Went I cek tracking my item already delivered..
But not delivered to me.. it delivered to razan abd hassan / poslaju puchong
My address is subangjaya..how come the poslaju posman send my item to poslaju puchong and with wrong person..
Plz take action..
How I will get my item back?help me..
Plz cek back the tracking n explain how come be like that!

Pos Malaysia parcel not received (ep571529055my)

Please check an update status of my parcel ep571529055my which until now no any update after last time update 05 oct The parcel post on 03 oct. Today 10 Oct. Its almost 3 days pending . Hopefully pos laju can help us to update the system tracking and urgently deliver the parcel as soon of possible I really hope poslaju upgrade the service to more effective.

Pos Malaysia perlu kutip sendiri barang barang di poslaju sedangkan kurier tidak datang untuk hantar parcel

Pos laju mengatakan saya perlu mengutip parcel di hub poslaju sedangkan pihak poslaju tidak datang untuk menghantar parcel ke rumah. Saya berada di rumah seharian. Poslaju juga tidak menelefon untuk saya keluar (itupun Kalau datang lah). Servis yang sangat teruk. Tolong tambah baik servis anda. Saya bayar untuk menggunakan servis anda. Kami menggunakan servis poslaju untuk memudahkan kerja kami supaya tidak perlu keluar rumah. Ni kami pula yang kena pergi ambil sendiri.

Pos Malaysia parcel not receive but status updated as delivered

My tracking number : ER557628905MY

I have purchase some stuff via Shopee. As usual I will keep track the item and finally I saw the status updated as delivered. But in fact I didn't receive any! Also, I'm not signing any receive docket. Please trace! To inform I'm whole day in house and never see any courier guy. Please provide me the signed docket!

Pos Malaysia poslaju customer care and delivery rules not flexible

Very bad service. Not flexible enough to handle parcel delivery especially for people who is working at offshore location (Oil & Gas Platform) even though already been contacted, not able to keep the parcel until the recipient comes back from offshore. Offshore folks working minimum on 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Working location 200+km away from land (middle of South China Sea). Does not provide helping solution but making things more complicated due to I have no mobile phone signal nor direct phone line. The only communication available is only Wi-Fi but the speed is very slow. Rules are made by human. Some rules should be given exception due to recipient working location which is isolated and far away from main land. Should consider to keep the parcel as told as I am already said I will come and collect the item once I'm back at home but he refused to do so. Very bad service by PosLaju. ER595150341MY

Pos Malaysia ezibox shell taman selayang utama

Petang tadi pada pukul 5 saya telah menerima message untuk mengambil barang saya di ezibox then saya pergi ambik dah tekan no bungkusan and no pin utk buka locker tu di skrin tunjuk barang sye ada pada locker no 14 tetapi locker itu tidak terbuka jadi saya tidak dapat mengambil barang saya kemudian satu lagi message masuk menyatakan saya sudah mengambil barang tersebut tetapi sebenarnye saya tidak menerima lagi bungkusan tersebut saya harap pihak poslaju dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dan menghantar bungkusan tersebut ke rumah saya ER558018834MY An Nur' Iman Binti Muhamad Azni [protected]

Pos Malaysia postman

I live in SS19 Subang Jaya 47500 Selangor.

In the last half year, letters delivered to my house were often not inserted properly into the house letters box. Letters are often inserted halfway or hanging out of the box waiting to drop down onto the floor outside the house next to the dustbin door. I come home in more than three counts in the last three months finding my letter on the floors outside the house.

I never had this problem before since fourteen years ago when I first moved into this house.

I never confronted the irresponsible postmen as i was never at home when they delivered those letters.

Totally disappointed with the lack of rudimentary sense of duty and responsibility of postal delivery staff, i decided to send in an official complaint here.

I pray amd hope this feedback will not slip out to your complains box or fall into deaf ears.

