parcel delayed to delivery
My parcel which en408773095my already reached Penang for 3 days, but until now still don't want delivery to me, yesterday I asked my boyfriend went to collect, but receptionist reject to let my boyfriend collect back, afterwards I called to ask when will delivery to me, the receptionist told me today, but today when I check again trace my parcel but totally no update, what is the problem now, why so slow?

We ordered some products from shopee online and were expecting arrival for 3 packages on 16 december 2019. We were home the whole day but only 2 parcels arrived, the other one from poslaju did not. We received sms stating
"RM0.00 : Unsuccessful delivery for your order 19121214423J494, tracking no: ERB067596315MY. Call Pos Laju at 1-300-300-300 for assistance." Why unsuccessful? We were at home the whole day! This is not the first time poslaju has done this to us. We had to go collect our packages at least 3 times before this and we have had enough. I suspect your staff is cheating the company and taking shortcuts as they know we will collect our important packages at counters outlets.
item stuck in transit
My parcel have been in poslaju transit office since 3rd December 2019. It is supposed to be delivered by the 14th December but where is it? Very bad service. You are wasting people's time and money because of this. I have been waiting for my stuff for more than 2 weeks. Please update me on my parcel's status and quickly send it to me because I have waited for so long.

Hello.. I would like to complain about poslaju sandakan delivery.. a lot of times they didn't ring the bell or wait for the receiver to come out of the house.. when I emailed for 2nd delivery.. they didn't respond as well.. same thing happened when I tried to reach them through thephone.. when I meet them and complaint about this they responded in a rude manner.. this is so upsetting.. pls do something about this..

Good afternoon, I eager to know why it takes almost three days ( 12-14 Dec 2019 ) for my item to be processed . Usually, my item will be processed at least 2 days . Or, during this school holidays, Poslaju received so many parcels to process?
Before this, Poslaju's service were so fast. So, i'm very curious about my item. It still stuck at KLIA Hub from 12 December 2019 until today. ( I insert a tracking picture also) .
I'm sorry if i sound too desperate for my item, and cannot wait for my item to be deliver for me. But i really need the item as soon as possible. I hope you read my complaint. PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR ON MY ITEM.

perkhidmatan yang terlalu lambat
Saya nak inform mengenai perkhidmatan kaunter dia poslaju cawangan Beaufort, Sabah, Malaysia adalah terlalu lambat. Bukankah bayaran perkhidmatan juga termasuk dalam bayaran postage? tetapi service yang diterima pelanggan seperti kami dianggap peminta sedekah yang menunggu berjam-jam hanya untuk mengambil barang. Kawasan Beaufort tidak seperti kawasan lain yang van poslaju boleh hantar ke pintu rumah, malah pelanggan terpaksa menunggu giliran untuk mengambil barang seperti kaunter yang lain. Perkara ini sudah berlarutan selama bertahun-tahun, peningkatan hanyalah pelanggan mengambil nombor giliran. Namun, ternyata nombor giliran bukan penyelesaian. Diharap pihak atasan boleh memantau perkhidmatan yang tidak seberapa ini.
Contoh situasi: Nombor giliran semasa adalah 2022, nombor giliran yang dapat adalah 2014. Pergi kedai lain, bagi menunggu nombor giliran dalam 20minit, kembali ke kaunter nombor giliran semasa adalah 2025. Mengapa terlalu lama masa yang diambil untuk mengagihkan barang kepada pelanggan.

Assalam..Saya ingin memaklumkan bahawa dokumen yang telah saya poskan melalui peti surat pos ekspres dihadapan pejabat pos Semenyih pada hari selasa bertarikh 10/12/2019 masih belum sampai kepada penerima. Justeru saya memohon pihak pos ekspress dapat mengambil tindakan sewajarnya mengenai masalah ini kerana dokumen tersebut amat penting dan perlu segera sampai kepada penerima.

Saya bayar perkhidmatan pengahantaran bukan untuk saya collet sendiri barang saya yg bernilai rm700 dekat pejabat pos... Dari saya collect sendiri baik saya pergi beli tak payah guna khidmat penghantaran camni... Posmen ni memang rude saya nak dia di kenakan tindakan displin yang sewajar nye!

Hello, sya ingin mengadu cara pekerja anda yang datang kerumah.sya tau agaj sukar utk dengar kerana rumah berpagar dan tiada lonceng disediakan. Ini adalah kali pertama saya berjumpa dengan pekerja yg tidak sopan dgn pelanggan. Sya membayar cas pnghantaran bukan percuma, sya tau atas lelah kerja. Emosi dia menjadi tidak jelas, patutkah anda yg bekerja bertanya dgn kasar kepada tuan rumah "Jadi mcmana sya mau hantar barang ? Kalau kmu pagar rumah" x3 dia ulang benda yg sama siap mengeluh dhadapan sya, itu adalah hak tuan rumah. Knpa pekerja anda persoalkan itu ? Jika kecurian drmh anda berlaku, adakah perlu sya memberi tahu itu ? Selepas itu, dia mnghantar kertas dan tidak berkata apa utk mnyuruh sy sign. Penghantaran agak lambat, dan kasar. Dan apabila saya bertanya kepada beli parcel sudah di terima atau belum hari ini (11/12/2019). Dia menyatakan parcel sudah delivered.Tetapi bukan pada dia.Parcel diterima oleh orang lain dan tidak dikenali.

Saya ingin membuat komplain tentang posmen-posmen bagi cawangan Muar.
Setiap kali saya track bungkusan, tulis ‘parcel dispatch out' dan saya menunggu kat rumah.
Tetapi tidak dapat bungkusan saya, hanya dapat notis sahaja panggil pergi ke poslaju.
Posmen-posmen tidak menjalani kerja mereka, malahan waktu kerja berkumpul di mamak minum kopi sampai masa balik poslaju dan balik rumah.
Sila ambil tindakan yang sepatutnya agak masalah ini dapt berubah. Tq

I've purchase order from West malaysia (Perak) and was thought that it will arrive to Kota Kinabalu within 2-3days ( order on 29/11/19, seller send to poslaju on 30/11/19) but until today (05/12/19) i still didnt receive my order.
Have check with the shop I've purchase with, and the order already been arrive KK but still didn't out for delivery.
Really disappointed with POSLAJU KK service, take so long to deliver my item.

lost tracking
I lost tracking about my mechandise. Where are the item now? Last tracking was on the second of december but now is the fifth of december. When i go to poslaju office. The staff said kuching branch didn't scan the item. So what happen to my mechandise? This was not the first time happening. Why poslaju service was so terrible. I order item from china and the seller us other courier service and i has received the item but not with poslaju. Why just not change the name to poslambat. Better and it suit you company better.

Where are you all and why for setting a hotline but no humans answering.?why why why? and my parcel was sent out at 26/11/19 but didn't receive it since today you all dint even try to make a call and message me what are you all doing I will not be using your service anymore poor service

Saya nak buat complain pasal poslaju dalam universiti utara malaysia, sintok.. waktu bekerja should be buka 930pg.. tapi selalu pergi 9.30 pun belum buka lagi.. dekat 10 baru buka.. and harini tarikh 3/12 saya pergi pejabat pos laju pukul 2.00ptg.. tengok dia letak notis cakap tengah rehat akan dibuka pada pukul 3.30ptg.. sebab staf yang bekerja hanya seorang.. tak akan la rehat dari 1-3.30 sebab staff hanya seorang sedangkan waktu rehat dh memang tetap pukul 1.00-2.00ptg..
