customer service (never pick up phone)
Hello & Good Afternoon,
My parcel was shipped on 3/9/2019(based on track & trace pos laju website), then i was tracking it through track & trace and i'm still patiently waiting the update from yours website. After that, my patient was over limit due to post office Bintulu branch that using this number 086-339450 & 086-311228 never pick up their office phone. I have called 20 times but never picked up. I need to track the parcel due to I'm the one of online seller then my priority is my customer, they was waiting too long, plus how can we as online seller will move forward like others business if your service also slow? I have been patiently call to the office but still no answer and I have been through your website but I'm still got same result. As a customer using your service, please do something and checking at your staff whether they do their own task based own your company ethics or not. I'm the one who working as a Customer Executives, so for our company our customer is our priority & we should keep our customer as their trustworthy. I hope your company will be give consideration with my complaint & please upgrade especially the customer service at Bintulu Branch, ask them to pick up the phone when its ringing. May refer the attachment I have been given to that prove I was called Post Office (Bintulu Branch) many times. Thank You.

parcel yang dihantar ke rumah
Seorang staff yang sama, menghantar barang ke rumah saya dengan hon yang kuat. Sedangkan dia baru sampai depan rumah. Bila ditanya kenapa hon mcm nak bergaduh, katanya lambat. Saya hormat pos laju tapi saya tidak akan hormat staff yang bersikap seperti itu. Barang saya selalu sampai lambat tidak sekali pun saya pergi hon depan pos laju untuk dapatkan barang saya. Tolong ambil tindakan terhadap sikap staff yang sebegini. Saya tidak akan teragak agak untuk menyebarkan video wajah staff yang tidak beradab ini. Terima kasih

Penghantaran barang ID=CB481318000MY. Pada 9/9/2019 jam 11.20, STAFF poslaju yang menghantar barang ke rumah saya TIDAK BERADAB. Kotak besar tapi tidak berat, dibiarkan di lantai dan menggunakan gerak mulut untuk menunjukkan barang itu di lantai. Tidak beradab sebagai rakyat Malaysia. Saya harap Poslaju boleh memberi sedikit teguran pada staff ini.

Saya juga mempunyai gambar bagaimana keadaan kotak tersebut semasa pelanggan saya menerima dan saya juga ingin membuat tuntutan terhadap kehilangan item didalam kotak tersebut.

Hello. Based on subject to complaint, i am so dissapointed with Poslaju Kuantan services. My parcel EP640877415MY should be delivered on 6th September 2019 and i was waiting for my parcel on that day. But whole day there is no one come at my premise area as per claimed on tracking status. No delivery notice left on my posbox, no call from delivery person which is like others poslaju delivery does. By today, i've tried to contact official Poslaju Kuantan(Jalan Bukit Ubi) and there is no answer at all since i called for 6 times just now. Please take an actions. Poslaju Kuantan are bad services ever. I am very dissapointed. Thankyou!

Hi Pos Malaysia, saya telah mengisi borang secara online untuk menukar tarikh penghantaran barang. Tarikh telah ditukar ke 6.9.2019, pada masa 3pm-6pm. Namun setelah saya menunggu sehingga jam 6 petang lebih, pengantaran tidak juga dilakukan. Saya berasa amat kecewa kerana telah menunggu selama 3 jam namun tiada penghantaran dan menjejaskan urusan saya. Saya menyemak tracking number, dan dimaklumkan barang tidak dapat dihantar. Sepatutnya makluman melalui panggilan telefon atau sms boleh dilakukan bagi memaklumkan segala masalah. Harap masalah dapat diselesaikan dan perkhidmatan daripada pos laju amat saya kesali. I am so done with Pos Laju Malaysia. I don't know what type of mentality they have. On 4/9/2019(Wednesday) when I wasn't home, the post men arrived in front of my house. In order to receive my parcel from the post men, the receiver should go out of the house to determine and sign a paper document. He honked twice and no response so he called me twice but at the moment my dad is at home watching tv so he couldn't care less as there are many honks everyday. When he called me, i was in my uni taking a test so I did not manage to answer his call. So he went off assuming there is no one to receive the parcel ( when he did not even ring the doorbell ). So I kept calling and filed a report to Pos Laju for that current day and the next two working days. Thursday And Friday (5-6/9/2019) was a freaking unsuccessful delivery due to no time and car break down ( I am like wtf ) so freaking coincidental. So I called Pos Laju again they can't identify who is the post men that is having my parcels so they kept asking me to wait for the next working day. The first week of Saturday is a resting day for them and Sunday is also an off day while next Monday is our Agung's (King's) birthday so is a public holiday too. They will continue operating on Tuesday (10/9/2019) but another major problem is on that day itself neither do I won't be at home from morning till evening nor my family will so being said that this would keep repeating until I am at home? Freaking [censored] system. Dragged for a bloody week. Ps when you reading this, I have already waited at home for two damn solid days like a fool waiting for that guy because they say they will send to me. Another problem is their system sucks. If I would to personally go to their office i need to waste 40 mins of journey and 1hour plus of wait. In addition, you might ask me why don't you just immediately go to the office to take it after they announce another unsuccessful delivery, well they will only tell us at the 11th hour when their office is already close. Useless carrier and a waste of money.

