Maaf..sehingga hari ni saya tidak dapat barang yg saya order dari kedah..sedangkan penjual telah pos barang tersebut melalui pos laju pada 1/12/2018..saya cek tracking no still pending at segambut pos since 4hb..so biasanya barang boleh sampai at least 2 or 3 days..poslaju kan..minta pos laju noted hari ni sebab esok saya dah bercuti..barang tu saya nk pakai urgent..tq..and bila i call customer service..dia kata lambakan barang..ok takpe i bole pegi segambut untuk collect sendiri..cuma terkilan service POSLAJU..seminggu amik masa tuk penghantaran..harap boleh improve untuk next time..tq

I received a call on yesterday 12/04 with a lady saying calling from Poslaju, the communication was Poslaju has opened my parcel and found inside got a credite card and identity card (lady can mention exactly number), so asking me should transfer some of money for clearance purposes.
Why and how can poslaju just open customer parcel without any authority?

I shipped this over the Poslaju Cheras branch on 30th Nov 2018. And the only status updated until today was on 1st Dec 2018, no futher update and my receiver has yet to receive anything or call. I called up Cheras branch today 4th Nov 2018 at about 2:10pm and a male operator picked up the call. I provide the details requested and ask whereabout of my parcel, and this guy is so rude and when ask him few more questions the parcel status, he ask me back in very rude manner "Apa ru mau sekarang?, sounds like want to challenge customer for a fight? And then he said "hello hello hello' act like line broke and hung up the call while i still asking the parcel status. I was using home fix line to call fix line, superb clear stable line. His impatience and rudeness are unacceptable. I request for your investigation findings (cctv, phone recording, system records check) and revert to me the result, and what action will be or has been taken to such disciplinary issue of your staff being rude to your customer.

Minta pihak poslaju menasihati pekerja2 penghantaran barang supaya ketuk pintu rumah biarlah dengan cara sopan. Tak perlu nak ketuk pintu rumah orang bagai nak roboh/pecah pintu. Rumah kami tak sebesar istana. Minta jasa baik hormat orang yang berada dlm rumah. Dimana yg bekerja shift, malam bekerja, siang tidur. Dari situ boleh mendatangkan kemarahan individu. Harap selepas ini tidak diulangi.

5 days no update for my parcel

I need quite urgent my parcel and it was for business use. My parcel EP559115792MY was courier out from Seremban To Miri, Sarawak on 27/11/2018, and last updated tracking via online is on 28/11/2018. Today is 03/12/2018, my parcel 5 days no news/update in the system. Tried to call Poslaju Centre KL @ 03-[protected], they mentioned already process and send over to Miri and i tried to call Poslaju Centre Miri @ [protected] / 414388, ringing but always nobody answer my phone call and this is not my 1st time. Kindly, please arrange to deliver my parcel ASAP.

But I just don't get it why it take sometimes to be reach to me at this time.. Yet the system not updated.. Past 2 days I post my document to kl on the next day already arrive.. And there's a small document with the weight of 0.5kg send from kl to kuching it takes like ages.. Now is the forth day.. Yet not receiving.. What's wrong with ur service recently.. slow delivery and didn't update tracking code
My parcel was stuck in cheras for more than 20days now. What the hell is wrong with it? What kind of services is this? My parcel tracking number is er643469676my. Poslaju didn't even update the tracking. The last update I saw when tracking it was on the 9th november 2018 and now it's 30th november 2018 already. This really disgrace the poslaju team.

product received not in a good condition
Two days back .. my family members sent me light food through poslaju located in Senawang. I received a meesage 2 days later to pick it up from my university in Johor, Malaysia. I received my parcel ( light food ) worth RM 40 in a very bad condition although it was sent in a box and neatly wrapped. It was teared and the box literally was open which seem to make me inappropriate to one to receive something they paying in such condition. It doest worth the price of the service. Too bad.

