poslaju ems item stuck in netherlands
My item stuck in nether land for almost 20 days, it was supposed to be delivered from malaysia to afghanistan within 5-6 working days. I paid rm180 for a tiny (less than 100 gram) parcel to be delivered to afghanistan but it has been over 25 days and still in kept in nether land.
Please investigate and ask post nl to either send this to its final destination or return it to malaysia.

don't let me take my parcel even it has arrive
My parcel arrived at Ipoh poslaju at 8am, and i go to there collect myself at 3pm, the worker there tell me i can't collect my parcel because it still in the big store .
Are they bunch of lazy butt who can't done their job that they suppose to do? Why do we still choose poslaju if every worker like this? Still need me to wait 2day eventhough my parcel had arrived?wtf dude

I sent a parcel on 23/10/18, when my customer received the parcel and the box was torn off. My customer was very disappointed because it was a gift someone else.
I went to Penang POSLAJU at Victoria Street, and the customer service personnel named Cik AZURA, she was very rude to me and with VERY bad attitude!
she told me in order to make a complaint, both parties MUST make the complaint, or else it will not be accepted.

Setiap pagi dan juga waktu puncak, perkerja POSLAJU Bayan Lepas dan sub-kontraktor meletakkan kenderaan peribadi mereka dikawasan premis lain. Ini menyebabkan gangguan pada pemilik premis lain ketika datang kerja. Di harap pihak POSLAJU sendiri dapat menyelesaikan masalah dalaman ini.
Dan juga, POSLAJU memiliki pelanggan yang tersendiri, di kawasan yang sempit seperti POSLAJU Bayan Lepas ini, rasanya tidak sesuai untuk menjalankan urusniaga seperti POS, kerana pelanggan POSLAJU telah meletakkan kederaan sesuka hati. Tetapi boleh dielakkan dengan adanya RELA yang dapat mengawal lalu lintas.

- I want to complaint that my parcel still not receive from 8/10/2018 until today 22/10/2018 (almost 2 weeks).
- already check with online system my item number is 'already pickup' on monday 8/10/2018. but that monday i'm working in my office as receptionist. so, I wait for my parcel on that day. but, I didn't receive any parcel on that day. - already call customer service in pos express bangi, selangor. but they said will check with his posmen. this number I already call (03-[protected]).
- this posmen already come to my office, and he said that h remember he are not come to send any parcel on monday 8/10/2018. and he said that he will check this parcel in his office when he came back to office.
- until today, I didn't receive my parcel. to solve this issue, I want you to pay back my damages as soon as possible.

posman tak sopan dan sombong

Saya nak komplen tentang posman yang ditugaskan di kawasan perumahan saya di taman langat murni 42700, bukit changgang, banting selangor.
Posman berkenaan bertindak dengan kasar dan sombong dengan menekan hon bertubi2 dan menggegar pagar rumah kerana sedikit kelewatan tuan rumah membuka pintu.
Utk makuman tuan. Kami diaini kebanyakan suri rumah. Orang perempuan. Mmg akan sedikit lewat. Maklumlah org perwmpuan kena pakai tudung dulu, salin baju lengan panjang dulu untuk keluar.
Ada yang mungkin tengah bagi makan anak dan mandikan anak. Jadi lambat sikit buka pintunya.
Ini bukan kali pertama. Sudah banyak kali perkara ini berlaku dan saya sendiri jadi takut untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan pos laju.
Takut berdepan dengan posman sebegitu. Sudahnya anak kecil saya terkwjut dwngan bunyi hon yang bertubi2 dan gegaran pagar rumah.

Hantar Pos Laju pada 30/8/2018 dari Pejabat Pos Canning Garden Ipoh. Submit ke Shopee untuk tukar saiz. Shopee tak terima kasut saya itu padahal lama dah saya hantar. Cek tracking dah sampai Pos Laju Brickfields pada 4/9/2018. Yang terima barang RAMIQAH bukan Shopee. Wang bayaran Timberland dah terima. Kasut saya pada RAMIQAH yang berharga RM400.00 lebih. Bagaimana saya nak tuntut kasut saya itu ?

Saya merasakan di sini pekerja pos yg terlibat tiada integriti dlm kerja. Dia telah meltakkan no id yg bukan2 situ.
Ini kerana saya kedai saya wakil menerima parcel bg pihak jiran2 saya yg bekerja. Saya seorang peniaga yg membuka kedai 8pg -8mlm. Setiap kali saya menerima brg. Posmen pasti akan minta saya sign dan ic no samada melalui tulisan mahupun mesin. Jadi tidak wujud ic no yg tidak cukup digit.
Dan saya agak yakin ini kecuaian pihak pos kerana kes yg sama juga berlaku dalam blok saya. Ada yg jumpa brg dlm postbox selepas siasatan dibuat. Jika ia mengikut prosedur kenapa tidak dihantar pada penerima.
Saya harap pihak pos mengambil serius peekara ini.

I have just received a parcel from PosLaju but I am really not satisfied by the delivery person. The parcel are found on the ground and thus my product are not in a good condition. The bottle are leaked and the bath gel came out from the parcel throughout the whole bottle body. There are bells at my house but none of them really ring the bell if they cannot reach me on my phone number. I want a compensation of RM69 (the price of the product) by deducting the salary from the delivery person and an apology letter from the delivery person to settle of this matter. It is stated already by the sender that the product is fragile but still this unreasonable manner are done by the delivery person. I could not tolerate such a behaviour from PosLaju Petaling Jaya delivery person since I usually received quite a lot of parcel without such damages.

Pemilik parcel seperti lampiran.
Kenapa parcel tersebut tidak diserahkan kepada pembantu rumah saya? Sekalipun beliau tidak memiliki no kad pengenalan saya adalah tidak wajar untuk staff tersebut memarahi pembantu rumah saya.. Sehinggakan pembantu rumah saya berkata, selama dia berkerja bersama saya dia tidak pernah jumpa staff poslaju berperangai seperti itu. Membaling bungkusan saya ke dalam van.. Pembantu rumah saya meminta staff tersebut menelefon saya untuk meminta kebenaran dari saya tapi staff tersebut tidak mahu berbuat demikian.

Saya dah bosan dengan sikap pemalas sesetengah posmen yang malas hantar barang dan kemudian hantar ke ezibox. Barang saya hingga kini tak sampai2. Dah 2 minggu. 4x dekat pos laju bangi 4x report, 4x masuk ezibox. Jika sekalipun nak tipu saya, beragak2 sikit. Kamu kata kena hantar ke ezibox sebab saya tiada di rumah. saya tunggu 2minggu sepanjang hari dirumah, langsung tiada orang ketuk pintu, call ataupun buat sebarang penghantaran. Berapa kali nak buat report still sama. Selama saya deal dgn pos laju, ini paling teruk. EMS postlaju - Not reliable
I use postlaju EMS to send document (only 1 page) to Singapore, it cost me RM41, it suppose to deliver within 3 to 5 working days, status shown on 3rd day, my document had reached Singapore, however my friend still had not received it on the 6 working days, we called postlaju to complaint. What happened was my friend received it few days later but it was by normal post in Singapore. It was so strange, it suppose to be door to door. This EMS is not reliable at all. Post laju should stop offer this service for customers. Like my case, once they fail to deliver within the state period, I got to arrange it another courier due to urgency.