Pos Malaysia perkhidmatan teruk pejabat pos cawangan serahan bandar baru bangi / seri kembangan

Sy adalah salah seorang customer yg sedang mengandung ingin dapatkan perkhidmatan pos domestik di pjbt tersebut.
Dalam keadaan mengandung, angkut brg brg pos, dan dgn hujan lagi.
Bila saya ke dalam utk ambil nombor dan bertanya utk ambil resit pos domestik.
ada salah seorang pekerja wanita yang memakai baju kurung warna kelabu bunga, cakap dgn sy cik xboleh pos mcm ni, sedangkan sy dh balut cantik kemas. cik nak pos, cik pos laju, amboi sedapnya cakap, dia xtau ka kos nak pos laju caj sampai beratus dan mmg sy xnak susahkan customer sy utk byr caj pos mahal2. dan dia xtgk keadaan sy ni dengan muka yang rasa xbersalah boleh cakap sy mcm tu. dan sy terpaksa angkut balik barang yg dikeluarkan ke dalam kereta dalam keadaan hujan tu.
saya cuba utk dptkan perkhidmatan di pjbt tersebut sebab pjbt pos sebelum ni sistem down hrini

tak sangka cara bekerja sop berbeza2 dan saya tanya pjbt pos bangi lama yg di maybank bank islam seksyen 16 dan staff di situ ckp pjbt pos kat situ mmg xnak terima parcel parcel begini. Sy rasa pjbt pos sek 16 juga yg bagus dan layan customer baik dan terima parcel domestik ni.
thanks a lot for ur service!

adakah ini cara kerja semua pjbt pos?
nak ikut sop pun betul2, bgtau customer elok2.
tak kena cara dan manner pun xde.

sy harap dapat ambil tindakan kepada staff yg di pjbt pos besar tersebut !

pejabat pos changlun kedah mmg layanan qeja mmg xikhlas, yg laki muda2 tu bgus, ada yg pompuan xtau yg mna keret nk mmpoih, aq trsilap isi alamat, pstu aq kol mntak tlg isi alamat, bgi alasan bnyk qeja, xbleh tulis kna mai isi sndri, office dh ttup, aq ckp tlg tulis sat esk tlg isi blik alamat tu.. pn suruh mai isi sndri.. agak2 la customer hg lyan lbih kurang, ni qeja ikut time klau lbih msa sikt xleh, qeja xikhlas lgsung.. aq ckp xkan nk kna p lgi kot esk, dy ckap tdi bleh mai plak xkn esok xleh mai, aq ckap blik esk qeja la, xkn nk p isi alamat sja.. office ttup dlm pkul 3 kot, aq kol pkul 2:50..

Pos Malaysia aduan kerosakan kiriman

En345753397my: pengirim: eskayvie sdn bhd: penerima: syamsurijal bin rusdi ismail. Kandungan kiriman: 6 botol minuman kesihatan phytax.
Kiriman telah saya terima pada 01/10/2018. Saya dapati 1/6 botol yang saya terima berada dalam keadaan 'tidak elok' untuk di konsumsi. Botol dimaksudkan tidak pecah tapi terdapat kesan tumpahan pada kotak dan botol tersebut. Saya telah melaporkan hal tersebut kepada wakil jualan eskayvie pada hari yang sama untuk mendapatkan ganti rugi. Sebaliknya, saya diminta untuk mengemukakan bukti aduan kerosakan kiriman ke poslaju. Saya dimaklumkan bahawa eskayvie memerlukan bukti aduan penerima ke poslaju untuk proses tuntutan ganti rugi. Justeru, aduan ini adalah bagi memenuhi peraturan/keperluan tuntutan ganti rugi tersebut. Sekian.

Saya nak buat aduan yang buku yang saya terima dari poslaju sampai dalam keadaan rosak teruk. sedangkan parcel tu dipos dengan elok. bila sampai pada saya parcel itu terkoyak. jumlah kerugian RM22.00 untuk sebuah buku yang telah rosak. Pos Malaysia “attempted delivery”

Salam, I would like to make a complaint regarding poslaju parcel EP451936088my which need to be collected at Klang by myself .

First of all, looking at the date, the parcel needed 3 days to be out for delivery since it arrived in Klang which in total took around a week from Terengganu to Klang . What is this poslaju for ?

Secondly, as the item was out for delivery, the person with the address was at home the whole time, well she had been home waiting for the parcel since the day it was out from Terengganu . But as I was tracking, the parcel was "attempted delivery" .

Question is, RUMAH SIAPA KAU PERGI ? TIBA TIBA SURUH COLLECT SENDIRI . Soalan kedua adalah, I didn't receive any slip saying to collect the parcel by myself, KAU BAGI SLIP TU KAT KOTAK POS RUMAH MANA ? are you expecting me to collect the parcel without bringing any home evidence ?

