Customer servis kurang ajar dan berlagak dengan customer.
Menyusun giliran untuk servis pada kadar yang tidak relevan, temu janji jam 9.00 tapi servis pada jam 2 petang. Bila di quiry terus cakap customer tidak sabar padahal pengurusan yang teruk.
Pekerja atau foreman sibuk menguruskan kereta orang lain/kawan mereka yang tiba-tiba masuk ke bay servis.

If its a new model ie X70 or X50, delay in parts may be understandable (parts from Geely etc)
but a running,ongoing model like Persona should have not have any issue with parts!

Complaint about multiple quality issues with newly purchased proton x50
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the X50 that I recently purchased from your dealership. Since taking possession of my car on 13 March 2023, I have experienced a litany of issues that have significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the vehicle.
Within a span of less than two weeks, I have identified a total of 10 issues. Furthermore, the amount of time that my car has spent at the dealer service centre for these issues accounts for approximately 73% of the time that I have had possession of the car. This raises concerns about the overall quality and safety of the car, as well as the reliability of the quality control testing procedures.
I have returned my vehicle to the dealership on numerous occasions, and despite some of the issues being addressed, new problems have persisted. The latest problem with the boot is unacceptable given that the dealership assured me that several PDI checks were done before delivery. I have been requested to leave the vehicle at the dealership for an additional week while they conduct further repairs and test drives. This only adds to my concerns about whether I have received a new car or a test drive unit. The quality of this car is undoubtedly an issue that must be addressed.
As a customer who has just purchased a brand new car, I expect to receive a vehicle that is fully functional and meets my expectations. However, the numerous issues that I have experienced with this car have left me with no faith in its reliability and I fear for the safety of myself and my passengers.
I strongly believe that safety and reliability should never be compromised for aesthetics or design, and I question whether my car was a default unit. In light of these circumstances, I am requesting a brand new unit that is free from defects and issues be provided to me as soon as possible in order to ensure the safety and satisfaction of my driving experience.
I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My new Proton X50 plate number VJX3380 face gearbox issue and sent for repair on 8th February 2023 till now car is not fixed.
I sent my car to the place purchased.
Proton Rawang 4S Center Fleet Parade.
I called the the center and also the HQ many times and they are unable to give an answer when my car will be fixed. The status is pending approval to fix the car.

We are truly disappointed when the service centre telling me the engine mounting need to change when we send in for [protected]@ODO75467km. We are unable to admit that if the Proton product quality is only built for lasting less than 100,000km and less than 4years of registration.
Secondly, the steering wheel leather surface are peeling which again the serious product quality that we unable to admit.
We hope to have an urgent feedback and follow up action for Proton as the longer we wait may harmful to the vehicle.

Proton x50 gear shifting noise
Hi, I bought X50 3 months ago, Lately I am experiencing rough gear changing, especially dropping from 4 to 3 to 2. It has a kicking feel with cracking noise. When I slow down on road bumps, it will drop from 5 and reaching gear 2 will have very rough noise. I made a complaint during my 10000 km service, and they told that the gearbox has been reset. But the problem is still the same. What should I do?

I am writing this letter with reference to my spare parts ordered by Auto Lumina Sdn.Bhd with registered no JUH1198 model Proton X50. My car has been waiting for spare parts from 13th December 2022 until now.
This long delay is causing substantial monetary loss and inconvenience for me as I'm not using the car yet and still need to pay the bank.

I would like to feedback about the latest update for proton android app update.
1. the update for the blue tooth link to my phone is not as functional as the previous version. After I connect to my phone it still not working sometimes.
2. During the preview of the reverse camera, there keep glitching... Previously I do not have this problem but after update.

Sebelum ni pun pakai exora (9 years ago) xde masaalah besar.
April 2022- beli satu lagi exora dari fleet rawang.
June 2022- lepas 1000km service, kereta jadi berat macam tarik satu lori trellar kat belakang. Imagine you kat lorong kanan di highway, tetiba kereta slow from 110kmsj jadi 60kmsj.
Hantar balik fleet, kata nya ada break system problem, tapi takde spare part. Kena tunggu 2 minggu.
2nd service kat fleet jugak. (11,000km) sept 2023
Selepas 28hari service, minyak hitam burst.
Exora naik tow truck balik fleet rawang.
Take 2 days to solve.
3rd service still at fleet rawang. (21,000km) jan2023
Selepas 21hari service, minyak hitam burst lagi.
Naik lagi tow truck balik fleet rawang.
Sa kata parts takde quality and not their fault.
9bulan pertama, 2x naik tow truck,
Rasa naik tow truck lebih banyak dari naik genting ni.
Kereta belum sampai setahun lagi.
Harap pihak proton tolong ambik tahu pasal ni.

