Is with regards to the above tracking number...
Is already processed since 18th december 2018...But until now (23/12/2018) the parcel is still no where to be seen .
Please speed up your service and improve. This is for chiristmas present ...But it took you guys so longgggg to process the parcel.
A very bad image to pos laju and a very bad service.
No matter how many parcels you have...You have to be a leading delivery option for all.

Tolonglah kerja biar ikhlas sikit. Barang beli pakai duit. Kalau takda orang dekat rumah tinggal kan note bukan campak je barang saya dari luar gate. Dah lah salah alamat, ni kena dekat orang biasa je. Cuba kalau ternama bukan main lagi gaya, we customer pay for this not free. Take action! Orang lain pun kerja jugak tahu limit sabar tu macam mana!👎🏻

Byak kali dah jadi.. Antaranya dlu dia dtng hntar parcel pstu kita perempuan nak kena pkai tudung ttup lengan lagi. Suruh la adik laki pergi amik board nak tandatngan saya tunggu dekat pintu rumah.. Boleh pulak dia jerit dari pintu pagar tu suruh yg dkat pintu rumah tu keluar.. Ktanya tak percya adik sya. Pdahal sya tnggu dpan pintu.ade tu tak reti sabar pin skali org sarung tudung siap dah ckap kejap dah.. Keluar2 dah pergi tinggal card je.. Tlong la tngok sikit pekerja ni sakit hati. Baik tkpyh kerja klau smua nak amik mudah.

I haven't received my documents as of today. Pos Laju Melaka assured me that it'll take 4-5 days to India. It costed me RM 70. But it's been over 3 weeks now. The tracking system shows dispatched on 17th December 2018 but no updates after that. I will really appreciate if you can look into this.

According to both DHL & Pos Msia website, attempts to deliver parcel to the office were unsuccessful on 17/12/18. See screenshots attached. No slip was given to collect the parcel.
Complaint was made on 19/12/18 and request to redeliver the parcel was made on the same day. According to call centre representative, the parcel will be redelivered on 21/12/18.
Today (20/12/18), I received a slip which was initially dated 18/12/18 (which is now redated to 20/12/18). There is always someone manning the reception desk. On both days ie 17/12/18 and today, no one came up to the office to deliver any parcel and the slip was found inserted in the office mailbox today.
I find this extremely unacceptable as this is not the first time your postman is doing this - claiming to have attempted to deliver parcels when the receptionist is always at the front desk. This time it is WORST because not only your postman did not deliver the parcel as claimed, he did not even bother to put the slip into the mailbox on 17/12/18 when there were apparently two attempted deliveries. Most appalling thing is, the slip is dated 18/12/18 and redated 20/12/18.
Such incidents on many occasions is totally unacceptable. Please ensure that your postman will buck up and that this does not happen again.

Salam sejahtera,
Saya ingin meluahkan rasa tidak puas hati dengan perkhidmatan pos di cawangan Marang, Terengganu. Saya ke sana pada 18hb Disember untuk membeli dan menghantar surat menggunakan khidmat pos laju. Yang menyedihkan apabila saya terpaksa ambil nombor giliran untuk membeli sampul pos laju dan setelah nenunggu hampir setengah jam(walaupun hanya selang 3 nombor dengan nombor semasa), masih belum tiba giliran saya. Staff ada 3 orang...namun saya hanya terdengar mereka bercakap hal peribadi(orang gaji), bukannya berkaitan urusan pos. Dan ada juga 3, 4 orang yang menunggu sama dengan saya.
Saya berharap perkara ini tidak dipandang enteng dan dapat diperbaiki dari masa ke semasa. Saya cuba untuk melihat review dalam web dan rata-rata tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan pos ini.

For postlaju kampar, My track my parcel (ER788880592MY) and the results show that yesterday (18/12/2018) had delivered the parcel. But didn't received any parcel yesterday, I think postman send to wrong house, may I know what happen is going on? Where is my parcel? Postman last time also deliver my parcel to wrong address ! Kindly solve my problems as soon as possible!

Today is 18 dec 2018, I should have received my parcel on 14 dec 2018 as it has reached the delivery facility (shah alam) on 14 dec 2018 at 12.24pm. But its ok I was waiting till today and I gave a call to poslaju shah alam to check on the delivery status today (18/12/18) at 10.30am and a lady staff picked up and talked to me. She took the tracking number and my name and told me that will get back to me after checking on when it will be delivered. I understand and hang up. It's already 4pm and there is no call from her and when I call the office number again, the staff keep on hanging up the call without talking. This is a very irresponsible act.
Dear "company" please take in a responsible staff who wants to work and knows how to work! As in a customer service, she shouldn't ignore the calls and questions from the customer.
Fyi: its a lady, working on morning shift today at poslaju shah alam.

