Docker Pants
I bought a pair of Dockers dress pants from @mimi19961752. I thought they looked nice, there was only one photo of them laying folded over.
So, I ordered them, only to receive them in horrible condition!
The crotch was ripped out, the zipper had a giant safety pin holding it together, and the hems were worn through.
Terrible to have to do all that repair!
Guess this person has no standards to ship something that shoddy.
I would never do business like that and will never do business with her again.
Poshmark always sides with the seller agaist the buyer in disputes
I will never buy from Poshmark again if my life depended on it. Poshmark *never* sides with the buyer when there's a dispute. Even when there's tons of evidence that I was sold something under false pretense, they do not allow you to return. They waste your time asking for pictures and evidence over and over again, but in the end, they ALWAYS say no. All they EVER do is give you a $5 credit so you go back and spend more money on items you will never use and cannot return.
Unlike eBay, Poshmark does not allow returns. If you order something and it's the wrong size or color, you're stuck with no recourse whatsoever.
The last case was the most glaring. I ordered a pair of jeans based on the measurements the seller included in the item description. They were wrong. They were off by a full two inches on the waist. I included photos over and over showing the tape measure with the wrong measurement. Still, they won't allow me to return. In another case this week, I received a top in the wrong color. Clearly wrong color. Nothing. And it's happened before in the past. This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
Also, there's no phone number, no means to get in touch with a real person. When you ask a question, no one responds.
Desired outcome: Get my money back for the items I bought under false pretense.
You are right it is highway robbery. I removed my card information from my poshmark account. I will never ever buy from there again.
golden Girls DVDs from Happy Factory
I ordered the Golden Girl's DVDs set from Happy Factory on January 22 2022 and never received it plus I can't get back into the Account I ordered it on and the seller is accusing me saying I need proof I can get proof of purchase I used my bank card for the purchase I am never buying from poshmark again

Seller delivered shoes listed new but are used. When I try to log in poshmark has locked me out!
I am trying to respond to shoes I received that are used sold as new. When I try to contact Poshmark and the seller it says that my account is locked and I have no way to get in touch!

I am not able to log into my account, It is saying unable to process this request at this time. I have not been able to access my account for I believe it has been two days already. I am still getting notifications saying people are following me but it is not letting me into my account so i do not know how i am still getting notification. I also got a notification last night that I sold something but I have no way of shipping it because i can not get into the account that I sold my item on.
PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!

I have my first two sales and I also cannot get verification. They told me to use another phone number. I don't have another phone number. I asked them to call me. No one has called me I've already built my closet. So frustrating.
Tag Heuer Watch
A buyer brought my Tag Heuer watch via the website on January 29, 2022 and postal mailed my watch to the buyer that day. I never communicated with the buyer off website and maintained Poshmark rules. By January 31, 2022, my watch was delivered. By February 1st, I got concerned and contacted Poshmark to inquire about the payment status via email. By February 2, 2022 a Poshmark representative named Holly; if the buyer doesn’t release the payment, it would be 3 days after the delivery date and the payment would be automatically released. Today is the 4th business day and the 5th calendar day and my payment is still on hold. I have contacted the buyer to ask them to release the payment; only to get a “How I do that?” reply. I’m trusting my gut and I know that my watch has been stolen with Poshmark nonexistent help. I need help in trying to prosecute the buyer or something.

I order a purse from POSHMARK and they advertised the purse a authentic and the strap was not authentic it was purchased separately it did not match the purse nor did it go with the purse.
I informed them as soon as I received the purse and they did some research and denied my claim and said it did not warrant a refund
To me this company is a fraud and it allow advertising not to be transparent and true. I have attached pictures of what was advertised and what I received.

This is my second comment, in the picture the strap look as if its the original strap and no where does it state that its not. It is advertised to me as a strap purse and its not. I am very concern that I would have to go through all of this for my refund. This is not good business practice.

My name is kim tran.I order red Gucci bag on dec17-2021,clean The total is $800.31 . 2 weeks later I send to cancel cause it was taking too long. The owner agreed to refund my money as I received And send back the bag back to her. Jan10-2020 I received a damaged box with damaged bag . Dirty and spots all over without any proof of authentic. I requested a return with video plus lots of pictures of the damaged bag. Two days later jan12-2022 I received an email the item is sold no refunds . The item numbers 61bcbf0c2acc738e874bc766. It take one month to received a damaged bag, with no proof of real. And only take two days to confirm sold. The item was incorrect descriptions.

I communicated to this company from the beginning if I could not receive my item by a certain date to cancel. I communicated this through-out the waiting time. Ordered January 6th asking for delivery no later than January 17th. I corresponded through out the 10 days by email. Then when I received the item on January, 18th, I notified them I did not want it, I did not open it, and to instruct me how to return for full refund. To date that has been denied and the package sits unopened waiting. They said I closed the sale by notifying them and they released the money to the vendor. I NEVER released anything because it was no use to me if not received by the 17th. Their customer service emails are aggravating, they repeat the same thing signed by a different persons name. Nothing but a rip off! I would NEVER order anything through them again and would advise all who I know and anyone reading this not to either!

Delonghi 4 slice retro silver toaster
I thought this was a new toaster, but found out it was well used and broken when I received it today.
The right side doesn't work at all, unless you hold the down lever the whole time. The left one sticks and is hard to move. The heat gauge knob keeps turning instead of stopping at 5. Our current toaster is in better shape than the one we received from Karin.

Fake louis vuitton bag
I purchased what I thought was an authentic louis vuitton bag, I got it authenticated and came back as a fake. I have reached out to them by opening a case, provided photos as requested and also paid the extra money to have the certificate printable and I have yet to received my confirmation to receive my money back. This is the second time that this has happen to me. I don't know why they do not make it mandatory for sellers to authentic items that they are selling as authentic. It is a headache for the buyer and such a hassel to get your money back.

Poshmark has the worst customer service on the planet! They do not stand behind anything! As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Be aware there is a lot of shotty merchandise on their site. I paid $445 for some clearly defective leggings... Took over 10 days to try very hard on my part to do a return. I showed all the evidence and more of how badly put together they are! If we had a court hearing, I would have won hands down. They just denied me today, and then insulted me with a $20 credit to find something else. This was a very expensive, not right order!
I say to you all, if you do buy from them, do not give up your fight. I then went to my credit card company, told them all the horror stories of these leggings, and they agreed with me. They also are not a fan of poshmark, as they get many complaints such as mine against them quite frequently.
Just do yourselves a favor... Please buy from other sites you can trust, even if you have to pay a bit more. You won't be sorry, I promise you! Poshmark's greed, and who care's about you attitude, will hopefully shut them down one day very soon! My case went on for 9 days... Ridiculous!

Apparently the Poshmark site has been down for days for some people. I just started to have problems logging in. This is a problem as I am going on vacation and need to pit my closet on vacation mode. I am using an iPhone 8 with iOS 15.1. From what I have read the company doesn't seem to acknowledge there is a problem with the site.

Poshmark ruined a $2700 bag I sold to someone.
I sold a $ 2700 White Speedy Multi for $900.00 of which my cut would be $ 720.00 on November 12 2021. I sent it to Poshmark for authentication. After they did they sent me a picture of a fairly large black spot on the bag and said I failed to disclose it. That is not true. I posted pictures of every angle of the bag. I messaged the buyer and told her so she is returning bag. She even agreed that it was not on the bag prior to getting to Poshmark. Now she wants to keep the bag and have me send her 200.00.
