee are unable to amend the address provided by Buyer as they can only allow print all the information and attached together with the parcel itself . Kindly Advice. I know is Friday but shouldn't be taking a task (JOB) lightly. Hope to Hearing from you soon.

Pada Hari ini sya bercakap dgn staff yang bernama En Marwan dan Saya amat kesal dengan perkhidmatan pos laju, beliau tidak dpt nk pastikan utk cuba cari solution ttg masalah saya ini. Isunya Roadtax insurance customer kami tidak diketahui lokasinya sehingga kini. siapa yg hendak bertanggungjawab dlm masalah spt ini?
