penerimaan barang belian online yang rosak
Saya ada membeli sebuah rak tv mini bertarikh 19/8/19 melalui online. Sebaik menerima item tersebut dari Pihak Pos Malaysia cawangan Sabak Bernam, saya dapati item tersebut telah rosak (patah) dan kotak bungkusan item tersebut telah koyak seperti kesan telah dibuka. Saya telah memaklumkan perkara tersebut kepada pihak penjual. Dia memberi maklumbalas kepada saya bahawa item di dalam telah dibalut dengan bubble wrap sebelum dipos kepada saya. Tetapi saya mnerima item tersebut tidak seperti yang disebut.Saya sebagai pengguna perkhidmatan Pos Malaysia agak kecewa kerana perkara sebegini tidak seharusnya berlaku. Diharap pihak Pos Malaysia dapat memberi maklumbalas berhubung perkara ini. Sekian, terima kasih.
posmen pemalas dan buat kerja secara mudah
Pihak kolej matrik pos sijil transkip kepada saya melalui perkhidmatan pos laju, tetapi semasa proses, dokumen penting tersebut tidak sampai kepada saya kerana posmen mengatakan tiada org dirumah, [censored]! Padahal posmen x naik dan tidak ketuk pintu rumah, jikalau begini sikap pekerja pos laju, pengguna akan menggunakan perkhidmatan courier yang lain yg lebih cekap..jangan kerana pos laju telah lama bertapak, pihak tuan boleh sesuka hati melalukan kerja secara sambil lewa..take note and please train your worker more.
Postman attitude
May I know who is the one that sent for this item (ERA371240912MY) on 20 August 2019 at 2:47pm.
The post man is being so rule! He called me with the number (+60167212049) and I told him that he can go up to level 8 and pass by at the management office, which is I'm not in home.
The post man just refuse to listen form me and just end up the call with just saying "No, You'll need to collect at office then bye." I don't even have chance to talk anymore. Is this the attitude for the post man should be?

Berharap agar pihak atasan boleh membuat sedikit pemantauan atau pengurusan baru kepada staff yg berkhimat di pos laju selayang mall.
1.Pekerja melengah-lengahkan urusan kerja pengeposan.
2.Sikap pekerja terhadap pelanggan harus dipertingkatkan.
3.Staff tidak bertanggungjawab semasa bertugas, keasyikan sembang mengumpat dengan staff kaunter sebelah ketika pelanggan sedang membuat pengeposan.
4.Staff di kaunter 3 bernama (Azira) seringkali menjadikan masalah kepada pelanggan untuk menolak pengeposan sedangkan kaunter serahan di cawangan pos laju yang lain senang saja pengurusan.
5.kaunter serahan ditutup sebelum waktu, dan disuruh datang pada keesokan hari.
Saya berharap pos laju dapat mempertingkatkan lagi khidmat servis staff terhadap pelanggan, bukannya timbul masalah berlebihan terhadap pelanggan yang ingin menggunakan khidmat pos.

Attitude of Your Staff was superbad
I would like to complain your staff that have a super rude attitude. I'm going back my home at a small kampung, I detection a motorcycle was follow my car, that is your staff using his motorcycle (WYT 7163) chasing my car and very hard knock on my car window. It was no reason. When i open my car window,he speak loudly and scold on me ‘cina bodoh'. I no even touch him or langgar him. I hope pos laju company can give explain to me!Please give me a explain before i take action to police station or social media! Thanks A Lots!

Berlaku di Pos Laju Kulim pada jam 4 petang pada hari ini 16/8/2019. Perkara yang sama sudah lama berlaku sebelum ini. Kulim dengan kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, kawasan industri, boleh bayangkan tak staf pos laju seorang sahaja. Nak tunggu giliran pun sampai 20-30 minit. Nak hantar barang shopee je pun, tinggal nak cop je, bukannya ada nak kena kira/ bayar apa pun. Tak boleh ke manager kulim tambah sorang lagi staff kat kaunter? Manager sapa pun xtau, xdak apa2 pengenalan di information board. Benda dah lama, tak boleh nak setel ke?

But poslaju who come to my house yesterday just simply leave without give any notices like phonecall or doorbell.

Just had an agruement to the postlaju man name Zul here at bakar batu, johor Bahru! Its a door to door delivery and i asked my mom to go down since he can't access to go inside the building. She asked my mom for my passport number i told him let my mom sign n il call u my passport number since i cannot go down as im pregnant. The things are heavy so he dont bother to help my mom to go up since my mom already have the access card. Instead hes shouting on me to ask to go down. I told him its your job to deliver it door to door. He keep arguing n he dont care of my situation that im pregnant and makes me more angry. Very lazy man and not responsible at all.

Very rude staff.. asking why my que no 2813 was skipped.. out off sudden the running number jumpering from 2812 to 1103 and then straight to 3814.. the staff was not cooperative and start to raised her voice stated she just finish her break. The parcel was supposed to be sent to my doorstep. But I am not at home when the postman arrive, by right the postman should send the parcel to the nearest post office for me to collect. Instead of that, the postman took my parcel with him on Hari Raya Haji holiday. No profesionalism at all. The postman had one simple job but instead of doing it right he screwed up. What is wrong with the service of pos laju?

Im as a sender here. Poslaju Limbang didnt delivered parcel to my customer as stayed in Limbang and just updated on system for self collected at their office. For receiver side, they didnt received any notice or contact from Poslaju Limbang. Item was arrived on 31/7/2019 but the branch office on hold parcel until 8/8/2019 and now is on the way to return back to sender. Its we paid for the shipping fee and need to self-collected at pos office? For the tracking number, which is ERA338616033MY. Pls kindly upgrade services. Thanks if able to help me solve this problem.

Wnet to poslaju sandakan, sabah this morning just after going to sandakan market morning. Left home at 5 am in the morning after going to sandakan market reach pos office about 7:30am Waiting until 8:30 am but the pos office didnt open yet. Call the service service centre.. was inform that the post office is closed today on 2nd saturday on a month because of they was working on 1st saturday on the month which suppose to be close on 1st saturday only! How can national courier can easily can their working day?

i want complaint pos laju service on yesterday duty at taman merbau indah sungai dua b'worth person for delivery the goods, home dont hv ppl they never contact me at all, never ask me how to settle the goods, they not the first time like this, They do the same thing over and over again, always service at Taman pandan b'worth person incharge also, they wrote the fake date and put in our mail box, means they today only delivery the letter, but they didn't contact us direct give us the notice and the date is early than 3-4 days, we everyday check the mail box, how comes cant saw the notice?why they always doing the stupid things?if they dont like the courier service job, why they still apply to do ?This kind of service attitude is really bad!It is time for you to manage the attitude and work attitude of your employees!

Hello, saya nak complaint tentang service penghantaran di pos laju bintulu, minggu lepas saya ada purchase 2 barang, sepatutnya barang itu sampai semalam, tetapi bila saya check tracking number, description menyatakan seperti ini "Delivery attempted. Delivery was not accepted by recipient. Item will be returned to sender." HELLOOO! van pos laju pun saya tak nampak, sesedap rasa menyatakan not accepted by recipient. Before mailman sending my package, i already call customer service and give them a more detail address still cannot find me.