Please do the work properly, if you couldn't reach the person, give him a call . Kerja biar ikhlas . Orang awam menggunakan perkhidmatan pos laju kerana hendak parcel mereka sampai dengan pantas . Ingat, setiap parcel itu dibayar bererti ia adalah amanah .

Pos Malaysia barang tidak sampai

Barang dihantar pada 23/7/2018 tetapi sehingga 30/9/2018 barang masih belum sampai kepada penerima Dalam tracking masih lagi di pulau pinang Tracking no. EH760732744MY .

Barang di pos kepada zamin omar aggr, b-2-14 rumah pangsa kampung melayu, air itam 11500, penang . contact no [protected]. Penghantar, mohd hassanuddin bin ishak, block E asrama lelaki ilkkm, sultan azlan shah, tanjung rambutan, ulu kinta 31251 perak. contack no. [protected].

Barangan yang di pos mengandungi Lens tamron 17-50 f2.8 yang bernilai rm1000.

Saya berharap pihak poslaju dapat mengambil tindakan . Jika barang saya hilang, saya berharap pihak poslaju membayar semula ganti rugi.

Pos Malaysia tempoh penghantaran

Salam Sejahter Tuan,
Bolehkan secara terperinci pihak tuan maklumkan tempoh penghantaran barang. Ini kerana melalui semakan trace no penghantaran, barang saya masih lagi ada di post laju delivery facility di seremban tp masih belum dibawa keluar untuk penghantaran ke rumah saya di Gemas. Barang berada di pos laju delivery facility seremban sejak 26/10/2018 pada jam 06.35am. Jadi berapa lamakah tempoh penghantaran dari Pos Laju delivery facility di seremban ke Pos Laju Gemas dan smpai ke alamat rumah?

poslaju tak hantar parcel saya, bila check tracking no, unsuccessful delivery, padahal tak try hantar pun kat saya.saya ada kat rumah sepanjang hari pun TAK nampak Ada posman datang ke rumah saya .Notis pun takde bagi. Tapi bila check tracking tu cakap dah bagi notis. Kalau tak de hantar cakap la tak de, janganlah tipu!kes tersebut sudah banyak kali berlaku !

Pos Malaysia parcel tak diterima

Assalamualaikum. Sebelum ni dh byk Kali jadi, poslaju tak hantar parcel saya, bila check tracking no, unsuccessful delivery, padahal tak try hantar pun kat saya. Notis pun takde bagi. Tp bila check tracking tu cakap dah bg notis. Saya terpaksa ambil parcel dkt cawangan serahan, yg jaraknya 11 batu dari rumah saya. Yang saya perasan, kalau parcel Tu dihantar oleh cawangan balakong, mesti posmen tu akan call dahln mesti brg smpai rumah tp kalau cawangan Batu 9 cheras, mesti selalu masalah. Yg terbaru, beberapa minggu Lepas perkara Sama terjadi, sy terpaksa ambil Di cheras. Tracking no ER542813503MY.

Pos Malaysia layanan yang tidak memuaskan dari pekerja kaunter bernama yusman.

Pada 21 April 2018, jam 4.40 petang saya telah berurusan di Pos Malaysia Cawangan Tesco Taiping, Perak. Malangnya, pekerja kaunter yang bernama Yusman telah menunjukkan sikap yang tidak berhemah ketika menjalankan tugas.

Semasa tiba giliran saya 2015, saya hanya lewat beberapa saat disebabkan pandangan saya terhalang oleh tiang besar . Giliran 2016 telah dipanggil. Apabila sedar giliran yang sudah terlepas, saya terus ke kaunter.
Namun pekerja kaunter bernama Yusman telah mengeluarkan perkataan" saya sudah lama tunggu" dengan wajah yang sinis dan bahasa badan yang tidak berhemah.

Pekerja kaunter seolah-olah tidak berminat untuk berurusan dengan saya dan seolah-olah saya telah menyusahkannya. Padahal, saya hanya lewat beberapa saat. Tambahan pula giliran selepas saya, adalah perempuan muda, dan dia lebih berminat untuk melayani perempuan tersebut.

Pada pendapat saya, saya hanya lewat beberapa saat dan belum terlepas sehingga tiga nombor giliran. sepatutnya, pekerja kaunter bertimbang rasa dan berhemah semasa berurusan dengan pelanggan. Pelanggan hanya perlu mengambil nombor baru sekiranya terlepas tiga nombor giliran sepertimana yang tercatat didalam slip giliran.

