pos laju rawang memang ada masalah penghantaran barang ke..dari 5.11 sehingga 13.11 barang saya tersimpan di pos laju rawang dan tidak di bawa keluar untuk proses penghantaran..sila buat penghantaran dengan kadar segera, bukan sekali saya terkena macam..bila barang sampai sahaja di pos laju rawang..pasti penghantaran mengambil masa sehingga 2 minggu..

It's happened just now (13/11/2018 ) (tracking number er63263159) . I called. [protected] which sent " Sila ambil item di po sungai besi ". This number called me around 1.31pm which I was in my class and unable to pick up the parcel. I tried ask to the guy where he sent but he just ignored me. It's okay. When I called back, the guy said he was not responsible for this and even ask me why I come and ask him. I asked him why he don't just pass the parcel to the guard and he just keep saying he don't know anything and don't even try to solve my problem. Is this really the altitude of a worker should have? Please do advice. Tq!

And I'm the sender I'm returning back the product to the seller to get a refund from shoopee, but you lost the item, so it's my product and I paid money for that and reciever (seller) already getted my money when I purchased, so how come the compensation amount will go to him? And from where I will bring the receiver passport number or his company registration number?
What is this all unlogic requirements? From where I will bring them? You lost my parcel and now you are making it difficult for me?
**I purchased the camera from shooppee, and I requested for refund and they asked me to return the product to the seller and that's what I did, but you lost the package, so you need to refund me and not the reciever (seller) as he get the money I paid to shoppee, but me you lost the product so there is no refund from shooppe to me unless the seller will receive the returned product, so since you are the one who loses it so you need to refund me.
Please read carefully and understand I already explained everything. Refund my money back.

Posted from Penang (Bayan Lepas on 7/11/2018) Until today(10/11/2018)..still not reached the destination Kulim which is near by Penang.Same postage to Bertam had reached Destination the next day after postage. I've made a complaint to the HQ of POS Laju Malaysia ( Complaint no.: [protected])but no action were taken until today..

- Saya mohon kerjasama dari pihak Pejabat Pos untuk memberikan refund semula kepada saya kerana saya perlu membuat pengesposan semula kepada pelanggan.

POS Malaysia, your Bayan Lepas postmen is totally ignorant and DO NOT want to post to my unit. They only want to deliver to the lobby of the apartment, when I insist them I've paid for door to door services (14kg heavy), they cut-off my phone and send me a text that I have to go to Center to collect myself. Although they mentioned they are on the way and commanded me to be downstairs waiting for them to come, but when I mentioned Is a door to door services, they immediately ignore without any reply after that.
I've to waste 5-6 hours to made complaint and yet the head of Bayan Lepas cut-off my phone again without communicate further.
To conclude, pos Laju do not send parcel to our door, they happily taken our money, but they expect us to pleased them and do their job!
This is how low-level our country services has become. So why not just shut down and tell the world that malaysia do not provide pos service!

pada 8/11/2018, lingkungan pukul 2.45pm, posmen menghantar bungkusan ke alamat saya seperti yang tertera.
namun sikap posmen yang telah mengetuk pintu terlalu kuat menunjukkan tiada rasa hormat.
saya membuka pintu kemudian dia berkata ''ingat kan belum bangun tidur lagi?'' sedangkan saya berada didalam pejabat sepanjang masa dan itu ialah ketukan kali pertama, bukan kali kedua atau ketiga.
sila pastikan pekerja anda sentiasa berhemah dan menghormati pelanggan memandangkan motto yang tertera pada bungkusan ialah ''kami sampaikan pakej keceriaan''.

Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai servis Poslaju kawasan Kota Samarahan yang meliputi alamat kediaman saya iaitu Taman Desa Murni. Saya telah beberapa kali terpaksa mengambil sendiri parcel di Pejabat Pos Kota Samarahan. Ini adalah kerana sikap posmen yang tidak bertanggungjawab yang tidak menghantar parcel ke alamat yang diberi walaupun saya telah menyemak melalui treking poslaju yg 'item dispatched out'. Seharian, malah kadang2 sehingga 2 hari menunggu item out dispatched out yang tidak kunjung tiba.Keadaan ini semakin meruncing sejak 3 bulan kebelakangan ini sehinggalan bila disemak online, item telah pun sampai ke Pejabat Pos Kota Samarahan. Ini sangatlah mengecewakan saya memandangkan saya membuang masa menunggu parcel yang tak tiba2. Diharap, pihak yang berkenaan mengambil tindakan terhadap posmen yang tidak amanah dalam menjalankan kerja.

This is not the first time this incident happened.
Sometimes they would ask me to take the parcel myself at their office at Shah Alam.
Appreciated if Pos Laju can take initiative to investigate & solve this issue.
item received but broken in 2 pieces
Well, it just so happens that i ordered a wooden sword for my cosplay party going on in a couple of days. When i received my parcel, i am starstruck with the item received. It seems that the wooden sword that i ordered has broken in 2 pieces. I am really disappointed with this services that pos laju gave! Seriously! For as long as i have used the services, this has to be the worst service post laju have gave! I mean seriously, its people product you're dealing with, you should treat it with care instead of being too stupid to care. Then why dont u just work in places that throw stuff like being a garbage man! I am so pissed right now!
pelanggan tidak menerima barang yang di pos
pada 19 oktober yang lalu, saya telah menghantar 1 parcel kepada pelanggan saya melalui pos laju kurier easy parcel, tetapi pada 29 oktober, saya mendapati barang tersebut masih belum dihantar. oleh itu, pada 30 oktober saya telah menghubungi pos laju hotline dan memfailkan aduan tentang kelewatan tersebut, disini saya sertakan no report [protected] . kemudian pada 1 november pelanggan saya memberitahu dia telah menerima barang tersebut tetapi ia tidak seperti produk kami. kami juga menafikan barang tersebut adalah produk kami, sekali lagi pada 5 november saya telah menelefon pos laju untuk memfail aduan tersebut. namun sehingga kini kami masih belum menerima apa2 jawapan. saya perlu tahu di mana bungkusan tersebut berada, jika tidak dihantar atau hilang, saya inginkan pampasan.

did not receive parcel on promised day
i wants to complain, they have sent the parcel to my house before but due to i'm not at home when postman arrived so i rearrange 2nd ship again through customer service line and Tuesday was Public Holiday so their customer service promise that they will send the item on Wednesday which mean after Public Holiday. But, i still did not receive on that day!? And the Solution provide by customer service is going to Post Office taken by myself or just wait postman send on tomorrow as today their postman did not pick up my parcel?!
1)Why cannot inform or even send a SMS earlier that could not made it by today, we purposely spend few hours waiting at home and lastly get the Answer like this!
2)And where your Credibility to make me to believe you again are you really going to ship on Tomorrow?
Hope that Pos Malaysia can manage well and avoid this kind of problem again!

My consignment number is EP569615373MY. My item was supposed to be delivered last Friday which was on 2nd nov 2018. But they told me it was unsuccessful so i had to go to ezibox. But the next day, after putting my details and the pin they gave me, the locker opened but there was nothing inside. So how can this be? It has only been one day in the ezibox and my item is already missing.

On 29/10/18, I received a call from a very rude postman. I wasn't at home so I told him to leave my parcel with the security guard as I did with another courier. He told me that he can leave it there but he will not be responsible for any loss and that I shouldn't complaint if I didn't receive my parcel. His voice was like he was pissed off or annoyed for no reason. From his accent, Im guessing that he is either from kelantan or Terengganu. Please train your staff properly to have at least basic manners.