Received SMS that unsuccesful delivery for oder 19090409290CJKT at 6/9/2019 (2.03pm), then i direct called customer service once i get notice. Postman didnt delivery the thing follow the address which is stated at 1st floor, i whole day at office but no 1 come to delivery the parcel.I also didnt received any call from postman that inform the premise closed.The urgent parcel delay because of the job assign didnt commint by postman for this job.Really very disappointed.

I was very disappointed on the recent service for international delivery services.
A) EG251382176KR - Never receive any information from courier delivery note for rearrangement of delivery until I track it online and found out. I wonder if the delivery man even deliver to the correct address, wasn't to leave down a delivery note is basic for procedure?
I will sure be very upset if I really need to go all the way to a place which is 1 hours distance far from my house to collect a parcel which I didn't even know it was deliver before.

Held checking on the status of my parcel despite my busy schedule.
And since 2nd Sep, it shown the status was held by JB custom, but I wait for 4 workings day and there was no information from POS laju until I call in customer service to verify what is the reason it been hold and what action should I take to get back the parcel.
I just wonder how should I know what to do when there is no information for me. And why customer need to take the initiative to check how to resolve the issue when we are paying for the services. I think it is not reasonable at all when the customer need to do the jobs what actually should be done by the employee of POS Laju. When I use a courier service is because of the convenience and fast response so I will not need to devote so much times to resolve all the issues during normal delivery, if it doesn't do so, wasn't it ruined the purpose of courier service. I choose POS Laju is because I have trust in the quality of service, I didn't expect this kind of incidents will even be happening for POS Laju, is truly a disappointed experience.

I go to pos office malaysia triang Bera branch, there was poos customer service by front line who that girl wearing a spectacle, why the p19 form have to chop, can't write by hand ? She reject my parcel and ask me go back and chop. This is the second time she be rude already ? Last time, I go pos 2 times in one day, also scold by her, why can't I go pos for 2 times per day ?
the delivery service
Im really disappointed with Poslaju delivery service. On 5/9/2019 the dispatch guy called me at 11.33am before I answer the call end. At 11.34am I received SMS says to collect the item at nearest pos office. I gave return call at 11.35am and few times but the call wasn't answered even no reply to my SMS. The question here:
1.why the dispatch guy didnt come up to my floor when in the address level number is clearly status ?
2. Why just waited at lobby?
3. I've check with receptionist she said no one from postlaju ask permission to enter the office?
4. Why dont he go to level 2 ? or pass the item to the front desk staff?
4. Please advice why he leave the place just in 2min? Do you think the customer is superheros to arrive just in one minute?
isn't we are paying for the service?
Btw I need reply for this. Dont try neglect this complaint. I have called customer service to complain on this the staff who assisted me said delivery guy will wait 3min only and they said will pass the item again tomorrow.
lost of my parcel
I am purchase a Pos Express Envelope & post my thing on 26/08/19 at 8.35am at pandamaran branch(port klang). But the parcel is lost and unable to trace i tracking system. I have call to Pandamaran branch, port klang branch, shah alam branch, but still no result. And I have wrote email to care@pos.com.my few times but still haven't get reply. I got made report at pos careline, but until now still no news. I am first time using this pos express because i need to post out urgent, but now the thing is lost and everyone say nothing can do if lost.
I am really fed up how come a parcel can lost like that suddenly. Is it I can claim back the postage and the value of item inside?

Item was purchased on 24th of August 2019 and now is 5th of September, still no update on current whereabout of the item. The update stopped on 28th of August and no update ever since. Thanks for this stupidass service. Everyone complaint but this service provider never do anything to improve. Bunch of idiots running business. Baiki la service korang ni bodoh.
pos laju kanowit doesn't sent the stuff to the location!
I have an experience that my important document from Putrajaya is arrived at the pos office about one month and the posman doesnt sent it to my location even my location is at urban but not rural area...They definitely not responsible with their career...I am very disappointed with the service...We pay for that but what we received is not as what we expected...My brother also facing this problem that his important document is sent back to the Putrajaya when the stuff is already arrived there exceed several months and he didnt know that...Please improve your service ! Definitely not satisfying with the service!
late arrival of parcel
My parcel was posted on 26/8/19 at 2.20 pm at Sungai Siput Perak Pos office.Place of destination is Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. On 27/8/19, in transit and the status from my tracking number CD350629888MY "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" pusat mel nasional, Shah Alam.
It is usually takes only 3 days for my parcel to be delivered to me. However, as of today 30/8/19, the updated status is still "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" Kota Bharu, Kelantan. What in the world my parcel doing in Kelantan? From Perak transit to Selangor and then transit again to Kelantan?
When will I receive my parcel? is it possible for me to get it by today?
broken item
I received package (acrylic rack - size 43x36 cm) via pos laju on 29 Aug 2019 from Putrajaya. Once opened, found cracks and a small broken piece on several spots of the acrylic rack. The sender have wrapped the rack with bubble wrap (3 layers) & covered with layers of cardboard box. In fact, there is a fragile sticker on the package. I feel frustrated with the service.

My name is Enki. On the 29th May 2019 I sent a package from Georgetown to Belgium. Its tracking number is Cp133384779my. Since the 16th August, the package seems to have encountered an issue so I went to the Post Belgium and they told us the package never arrived in Belgium.
I was hoping you could help us to localise the package and complete its transfer. If it is lost, a refund of everything that was inside and the cost of the package itself should be be done.
