Pos Malaysia delivery is too slow

I'm contract customer of Poslaju and I always facing the problem of delay of delivery to customers. There are a lot of parcel sent out on 3rd July but until now still not yet reach my customers. I've made few times of report but still no delivery. Email to them also no official reply. Everytime call the hotline to make report need to wait at least 15 minutes to reach the customer service, and each time call only can trace 3 parcels! Call hotline still charge very high on our phone bill...I really feeling frustrated about Poslaju Service, it should call Poslambat instead!

Based on lazada delivered time is today but until now I still not receive my parcel.

Pos Malaysia lazada shipping

I'm very disappointed about pos laju courier service. Today i was received a parcel from lazada. The post laju staff was not pass the parcel to me, and they just throw it into my gate. They just throw it silently and go away. If i didn't open my door, i think i won't know my parcel was arrived. This time i was really disappointed about the service. I hope pos laju will take action on this mistake, and make sure it won't happened again. Thanks.

Pos Malaysia parcel er334668622my not receiving since 02 july 2018

Hi, I want to ask why did my parcel er334668622my still not yet sending to my location? The latest tracking status was only informed that on 04 july 2018 stucked at poslaju johor bahru, item posted over the counter and dispatched out from pos laju teluk intan on 02 july 2018 and nobody is sending it... Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible... What happen to your delivery service... Kindly proceed urgently

Hi, I want to ask why did my parcel EH620676162MY still not sending to us? The latest tracking status was only update on 30 June 2018 "Consignment received and processed from posting at Post Office" then nothing. Please help us to solve this problem as soon as possible. What happen to your delivery service. You should change name to Poslambat.

Agree...should changed POS LAMBAT or POS LOUSY. For my case, my package reached the office which is 5 minutes fr my house on 6 July 2018...on 9 July, they divert the package to another office which is 20 mins fr my house and has been keeping it since. It has been more than 2 weeks and still unable to contact that office. Called customer service @ [protected] and was on hold for 15 mins (listening to their ad) and suddenly it cut off. Super lousy service.

from pos laju track and trace the item is still at KLIA HUB since 1 July 2018.
I.ve made a report twice but there is no solution and action.

Pos Malaysia dekat web tulis brg da terima

Okay mcm ni. Saya ada order brg dkt shopee. Tapi bila nak jejak pesanan saya tu. Saya tgk dah di terima. Yang pelik nyaa. Tanpa ada sebarang call dari pihak poslaju. Jadi mcm mana saya nak dapatkan balik barang sy. Tracking no saya er [protected] my. Harap sangat dapat membantu untuk jejak pesanan saya. Dah berapa kali da pihak poslaju hantar barang tidak menghubungi pelanggan. Saya hanya nak tahu. Dekat siapa dia bg barang tu. Comfirm ada ic no kan? Terima kasih

Pos Malaysia satu minggu sdh barang x sampai.

6.7.18 tanya kat counter, cakap barang lagi kat KL,hati ni 10.7.18, pergi tanya counter lagi cakap dekat KL lagi!terus call KL utk check, resultnya 4.7.18 barang sdh sampai kat Bintulu!malas betul attitude staff bintulu dan sikap customer service staff pun sgt megecewakan.nama poslaju, sepaturnya laju, sdh terlambat tambah pula staff yg x sedar diri, asyik bagi alasan sedangkan satu resonnya saja, malas!

Pos Malaysia poslaju delivery

Tracking number ER1008221281

This parcel was supposed to be sent to my address in Kulai. I cannot see it movement n the tracking after 25 Jun.

I am unable to talk to the operator on the 1330 line despite many attempts. All I hear is nonsense recording.

The care email comes back with stupid advice to check the tracking site for the parcel.

I am pretty angry about this. Please look into this and trace my parcel.

Pos Malaysia delivery service

Hello,
I am from Tawau here, Sabah.I want to complaint that i haven't receive any letter from pos office to my house for so many years.I asked for bank to sent me credit card and they only can sent the card by normal pos.So no matter how many times i asked for the replacement, i never receive the card . Not only the bank's letter, even letter from overseas or normal letter, i also never receive too .I go post office for 2 times, first time i went, the staff told me the officer who in-charge not there, second time i go noon time, all go for lunch, i cant keep go to post office to complain, complain and complain!I need to work .This is my address, Taman Da Hua 2, Jalan Bunga Raya, 91000 Tawau, Sabah.

