Kenapa boleh berlaku perkara begini? Saya terima call daripada pos laju kota kinabalu bahawa saya punya item se ya basah dan kotak sudah bocor. Semasa sender menghantar kotak tersebut, dia telah periksa bahawa kotak telah diseal dengan baik tetapi apa yang saya terima itu basah. Sebab yang diberikan ialah basah di lapangan terbang. Saya telah bayar RM100+ bagi bayaran penghantaran, malangnya pihak berkenaan tidak mengambil responsibiliti yang sepatutnya. Saya berasa sangat kecewa terhadap perkhimatan pos laju kali ini.

However despatch has sent the item to main campus (9 Jalan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor, PJU 5, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor) instead of the address given.
The receptionist has informed him to send the parcels to the correct address, but the despatch refused and even THREATEN that he will bring back the parcel to his office and i have to collect it personally from Poslaju office.
This incident happened the 4TH TIME now. He sent the previous 2 parcels to main campus instead of the address i indicated on the parcel (Tracking no. ER584959875MY & ER530957859MY).
The reason given by the despatch is he doesnt know the place... How can a despatch dont know how to find place to deliver to goods?
Please take this matter seriously and i expect an apology from the despatch for his rude response to my receptionist and irresponsible by delivering parcel to wrong address and refused to resend.
I would like to receive a call from Poslaju and want to know what action taken against the despatch. What he did is not acceptable. What is the guarantee that he will not do the same thing in future?

Saya ingin membuat aduan kerana barang saya masih lagi pending di Pos Laju Port Dickson. Kalau ikut kan barang saya sudah tiba di Pos Laju Port Dickson pada 17/9/18, tetapi sehingga kini masih lagi tidak dibuat penghantaran. Saya telah menghubungi pos laju Port Dickson dan staff mengatakan tiada staff untuk membuat penghataran. I'm a regular customer of Shopee Malaysia and most of the items from Shopee are delivered by Poslaju. We as the customers PAID for the delivery service up to our doorsteps. Please remember the service are PAID for but I have many bad experience with your delivery service in the previous orders and I'm very fed-up with it and I think I have to write in an official complain. Below are the current deliveries that I had encountered bad services.

This item was sent directly to the EziBox before even attempted to deliver to my doorsteps. I don't pay for self-collection. Moreover, it's not easy to access to the item from the EziBox. I've made 2 attempts to retrieve the item but failed to do so. This is a waste of time for us as the customer.

For both the items above, I had checked the tracking status from your mobile apps and was stated "Item Out For Delivery" on the 14th Sept 2018. Therefore, that day we are around the house area to wait for the items but items never arrive and we have wasted the whole day waiting for them. End of the day, an SMS telling us that they had made an attempt to deliver but no one at home and saying they had left a notice informing of the delivery. I had checked my letter box and there's nothing in there. I have made a phone call to 1-300-300-300 to complain about this matter and the CS informed me that the comment stated the delivery guy left a notice on a "BLACK GATE". For your information, the condo that I'm staying has no black gate. And moreover, our security guards will make a call to us should any delivery needs to come up to the unit. So, where is the BLACK COLOUR gate that the delivery guy referring to?

For this item, I would like to praise the delivery guy. On 15th Sept 2018, the status was "Item out for delivery" but was not delivered but had made a 2nd attempt on the next day 16th Sept 2018 ( a Sunday and also a Public Holiday). Thank you to the delivery guy. This is called responsibility and good attitude towards the work.
I hope Pos Malaysia will seriously look into this matter. This kind of service is really jeopardizing the overall image of Pos Malaysia. Poslaju is supposed to be a courier service where items/documents are delivered in the shortest possible time frame but instead it is now gradually becoming a "SNAIL MAIL" due to the bad attitude of the delivery service.
If every item we as the consumer/customer needs to self-collect, what's the purpose of "DELIVERY TO THE DOORSTEPS" meant? Just to remind the al-mighty POS MALAYSIA that every courier service is PAID for delivery up to the doorsteps. Otherwise, we can just go over to the shop a make the purchase instead. Please BUCK-UP!

Barang saya (tracking no : ER528941841MY) di pos oleh peniaga di Poslaju Jitra pada 3 September 2018. Kemudian, dihantar ke Poslaju Alor Setar pada 4 September 2018. Namun, barang saya itu kemudiannya di pos semula ke Poslaju Jitra pada hari yang sama dan saya dapati barang saya masih di Poslaju Jitra sampai ke hari ini, 9 September 2018.

Saya telah menjejak no. tracking barang tersebut pada 06/09/2018 dan agak terkejut apabila mengetahui ia memang berada di Pejabat Pos Pekan, Pahang. Saya berasa amat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan Pos Laju kerana masalah ini mungkin boleh menyebabkan saya kehilangan pelanggan dan menjejaskan periuk nasi saya. Parcel sent out 27/08/2018, Hari ni 06/09/2018 parcel masih belum diterima. Dari pos Balakong ke cyberjaya ambil masa sampai 10 hari. Updated dr customer service parcel ada di putrajaya 04/09/2018 tapi sampai sekarang parcel tak sampai. KENAPA SERVICE teruk sangat sebab dah 2 kali call customer service tapi parcel tetap tidak sampai. Rasanya mungkin ada pekerja yang kurang bertanggungjawab dalam pengurusan ni.

Untuk makluman pihak tuan, rumah saya ialah rumah flat di tingkat 5 mempunyai tangga dan lif menggunakan kad akses. Jika pekerja pos atau mana syarikat pos boleh mendapatkan kad akses dari Pejabat Pengurusan Flat di sebelah flat saya. Saya berharap pihak pos laju mengatasi masalah ini dengan kadar segera untuk menjaga reputasi pos laju serta mutu perkhidmatannya.

hye there, i want to make a complaint due to i did not received my parcel.
according to your tracking system (ER519341597MY), the delivery not success for the 1st attempted 30 Aug 18. this is okey to me, because already late then nobody stay at office. but in the system have mention that left delivery arrangement notice which is i didn't seen till today. then you make 2nd delivery on 3 Sep 18, which is i didn't request for that, because i plan to collect by myself at your branch. I'm very disappointing because the parcel was deliver to unknown name MOHD FAIRUZ, which is there is no staff's name FAIRUZ here. Finally, i still didn't know where to find my parcel! why not your staff call me if any third party was collect the parcel on behalf of me.