Diharapkan pihak Pos Malaysia mengambil tindakan yang tegas terhadap pekerja kaunter bernama Yusman yang jelas tidak berintegriti dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pekerja kaunter.

Pos Malaysia service and facilities

I bought 2 items from Shopper with the following track numbers:

ER549692725MY

I checked the delivery progrsss in Shopee as the items have not arrived for some day. It indicated that they came to deliver on 21st Sept but my premise is closed and they left a notice.

I've checked my mailbox several times, no notice and my home definitely has someone in the whole day of 21st.

Never mind, I go myself to your Cawangan Serahan Puchong to collect. Waited for half an hour and I still need to wait under the hot morning Sun as the waiting seat area is directly under the sun light (refer to attached photp of the area). Asked them how long it will take, and they replied "don't know."

I would like to ask Pos Laju management members, how would you feel with this kind of experience?

Horrible and I'm still waiting for my items while sending you this complaint.

I am lodging a complaint over Pos Laju's service after experiencing the same kind of issue within this 3 months.
In July 2018, I were expecting an important letter from a local bank (Tracking no: EM703025615MY) and after waiting for some time, i called up the bank to find out what happen to it, and that is when i got the tracking number of Pos Laju and checked. I was surprise that the letter was 'Delivery Attempted" on 27/7/18 (7:21PM). To my surprise there was no notice left under my door as i leave in an apartment. I did check my post box in case but yet there was no notice. So i went to Pos Laju Ampang for collection on 30/7/18 and asked the person at the counter after collecting my parcel..."Why didn't i get the notice on the door?". Then she tried to check on the system and replied, there is a note by the postman in the system saying..."Notis ditinggalkan di dalam kasut hitam". What? There is no such thing as black shoes out of my door step and this is ridiculous i though. Since i was rushing i didn't lodge any complaint.

Now again the same scenario repeats. I ordered an item from Lazada last week (19/9/18). Till this day, 25/9/18 i haven't receive it and when i checked the tracking this morning i notice it is 'Delivery Attempted' on 21/9/18 (5:03PM). Again no notice left which keeps me wondering what happen to my order. I have yet to go to the Pos Laju Ampang, and already wondering what would be the remark int he system. This is truly ridiculous.

I notice that these days, the delivery is coming up even beyond office hours. That is something very efficient but if the quality of the service is getting poor, then it is not GOOD. Please look int o this matter seriously.

Pos Malaysia too late mail delivery or miss mail!!

I have some urgent mail from JPJM and Bank on early September 2018, but I never received it until now! In my this area, More than one year when I get the mail or letter, the date is passed one or two month before! I don't know what happen it!

Many time can't get the urgent mail in the first time .

I have check with one post laju man, He said, our this area no enough postman ! ! Why !
I check with my sister, her house near my house and same area and same Taman, but she ask the postman! The postman said, my house is delivery by another postman.

Can you let me know what happen for this?
More than one year alreary, around two or three month I get one time my mail and letter (many many ).
Especially remember is one mail from great eastern cheque mail, the date is 30 Dec 2017, but i get the cheque mail is mar 2018 ! too later

My location is Jalan 10/4 Taman setia indah 81100 johor bahru Johor.

Pos Malaysia frequently parcel were damaged. purposely slam the box until torn apart

I have two parcel delivered by poslaju with a month both came in with the boxes torned apart and items badly bent or slightly damaged. Complaints to poslaju, they said it was not their fault. Then who is responsible? The girl just keep quiet. This really a cavemen act. Poslaju, wake up la, when people use your courier mean people give you business. If not you gonna eat sand? Change your staff mindset, improve and move forward.

Pos Malaysia inconvenience of the delivery

I am a regular Shopee customer, As of lately I've been only using ABX courier Delivery and seldom get to use the Postlaju parcel . But now, im using the postlaju for the first time and the outcome is rather lousy . As the driver of the postlaju in Lahad Datu didn't really send a notice or call before the delivery attempt being run/conduct . The driver didn't even uses his horn to inform us . He only sees our gates that is being close due to safety precaution not knowing that we're inside the house and just leave without informing us about the delivery . One more thing about the postlaju i find rather bad is that it has so many off days to be compare to ABX which still runs at saturday and sunday .