Hi, Pos laju. I hope you guys can take this seriously. I'm from Penang. Your colleague in Victoria Street called me last night to take my things by giving me the wrong Tracking number. Then it's okay. Today, I ask my friend help me to pick up my things and I only knew that my parcel is already sent back to the sender. And the parcel was received long time ago but I just received the call last night. I called to your centre, one Malay girl pick up my phone, I just wanted to check who is the sender but that Malay girl keep asking me "you beli banyak barang kan sampai you x tau siapa yang send, you must check bck yourself" . HELLO! What's the problem if I bought a lot of things? The problem is your service attitude, the way you talk to customer is def rude. I can't accept this AND your colleague should call me earlier right? If my parcel is already here. Why just called me last minute before the parcel send back? please give me a proper explanation. You're such a big company but your service is totally fail.

Staff nama Mohammad Nazri ni kena la faham kalau kerja bahagina customer service cakap la elok2 & jelas. Nak beli flyers pun grumpy, ya salah saya la kan x tau term parcel & flyers tu. Saya cakap nak beli parcel, dia jawab slow sangat mana la nak dengar. Pastu dia pandang tempat lain cakap 'Cakap la flyers' dengan nada tak sopannya. Dah banyak kali dah nampak tak sopan sangat. Tapi kali ni geram lah, mace tolol sangat kalu tengok. Orang mintak consignment bagi ciput je. Kat tangan banyak nak mampus. Mintak lagi pun bagi ciput jugak. Saya dah cakap baki kat rumah banyak lagi tp consignment dah takde. Pastu dia pergi simpan dekat dalam drawer dia hemps drawer tu sikit. Nampak sangat grumpy tak tau kenapa. Gerak pun slow sangat. Tak efficient, tak helpful, tak beradab.

Bila nak hantar barang kepada customer bukankah pekerja pos laju tu sepatutnya deliver by hand kepada orang yang sepatutnya terima barang and mintak tulis nama ic & sign but pekerja ni just lempaq barang tersebut dalam pintu ofis dan terus belah. If nak cepat and malas nak naik ofis sekali pun, boleh mintak kami turun p ambik. Jangan main lempaq ja. Nasib baik supervisor nak naik ofis nampak barang tu. If barang orang tu hilang macam mana ? branch not accept my parcel
Refer to Sg Buloh The Store branch, Staff and Manager not giving the pink form for my only 1 piece parcel to post. Even they show me the pink form is on their hand. They said Shoppee will give the pink form to seller, and on the spot i call Shoppee careline, they inform Pos Laju should give.
If pos laju do not accept shoppee parcel, please stop the contract with shoppee rather than create a lot of rules to suffer seller to round the garden.

I am a walk in customer to Poslaju Branch at Victoria Street Pulau Pinang.
This morning I walk in to post an item on behalf of a friend on 14/12/18 at 10.59am at counter No. 2. My friend had used an old used envelope to re-post the item she wrongly received. As I fill up the form and took a no and went to the posting counter. I was attended by a Malay lady (no name as she was not wearing a name tag). I asked her for an envelope. She said I had to purchase it. I told I just want one. Instead of explaining to me she just took out a laminated sheet of the prices and notice and rudely pass to me. I told her, you should smile when you are attending to customer. And I told her; you are rude, I will make a complaint to HQ. Her response; Complaint la. Then she called me rude?
Yesterday I went to the same poslaju branch yesterday to post my document and was attended by the same lady, I noticed that she has a sour face. She looks like a dead person, no expression, sour face. Today it's the same. Come on Poslaju, place a smiling person on your front counter not a dead person walking.

Hi,
I've attached the consignment number above. Item was delivered to the Bangsar post office for delivery to Kota Kinabalu. Up to day there is no update on the item which normally will only take 2-3 days to reach me.
I have reported the issue to your call center to make a report as well and called the store that posted the item to check with the respective postal office .
Kindly assist to ensure item arrived as it is now the 4th day and Kota Kinabalu post office have not received the item at all . This is frustrating as item is a gift for someone who is flying home overseas. I expect an answer. Thank you

My tracking number is En209723134my and it has been a week I have not received my parcel. When I check on the tracking system, the last update is on 30/11/2018. It stated "consignment dispatch out from transit office". This is not the first time in my experiences with Poslaju. Last time, I had to go to the Poslaju office to collect my parcel and now I have to go there and ask for my parcel again. I wonder do Poslaju deliver our parcel to us or we are supposed to get it from you? Please be efficiency, I have to say that the Poslaju in Miri has the worst service ever.
I am complaining about the post man who deliver letters to my home recently
As he came to deliver letter, he used a lapstick and hit my dogs. My dog even never went to bite him ; but he still does it. What the hell he have done like that ? He don't have such rights to do like this. He should be dismissed from work and he must asked apologised for this. He is a Malay man and his bike number is WYX 5735. He is post man from Jerantut. According to kebajikan haiwan rules ; we can't hurt any animals without the accurate reason. This action must be taken ; if not I'll complain to police and make this issue as bigger as I can. I have all the proves such as CCTV evidence and the picture of lapstick that he used. Moreover this kind of rubber band ; a thick one with a dull yellow colour only been used at post office. He should be dismissed. This is not my first time ; he have repeatedly doing this many times. My dog has injured as well and it has fainted. He should realised his mistake and asked apologise. If not I'll make this issue bigger. Thank you and spread love to others. Only love can heal this world.
