rude staff
I just received a pos laju delivery mail.
Encountered the delivery staff to be extremely rude and doesn't seem to respect customer.
1. Instead of stepping out from his van, he choosed to honked till I came out. There is child sleeping.
2. Secondly, he choosed to "anyhow" point the form to sign without customer knowing which lines/number to acknowledge.
2. When signing under hot sun, I signed 2 columns at one go, the staff literally "barked" at me to sign both column by simply stating "sop"
(do you think everyone understand acryonym?)
3. And as I was annoyed he honked, he actually shooked his head & glared at me.
4. Please do educate your staff for some job ethics & manners and not just going about his job thinking everyone owes him.
5. If your staff is not happy to see his customer, maybe some should be left at back office instead.

I have checked the tracking number (ER 3185 5454 7MY) daily since this Monday (2/7/18) but the status still written 'Arrive at delivery facility- PosLaju P.Pinang' until today Thursday (5/7/18). Try to reach by calling the centre at PosLaju P.Pinang but no one picked up my calls, same goes with the hotline number 1-300-300-300. I also have emailed the issue to [protected]@pos.com.my
Please, let me know the status, whether my item will be delivered to me or there are some problem with the item or anything else. Don't let your customer being curious and waiting.

1) Parcel saya hantar kat kaunter poslaju KLANG SC on 27 june 2018 (6.14pm)
2) Item processed poslaju parcel HUB on 28 June 2018 (12.44am)
3) Consigment dispatch out from transit office on 28 June 2018 (2.22am)
4) I call poslaju customer service and made complaint about delay delivery. They said will put note on my matter. 30 June 2018 (9.56am)
5) Arrive at delivery facility at poslaju KLANG on 2 july 2018 (8.36am)
6) I call again customer service and ask regarding my parcel and they said will deliver as soon as possible 3 July 2018 (5.19pm)
Until today at this time (10.30pm) I not received the parcel. The most funny things is the parcel pos at klang and will sent to same area at klang. If I walk to this poslaju and get the parcel also not takes 1 week.
Im very disappointed with poslaju service.

This is not the first time we got bad experience stucked at Pos Laju Batu Caves.
Pos Laju is now Pos Lambat, unbelievable! Wangsa Maju to Wangsa MAju take more than a week. Shame on you Pos Malaysia. Please do something & rectify.

My parcel was dispatched out from johor on 26th june 2018 and processed at klia transit on 27th june 2018 at 1:28 am. There is no updates regarding the tracking after that till now. I need my parcel by tomorrow 29th june 2018 before 11am. Please do update the tracking and deliver it by tomorrow. I do understand there are alot of parcels needed to be delivered but at the same time im in urgent. I hope the management take immediate action on delivering my parcel. lady who deliver letter at 293 cck / she never insert the letters properly into the mailbox
The malay post lady who delivers letters frequently to block 293 choa chu kang ave 3 always fail to insert letters properly into the mailbox and anyone can take my letters easily. The letters sent to me are confidential and sometimes stolen thus it really troubles me. She showed a bad attitude when I told her to insert them properly. She also never insert the letters properly for other mailbox as well. I hope singpost could replace her with someone or fire her because of her atrocious attitude and lack of awareness. This incident has made me lose faith in singpost service. I hope singpost could address this issue as soon as possible.

saya hantar parcel pada 20 Jun 2018 dari 75450 Melaka ke 81100 Johor. Tapi sangat mengecewakan kerana sehingga hari ni 28 Jun 2018, parcel tu masih tidak diterima oleh penerima.
Parcel ni sangat urgent sebab didalamnya ada ubat sakit jantung ibu saya serta buku laporan dan report doktor dari Melaka. Hal ini kerana kita nak trasfer ibu saya daripada Hospital melaka ke hospital johor.

Saya ingin maklumkan pada pihak pos malaysia, dokumen yang diposkan ke alamat saya seringkali tidak dihantar ke alamat yang telah diberikan. Malah, tiada sebarang notis diberikan kepada saya untuk pungutun. Dokumen saya bernombor ep512888825my telah dipos pada 21hb 6 2018 (jam 12:55pm), sehingga tarikh 25hb 6 2018 (jam 6:38pm) dokumen saya masih lagi tidak diterima. Saya bertindak untuk memungut dokumen tersebut sendiri di pejabat pos besar shah alam pada petang 25hb jun 2018 memandangkan sistem pos tidak update status terbaru dokumen saya. Kali terakhir di update pada 22hb june 2018 (jam 08:13am). Lebih setengah jam masa saya tunggu di kaunter untuk menerima dokumen tersebut namun hampa. Saya ke bahagian cawangan serahan shah alam b untuk bertemu person incharge dan mencari sendiri dokumen tersebut. Diharapkan pihak pos malaysia memantau cara kerja staf bawahan yang bertanggungjawab. Ini kerana mutu kerja staf pos malaysia teramat buruk dan tidak bertanggungjawab atas amanah yang diberikan. Service ini dibayar oleh pengguna. Bukan 'minta tolong hantar'. Etika kerja staf pos malaysia memang teramat teruk berbanding courier service yang lain!

I live at: No. 12B, Jalan Kwong Tung, Di Jalan Lanang, 96000 Sibu. Most of the time, the postman just left the mails on the steps even though there is a letterbox. I always get wet and soggy mails. Some even got blown into the drain. No one is at home during the day.
I just want him to get up from his motorbike and put all my mails in the letterbox. Is that too much to ask?
I hope to see his service improves.
