Ok right to the point. I have been a Poshmark member since Dec 2012. I have sold many items on this platform and never had any issues. So great recently I added my Boutique to my account to sell more items as I have seen many other members do. I have no bad marks no complaints from any customers on record. I actually have a very high rating with positive feedback. No issues whatsoever. Ok so I was contacted about two months ago about some of my items have to be removed because they are so call considered not authentic. I explained I sell my items as fashion and always provide a detailed description and all my customers know exactly what they get. Like I stated I have a good volume of sales and no complaints at all. So, I was told I had to agree to remove the items in order to get back into my account. I explained I didn't understand but I'm like ok. So next I tried to go back into my account a remove the items. Upon trying to log into my account over a week it was still restricted after I was told it would be open. So meanwhile during the time I was still restricted so I went to look at others account and I saw they were selling the same items and some of their so-called ambassadors were listing the same items under a different name or label. Or they would list the items on their site as not for sell but also still selling the items. So, when my account was back reinstates listed the items as not for sell like the others and provided another link where they could buy the items. I have messages on my account where I also informed customers due to Posh so-called rules items had to be purchased elsewhere. Furthermore, doing my research I see everyone doesn't have to go by the rules. I have pointed out several accounts to them that have the same items. Only for me to go back and check and these accounts are still open, and they have the same items listed. I am requesting my account to be back reinstated, and I want to know why others don't have to follow the same rules. Poshmark has been very bias to me in this situation. I went even further and reached out to an account holder with a large following about her items that go against policy, and she told me she has never had any issues. This is very sad and bias that only some people have to follow a so-called policy on the same platform. I just want the same treatment as others with the same accounts selling the same or very similar items.
Desired outcome: I would like my account reinstated and for the same rules or policy to apply to all. If there is a policy in place that is for all members not just certain members.
Poshmark removed my listing of an authentic product
on 9/28/22 around seven pm pst my listing on poshmark was removed with zero explanation. I posted an authentic item that i originally bought from the brand name's official website. poshmark immediately disabled my account and my only 2 listings without an email or notification informing me why. both were authentic and genuine. if in the event it was inauthentic, it was not right and not truthful of the website of Poshmark to do what they did. i have not ever supported counterfeit products especially from a brand i like so much. i would never try to re-sell counterfeit products because that is just awful in so many aspects. poshmark is very sketchy and asks for a ton of personal information. they are quick to judge listings and disable them, along with the account, and provide the user with no idea why.
Desired outcome: I do not want this to happen to new sellers in the future. it is very unfriendly and rude. i'm just going to delete my poshmark account and use the platforms i have trusted before.
Poshmark lost merchandise

I sold a pair of NWT Gucci Slides on Poshmark on August 21, 2022. I mailed them on August 22, 2022 with the label that they provided. Since the shoes were over $500 there is a free service to authenticate and the slides were to go there first, and then to the buyer. 2 weeks later, the buyer contacted me indicating that Poshmark cancelled the purchase due to "seller not mailing merchandise". I found the tracking number (9405511109483873533427) and contacted USPS. I got the confirmation that the package was delivered to the Poshmark Company address at 10:41am on August 24, 2022. Poshmark has not responded to my request of sending my slides back or send me my earnings. Poshmark has not offered any explanation of what happened or any remedy for me. USPS will not pay the claim since they have proof that the merchandise was delivered. I have attached the receipt from USPS and the confirmation that it was received by Poshmark.
I have emailed them daily for the past 2 weeks and no response.
Desired outcome: I want my earnings or the Gucci slides returned to me
Something similar with me with a $2500 Louis Vuitton handbag. They authenticated it 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sent it to the buyer. She is waiting and I am waiting. We have both been messaging PM daily with no response. So, PM wins a $2500 handbag and $2500 cash and the buyer and seller are both scammed. Is there lawsuit we can all jump onto to get our money back?
Website is slow
Your website is extremely slow. Many times I leave the site. If I click on an item, it takes forever for that individual page to show. When trying to return to the listings, again, it takes forever to return. Often, I get a message stating that the website is not responding. We as buyers and those selling need better service. This is the only website on which this happens to me.
Customer service
I have tried NUMEROUS times to update my cell number on my account, however, Im not receiving the proper instructions to assist in this matter. There is no actual person that can be spoken with for them to address the issue at hand. This is causing major upset for me. I have been going back and forth with Poshmark reps since 9/11/2022 and its now 9/20/2022 and NO RESOLUTION!
Desired outcome: For a rep to contact me to manual update my cell number.

Please check the attached 👇👇👇My name is Nelly and I have been working with Poshmark over 2 years now and sold many items. I have a huge collection of items available due to my job and events that I am attending. At the same time I have been working with The Real Real ( TRR ) company as well. When I post a item on Poshmark I always write and explain about the item as much as I can and always provide the customers with labels, certificate and barcodes. I am fully aware of all the rules and regulations on Poshmark, for all the design items on my page I have certifications and recipe for purchase. This last 3-4 months has been really hard with support and team members due to unprofessional and poor customer service and support team members. Poshmark team members doesn’t have enough knowledge of how to communicate with customers, and don’t have enough experience to do their job, unfortunately very uncaring towards customers and pusher’s. I am losing money because of team members inability to provide customer service to people like me who need their help. As a team members they don’t even bother to research to see what is right or not before they make a decision on customers account. They decide only based off false informations. This is the 3rd time in less than 10 days that support team members have restrict my account, after sending 100 of emails and reports to see what was the reason for that? They respond that my account was flagged by mistake due to the automatic system and they apologized for that and release my account. Again It’s been 3 days that I can’t access to my account due to same false information, its so disappointing to see a company as big as Poshmark is so poor and unprofessional, I have sent tons of emails explaining about my situation, honest to God I am so tried of keep sending reports and complaining about my account. This time Mr Mia respond to my email and wrote that my privileges on Poshmark have been restricted for the following reason • Listing or purchasing counterfeit item, Without any proof they have not right to district my account. Why the team members refusing to answer my emails? Even though I have been sending hundreds of emails with proof of purchase and certificate over and over again but my emails are unanswered for over 4-5 days. Poshmark team members has become very very unprofessional and if I don't receive a response soon I will file legal proceedings and then I will let 1million of my IG & twitter followers know they shouldn't use posh. Sad it's even had to come to this. is very disappointing to see that communication is so poor with Poshmark team members. I am demanding that it’s time for a CEO or headquarters to step in and correct this situation with team members, Also my advice to the team members are that they should go ahead and review the comments that has been written by the customers for me and my service to them.