Poslaju no effort to send parcel. Excuses consist of: No Taman, Orang yang bertugas area tersebut tidak ada, tidak tau dimana.
Customer paid for the delivery. Contacts customer just to complain about address. Othet letters/parcels have successfully been delivered to address. The address exists on waze, google map, etc. Hope your staff puts in more effort in their job.

Ni kali ke 3 jadi kat sy. Posmen malas naik ke rumah dan dia adalah posmen yg sama. Rumah sy hanya di tingkat 1. Kali pertama, dia call, suruh sy turun ambil parcel. Sy terpaksa tinggal baby sy sekejap utk ambil parcel. Kali pertama dia dtg semasa sy sedang mandikan baby. Biasanya klu dlm bilik air, sy akan dgr org ketuk pintu. Tapi sy xdgr pn. Dia hnya call hp sekali. Then sms sy, suruh collect parcel di pos laju cawangan serahan. Kali ke 3 juga hari ni, terjadi situasi yg sama . Dan sy lgsg tak dengar pintu diketuk. Hanya call shj. Sy tau ini posmen baru dan dia tau dimana rumah sy sbb kali pertama dia sudah dtg dirumah sy. Kalau posmen lama, dia x call. Terus sampai depan rumah je.. sy harap pos laju trained posmen dgn baik. Customer's item still not been deliver to them. In system said that the item been delivered on 25th Nov 2018 but the customers not at home . So, the person who responsible on that day already left a notice for next delivery but customers doesn't receive any notes. Why this happen? Cawangan Serahan Kubang Kerian should answer this... The address given is correct, so what the problems?

Same address used but still the item need to be collected at Pos Laju Miri.
Already two times Pos Laju make this kind of mistakes. Please take action on this matter. If continues do mistake like this, we will not use your service ever again. In future, please be more careful and thoroughly in carrying out your work.

Dear Poslaju (your name is not reflecting your services) my courier from a seller has arrived at Poslajua Alor Setar-Kedah on Thursday 22 Nov 2018 at 9+am and delivered to Poslaju Jitra-Kedah at 10:30am and then delivered to Poslaju Pokok Sena-Kedah on the same day in order to be delivered to me in my residence in Pokok Sena, but the courier still remain there in Poslaju Pokok Sena-Kedah office till today 25 Nov 2018.
On Saturday I've been to the Poslaju Pokok Sena-Kedah trying to take my courier but the postman there said; the storage is locked today and it will be delivered to you tomorrow Sunday 25 Nov 2018, I was waiting for my courier the whole day in my home but nothing being delivered to me.
I also have another courier from another source has arrived to Poslaju Jitra on saturday 24 Nov 2018 and I went there in order to receive it, the postman there has checked my coureir and it was arrived at there location already on that day but he refused to give it to me because he said; it must be scanned first, and he informed me to wait until next day (Sunday 25 Nov 2018) and it will be delivered to me, but it did not delivered to me as his information.

Although pos laju delivery van cannot entered into my taman because neighbour passed away, but delivery man DID NOT even made a call to me. My mobile phone number is provided, why they dont called me so that i can come out to collect ? what is the point for us to provide contact number? The parcel inside is plants so i cannot wait until monday and i must go to pos office perai to collect it. BAD SERVICE!

21 Nov 2018 i courier at pos muar bukit pasir to my customer home at taman malin jaya malacca...when 22 nov 2018 she received the teriyaki Sauce...already broken ...can't try and can't eat...our courier bag also have remind this bag need to hand for care inside have glasses...must be careful...but...so i hope poslaju company can compensate for this case as soon as possible...Thank you...

Tried calling Poslaju Miri today (22/11/18) to enquire about a package. The first time the call went through but the person ended call immediately after picking up. Subsequent calls to the both service numbers did not go through. Stated "user busy". Suspect that operators picked up the receivers so calls won't go through as we have seen this occur before at poslaju outlets. States that parcel is in Miri but not dispatched and unable to call for enquiry. Please be stricter with workers, customer service really SUCKS. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
