Pada 16 January 2020 i hubungi pihak helpline mintak hantar sekali lagi oleh kerana barang tak sampai tapi on trecking ia menyatakan dah hantar!
Tak masuk akal Pos Laju datang deliver pada pukul 5.40pm dan sekali lagi selepas 2 minute! pada 5.42 pm hari yang sama ( 10 Januari 2020) ditambah pula tidak meninggalkan apa apa kad menyatakan untuk saya yang dia DAH DATANG!
Selepas menghubungi penjual baru faham kelambatan atas kelambatan pihak pos. Pada 16 Januari saya menghubungi customer service pos and di maklumkan akan menyuruh pihak penhantaran untuk menghantar semula pada 17 January 2020 . Pada pukul 10.49pg ( 17 Januari 2020) saya mendapat sms dan miss call pada jam 10.48pg dari nombor [protected]...menyatakan SAYA YANG HARUS MENYUTIP BARANG ITU SENDIRI PADA HARI YANG SAMA, DI CAWANGAN PETALING JAYA DAN BARANG SAYA AKAN DIHANTAR SEMULA KE PENJUAL SAYA DI NILAI SEKIRANYA GAGAL!
Inilah yang menyebabkan customer berang ! ini yang dinayatakan kerja malas sudah tentu menyatakan barang saya tidak keluar untuk penghantakan! Ditambah pula Nombor telefon itu tidak diangkat bila dipanggil semula.
BIla call customer service pihak itu menyatakan ada kekeliruan and tiada apa apa yang boleh dibuat untuk memastikan yang saya akan dapat barang ini !
PIHAK POS MALAYSIA SILA FAHAM KAMI PIHAK CONSUMER MEMBAYAR BUKAN PERCUMA SERVICE ANDA! Ramai lagi pihak penghantaran diluar, pihak Grab juga ada ridernya sendiri, pihak ninja van, pihak GD express, mungkin seringgit dua lebih. Kelamasan seperti begini hanya memburukkan nama pos laju and bukan ini sahaja yang mengakibatkan konsumer benci nak menggunakan nama anda untuk barangan kami. You have to seriously get your service in shape!

15 Days olready, no update, item not received. What's wrong?
adakah saya barang sudah hilang? Pertama kali saya punya barang tersekat dekat pos laju sampai 15 hari, customer saya sudah complaint, semua mahu refund cash. customer boleh claim kerugian sama saya, tapi saya boleh claim pada siapa?!

Pada 08 January 2020- saya pos barang saya dari pos laju limbang ke sibu.
Pada 09 January 2020- saya semak tracking number sudah dispatch out from pos laju limbang.
The next day masih in transit.
Then up until 14 January 2020, pos laju langsung tak update tracking tu lagi.
15 January 2020- barang dha sampai tapi bila disemak, kotak yang dikirim tidak seperti yang dipos. Seolah-olah telah dibuka. Malah ada barang yang hilang!
Saya sudah berkali kali call customer services pos laju untuk minta penjelasan tapi langsung tidak dapat! Asyik kata busy! Service pos laju makin teruk. Pekerja tidak amanah!

I have complain about this issue several time before but until now, no action have been taken. Delivery guy is lazy to come up on apartment eventhough there is lift provided. Everyone who have their parcel must come down the apartment to pick up the parcel after receive a call from him. If we not pick up because in toilet or fall sleep, he will just go without come up and said delivery failed. He will stated in system that premises closed or no one home which is 100% wrong. And no delivery note were left as in stated in the system. We then need to collect by our own at pos laju brickfield which sometime we dont have time to go. It happen many time and i once lost my item because delivery guy to lazy to come up to house and he just left the parcel at post guard. He is so non reasonable. Please take action on this matter. It not happen only to me but the whole apartment member. Our area is at menara putra chowkit. Lorong tiong nam 5. Please note that other courier company never done this thing. They come and directly sent the parcel to our door. Only pos laju do this thing.

Tolong jangan bohong pasal tak ada orang di rumah.
Saya tak keluar pun dan ada di rumah pada hari 4 Januari sampai sekarang pukul 3.30 petang.
Saya tidak terima pangillan dari orang pos yang hantar barang ini. Tak bunyi loceng rumah dan juga tak ada " delivery arrangement notice" di pintu.
Tolong hantar barang ke saya pada hari Isnin 6 Jan.
Patut lah Poslaju banyak rugi sabab ada ramai pekerja yang malas dan bohong pasal delivery.Bila tak hantar, dia kata hantar.

One of your staff named fakhri from pulau tikus poslaju. I dont know what is wrong with him. Today 2nd january, 2020 at 0930hrs. I went to the post office to buy wang pos for my retention of name. Staff lain okay saja layanan. And after I got finish filled up all the form, me and my friend tunggu di kerusi while ada kaunter kosong yang boleh bagi servis. And this mannnn, looking at us and tanya dengan kasar. Eh dah siap belum? Then saya jawab yes dah siap dan bangun pergi ke kaunter dia. Then dia cakap lagi. Dah siap tunggu apa lagi?! Eh hello why must u cakap kasar? Macam mana saya nak pergi ke kaunter sedangkan ada customer lain yang u kena layan dulu? Then if I potong queu, orang akan marah and u akan melenting sekali lagi bcs kononnya saya tak menyabar. For sure akan cakap macam tu. U letih sebab kena kerja? Eh hello u know what? Saya dan kawan baru saja habis shift tahu. 12 hrs working. So tired you know. Both of us also sleepy. But still boleh senyum dan talk nicely. Could u please talk nicely and politely? How ifffff kena pada adik beradik you! U marah tak?! Front desk should be senyum dan ramah. Bukan suruh layan sampai kena tolong buka pintu pun. Just talk nicely. Where is ur manners encik fakhri?
