Hai.. sye nak buat aduan ya .. item tidak dapat diserahkan pada 6/7/2018 disebabkan poslaju tidak sempat.. ok its not my problem.. then mereka membuat penghantaran semula pada 10/7/2018 pada waktu pagi.. tapi tak berjaya kerana tiada orang dirumah .. pada waktu petang item sudah di pos ke puchong? Dan semalam saya baru dapat sms dari poslaju untuk ambik item sebelum atau pada 17/7/2018. Bila saya call untuk penghantaran semula mereka kata barang sudah tiada? Kerana lebih tempoh? Ape ni? Macam mana handle barang customer? Penghantar langsung tidak menerima item yang dikatakan dipulangkan kepada pengirim.. jika item hilang.. saya mahu poslaju bertanggungkawab.. atau saya akan membuat laporan / saman ke atas poslaju

I wondering all the staff are sleeping or dreaming? Do they working?
We called since morning untill evening still no feedback and no answer!
My supplier sent the parcel since last thursday afternoon and assume will received it by monday morning again we have waited from morning until evening still havent received anything! We urgently need the thing to be reached by today (monday).

My parcel had been delivered out on 06 Jul 2018 and until today it still pending at the Pos Laju Brickfield Parcel Hub. I tried to contact the Brickfield Branch, they picked up my call but in next second they directly hang out! I call back again, they cut off my phone call. Your hotline show invalid and your branch don't want to pick up call. What is happening to my parcel now! My tracking number is en022625286my. Please do something on it ASAP!
unethical service from poslaju
We are from Cyrus Law Books (PosLaju Account No: [protected]) posted a book from Kuala Lumpur to a recipient in Sibu, Sarawak on 16 May 2018 through PosLaju (Item Reference No: 069674418MY). The item only reached our recipient on 30 May 2018 when our recipient personally demanded for the item from PosLaju Sibu. The book was found to have been wet and damaged.
We filed a complaint on 31 May 2018 (Feedback ref no: 111) at PosLaju Tun Sambathan and demanded reimbursement for the damaged book. Our recipient have also filed a complaint at PosLaju Sibu on 4 June 2018 (Ref No: VN/PPLSBW/2018/946) for the damaged item.
The book is titled "Defamation: Principles and Procedure in Singapore and Malaysia", and costs RM770.00. The postage cost for the book was RM22.00. We suffered a total of RM790.00 in pecuniary losses as we had to replace the damaged book with a brand new one for the recipient. All this due to the unethical service by PosLaju. There had been no communication by PosLaju to us since the complaints were lodged.
On 13 July 2018 (Friday), we found a transfer of RM100.00 to our business bank account as reimbursement for the damaged book. We suffered a loss of RM790.00 purely due to the negligent service of PosLaju but have only been reimbursed with just 1/8 of the losses suffered. There was no notice given by PosLaju regarding the reimbursement, nor any form of communication to explain the situation or offer apology for the negligent service.
We demand for fair and just compensation for the pecuniary losses suffered.

I getting pissed off because me and my family with 2 kids waiting for almost 2 hrs until saw people who just reaching the counter and get their parcel faster than me. Once I go to the counter and ask how the status then only found my slip still under the lowest one on the desk! Then the two guy still asking me to wait and put the slip on their hand n continue with the people who just reach... hey! I wat for nothing for 2 hrs?
mention left a delivery arrangement notice but I didn't get any
Already few times happened this kinda issue on me. I track my item EN016259291JP and it mention that it failed to send and already left a delivery arrangement noticed but I didn't get any of it. Besides that today my house got people but didn't have any honks or doorbell by the postman.
Early this year it happen also, didn't get any noticed from the postman then my item directly ship back to the seller. And between early this year till today it happen 2-3 times that I need to go pos office to check the item myself.
I already frustrated with pos malaysia service thats why I wanna make a complain here, please improve your service

Saya akan tuntut ganti rugi termasuk segala kos kerana barang tersebut dibeli semasa promosi JIKA parcel saya ini hilang atau rosak. Saya juga telah beberapa hari telefon poslaju berhampiran serta panggilan hotline tetapi seperti biasa, telefon tidak akan dijawab. Servis semakin teruk, sistem juga tidak berfungsi dengan efisien.

Shipment tracking no EN058438395MY, from Sibu to Kuching was sent out from 09 July 2018 and the item has arrived Kuching, yet I checked the track from website that my parcel was collected by OTHERS - Edward Pang. Yet I DON' KNOW who is that person and even way to contact him / her to collect back my parcel. I went to poslaju Kuching asked and found that the worker got delete shipment tracking no.EN058438397MY. The worker don't want to help me find whether got this parcel in order to know the information of the Edward Pang. I can't understand why pos Malaysia will make this kind of mistake and reject to help as well. I am 1st time to use and I felt very disappointed!

Apabila saya check parcel saya di website Pos Laju, dinyatakan telah diupdate arrived at facility sebanyak 3 kali berturut-turut, dari 10hb, 11hb dan 12 hb julai 2018. Saya try call office Pos Laju Pasir Gudang, tak pernah dapat bercakap dengan operator, cuma mereka akan angkat gagang, dan terus diletak semula gagang! Kurang ajar pengurusan pos laju! Bila terlalu banyak complaint selama bertahun-tahun, tetapi tak pernah improve, saya betul-betul ingin lihat Pos Laju ni BUNGKUS!

I think it is jb branches that has problem that still not update my parcel and there are lots of complaints from jb people that use pos laju service. If I knew pos laju has this very bad service right now, definitely I will choose other supplier that use courier other than pos laju. I am done with pos laju. Please improve your service!

Pos laju malaysia area bayan baru. Tak pernah send brg pada alamat. Saya kerja di bangunan sunshine square tgkat 5, setiap kali pos laju hantar brg selalu dia xpernah naik atas. Selalu nk kena call suruh turun ambik. Padahal selalu turun tgok posmen tu dk isap rokok je. Alasan xdak parking. Kena time sya busy xsempat jawab call, then call balik posmen ckp dah balik. So dia suruh ambik dekat office. Mmg mcmni ke pos laju bayan baru? Mmg procedure mcmtu ke? Ke sbb malas?

i bought a hardish in shopee on June. I checked from online tracking number system found that the parcel was already signed by me on 21 June but problem is i did not received it ever! I am very disappointed and helpless throughout this service! My tracking number is ER337958561MY. My name is Ng Kok Bing and my poslaju outlet is kluang, johor. I already went to customer service of kluang poslaju office. The officer told me to wait, he need to ask the postman first. But 3 days already passed, i haven't received any call from the office. I hope this problem can be solved and adjustments should be make within the company to prevent this type of problem occur again and again! This will make people lose trust in POS LAJU!

Shipment tracking no EN231341155MY, from kota bahru to kuching
was sent out on 8 Jul 2018 and arrived at pos laju kota bahru counter on 8 july 2018, 8.06pm.
It has been 4 days and the item is still in pos laju Kota Bahru. Called the centre and they have lost my item. Its not accepted because the item was a very important document which needed to arrive kuching by 16th july 2018. I would want an explaination from pos malaysia berhad on this matter

I would like to issue a complaint that your service is too damn slow. it is even slower that the tortoise who are sick. my item with consignment number EH811306796MY was posted by the seller on Sunday 8th July 2018 at 4.30pm using your service. The location he posted at Post Office Bukit Tinggi Selangor and item should be delivered at The Atmostphere Seri Kembangan which is also Selangor. Technically it less than 30km. but until the third day now no hints that my item will be delivered here and when i check with your tracker, it was not updated. Please, i really need my item. please be responsible next time, i bought that item using my money not your mother's money.