Hi, I want to ask why did my parcel still not yet sending to my location at cheras?
The latest tracking status was only informed that on 5 july, item posted over the counter and dispatched out at pos laju segambut and no more after that...

What happen to your delivery service? had try call many times to pos laju segambut, pos laju cheras, pos laju kl and also pos laju customer care hotline! But no one is picking up my call! Had been wait more 15 minutes also none of personnel can picking up my call...

Pos Malaysia barang tidak sampai

Kenapa barang kami pos mengunakan POS LAJU mengambil masa yang sangat lama dari 3hb julai 2018 pos dari bangi sampai di pasir mas pada 8hb julai 2018, dan bila sampai barang di pos laju pasir mas pos laju pasir mas hanya telefon mengatakan barang rosak dan tidak di hantar. mohon penerangan pihak tuan/puan.

Pos Malaysia pmn & port klang and klang poslaju.

Tiga tiga braches memang suka simpan barang lama lama. PMN suka simpan barang lebih seminggu, baru nak post out walaupun dah tulis urgent dekat parcel. Port Klang/ Klang susah nak update tracking, barang dah sampai seminggu pun perap. Kena call branch Poslaju dari mana barang dihantar untuk tahu status. Bila call Port Klang/ Klang baru nak hantar, kata nak hantar next day. Next day tak hantar, call lagi kata esok hantar. Dah tu tahun depan je lah hantar. Siap cakap kalau nak cepat, boleh datang ambil sendiri. Kau dah simpan barang aku dua minggu kot, siapa je tak angin.

Pos Malaysia a very rude worker!

pekerja pos laju yang sangat kurang ajar! hantar barang dekat pejabat jadi patut tahu waktu makan tengah hari pejabat! bila telefon, kita dah bagi tahu orang pejabat yang tengah rehat tengah nak buka pintu pejabat sebab pejabat ada dua floor jadi tak kan nk suruh terjun kan? dan telefon semula bercakap dalam nada yang sgt biadab!(hello ade orang ke tidak ni kalau takde aku nak blah!) whatthehell! call tak smpi seminit kottt ( hanya 1 minit pun tak boleh sabar?) kau yang datang masa orang tengah rehat dan kau pulak nak marah orang? sila pastikan manusia yang sangat biadab ni! Pos Malaysia parcel masih di pos laju bandar dato onn

Pos laju Bandar Dato Onn masih belum menghantar barang saya. Tempoh hari saya telah pergi ke pos laju bandar dato onn dan mereka menyuruh saya pulang kerana barang masih belum dikeluarkan daripada packaging walhal sistem kemaskini barang saya sampai 2 julai dan saya pergi ke pejabat pos pada 5 julai. Mengapa jika barang di pos laju skudai, saya boleh menerima barang tersebut pada hari yang sama atau esoknya tapi ini adalah kali ketiga barang saya berada terlalu lama di poslaju bandar dato onn. Saya sangat memerlukan barang tersebut.

Saya memang takut kalau parcel didrop pada post laju bandar Dato Onn ni pernah terjadi parcel sampai lebih 1 bulan kena peram dekat sana, skg ni terjadi lagi Kes kena peram ni dah seminggu belum lagi dihantarnya pada saya. Memang servis macam haramjadah.

Hai POSLAJU BANDAR DATO ONN.. Kalau rasa tiada siapa yang boleh hantar barang sampai tahap nak kena peram lama² barang customer, serahkan semua barang tu pada saya.. biar saya hantarkan setiap hari settlekan confirm tiada lagi complaint customer punya barang kena peram..saya tak minta gaji banyak.. basic RM5,000 je sebulan.. Hehehehe

Pos Malaysia my parcel is not arriving

My item is stucked in poslaju Puchong .the tracking system shows that the item has been there for 4 days and nobody is sending it, I tried calling pos laju Puchong but nobody is picking up .pls help me solve this problem as soon as possible .My tracking number

Pos Malaysia en221300068my - parcel opened and items missing

We have received parcel EN221300068MY today (6th July 2018) at 12:30PM. I have ordered two set of bags consist of several items .
- 2 bags
-2 sunglasses
-2 wallets
-2 belts
-perfume
-key holder

However the parcel that we received was opened and we have noticed there are several items was missing. Sender confirmed that all the items was delivered accordingly. The missing items are:
-1 bag
-perfume
-key holder