Buyer damaged Coach Handbag
I posted a Coach Handbag for sale on August 21st got an offer on August 23rd shipped out the Coach Handbag and when the buyer received the Handbag two days later stated the Handbag smelled of smoke or something. She filed a return and when I received the Handbag it was damaged what appears to be scratches from an animal or something else. I told the buyer that I don't smoke and had several people look over the Handbag it doesn't smell like smoke it was scratched. I file a complaint with Poshmark and told them to look at my listing and the after pictures and you can clearly see the damaged Handbag Poshmark only gave mea $10.00 credit and I want the price of the Handbag plus the Coach duster that I had the Handbag wrapped in and never received it back.
Desired outcome: I want $350.00 for the Handbag and duster.
Hacked account on poshmark and they are doing nothing about it
I had an account with Poshmark for years untill suddenly I was unable to login. I reached out to customer service who refused to assist me. Now someone has a hold over my account and is selling items using my username; with my items still listed under Katherine124. All I ask is that they shut down the account as it's likely fraudulent and whomever has taken it over is probably selling either stolen goods or perhaps they are not even shipping the acutal items. Eitherway Poshmark should do something about it.

I purchased a pair of Dior Sunglasses the description shows women's the glasses was sent to Poshmark to confirm authentic I'm not saying the glasses are not authentic the seller listed the glasses as women's per Dior customer service the glasses are mens Poshmark response was the glasses are unisex if the seller listed as unisex I would not have purchased them. I purchased a Serena and Lily Sham, In the ad the seller said this item was NEW, as in new, never used, just as it is sold from the Serena and Lily store. This item smells of sour mold and strong perfume and caused
an allergic reaction. It is a health issue. The seller did not state that the item was
covered in toxic perfume to cover a smell problem. The item WAS misrepresented
as being in new and perfect condition. Serena and Lily does not sell new
items that are drenched in perfume to cover a toxic smell. I contacted POSHMARK to return this item was was not as described the same day I received it, I tried to return this misrepresented item but
you/your company/seller would not let me. Health issues that your item caused must be of
no concern to your company. I was treated via email like it was a joke and that I just did not matter, they got the money and did not care that the product their company sold on their website made me sick.
Then when I did not like the way I was treated and could not return the defective item they tried to pacify me with a $5 credit on their website. This was a serious issue and they treated me like a cockroach they wanted to get rid of.
Desired outcome: Full refund with a return label to get this smelly toxic item back to its owner.
poshmark tried to sell me a model 1957 harley davidson motorcycle i thought it was a real motorcycle when i tried to return the item they would not send a return label so i sent the item back to poshmark headquarters. Now poshmark denies receipt. very Shadey business practice.

Unauthorized Charges
I received a "Fraud Alert" from my bank after Poshmark debited "3" sets of duplicate transactions from my checking account on the same day! I filed a formal dispute with my bank to be reimbursed for the duplicate charges. Posh mark froze my account stating that they would not release it until I release the dispute from my bank. They never apologized for the "3" sets of duplicate charges.
I emailed Poshmark several times with to get a resolution (because I really enjoyed shopping on Poshmark), but I would only receive boiler plate responses and the only two phone numbers I could find, doesn't connect to a live person. I requested to have an email contact that I could send a copy of my bank statement too to that they could see the duplicate charges with no response.
Note: I am not going to post my bank statement on this website, but I am willing to send it to a Poshmark official.
Desired outcome: For an official from Poshmark to call me, in order to rectify the situation and an apology, because the error was on their part not mine.

On July 1st I made an offer to purchase a necklace from a Poshmark seller for an amount less than the advertised price. In accordance with Poshmark policy, I understood that if the seller accepted my offer, the purchase would be charged to my PayPal account.
I received an email from Poshmark that the seller accepted my offer, but Poshmark was unable to process my credit card. I was instructed by Poshmark to update my payment information. The email from Poshmark clearly set forth the listing price and the accepted offer.
When I went to the Poshmark website to check my credit card info there was nothing wrong so I made the purchase. The purchase went through but NOT at the accepted offer price as acknowledged by Poshmark, it was billed at the full listing price.
I took many steps with Poshmark Customer Service online to explain the problem and ask for the credit. The seller was very gracious and worked with me to resolve the overcharge. Despite both of our efforts and several contacts with Poshmark, the refund of overpayment was denied, appealed and denied again. I then reached out to Poshmark Customer Service to return the item (with the seller's agreement) for a full refund which was also denied despite the fact that I followed all of the very specific instructions from Poshmark for the return.
Desired outcome: Refund of the $85 overcharge.