Unable to change booking place at dealer for proton saga
I submit a booking at one of the proton dealer. After that I submit document for loan application. After 3 weeks, I still dont heard any update on my loan status so I decided to change to other dealer. Submit document for loan and approve in 7 working days. But the problem is my name was still inside the system at the previous dealer. How can this be changed to new dealer that already have confirmation on my loan approval to proceed. Please help to resolve this management issue.

They turn out not servicing well..as not changing my coolant when 20km services. Found out when proton jasin checked in the system no coolant replaced since I bought the car. Did service in proton centres,never service at outside workshop. Now, radiator becomes rusty till cannot reverse already, flushing never helped already.need to change my radiator worth 1k!

Saya telah membuat aduan di Proton Jenaris berkenaan dengan issue ini Tapi mereka mengatakan bahawa saya sering lari ke sana sini bertukar service. Saya juga ingin memaklumkan bahawa ada juga silap saya tidak kekal kepada satu service center sahaja,ini kerana waktu berkerja saya berubah tempat. - 1st day dapat kereta radio rosak tetapi reverse camera berfungsi
- selepas tukar radio, reverse camera tidak berfungsi dengan baik. garis petak di reverse camera senget dan saya terlanggar tembok & kereta saya calar disebabkan reverse camera tersebut.
- selepas tukar radio, pihak service centre tidak test reverse camera dan memulangkan kereta kepada saya dalam keadaan yang tidak baik
- saya kembali ke service centre semula dan service centre tidak melakukan apa-apa kecuali merebootkan radio tersebut sahaja. Saya tinggalkan kereta selama 2 hari tapi masih berada dalam keadaan yg sama. Malah pihak service centre cuba untuk melepaskan tanggungjawab dengan mengatakan bahawa memang reverse camera tersebut senget seperti itu. Selepas saya marah baru pihak service centre cuba untuk perbaiki tetapi saya ambil semula kereta pada hari ke dua kerana saya perlukan kereta untuk pergi kerja.

I booked a vehicle from your partner Al-Haj Automotive (Pvt.) Limited, Karachi, Pakistan through their authorized dealer Momentum AutoMobiles, 23-A Queen’s road Lahore, the detail of which is given below.
Proton X70 Premium CKD on 28thJanuary 2021, having PSO # [protected] and paid the principal amount of Rs. 900,000/- vide two different transactions.
The promised and expected date and time of delivery was the 4th quarter of 2021. However, due to unknown and unexplained reasons, said pre-booked vehicle could not be delivered even after the expiry of 6 months of the promised / expected date of delivery.
In the above-mentioned circumstances, I asked for cancellation of above detailed booking and claimed refund of full amount of PKR 900,000/-as early as possible. The request was received and acknowledged by the authorized dealer Momentum Automobiles on 29-06-2022.
Despite my vigorous and persistent requests by visits, calls and emails, neither the booked vehicle was ever delivered nor the amount of PKR 900,000/- has been refunded till this moment. Which is a sheer infringement of the stipulation of the agreement clause 14, between the parties and violation of my fundamental rights.
It is cleared that they have used the paid amount of PKR 900,000/- for their financial benefits beyond the settled time frame and have not performed their part of the agreement.
I seek and request your involvement for refund of the paid amount of PKR 900,000/- along with 16% interest, culminating into the total amount of PKR 1,020,000/-
I am sending you this message with this hope that you will take serious action about this. I did booked x70 just because of your well reputed brand but unfortunately, your partner in Pakistan is ruining it. Please do enquire about this, there are thousand of customers like me waiting for refunds and deliveries but Al-Hajj is dealing them very unprofessional way. Cup battery flat within 2 weeks of purchase
Purchased x70, 1.8 model year 2022. Picked up car on 7 Oct 2022, drive for couples of days and was parked in the underground carpark for few days without using it due to oversea trip. Today, 20 Aug 2022, try to start it, the battery us totally run out. What the crap car, call ProtonAssistant to support, it seem like quite norm to them on this issue. Defective car gear box on proton x70, registration pnv1063
I had purchased an X70, car registration PNV1063, a CBU from Proton 3 years ago. Since day one, the car constantly jerk when moving from stop. I had made many complaints to the Service Centre in Jalan Makloom, Penang many times and no effective action had been taken.
I saw that there are news that the gear box on the X70 CBU are defective, and there is a warranty covering this. But to-date Proton had not taken effective action on my car despite many communication with Mr. Nazri, service manager at Jalan Makloom.
Please help.
