I have placed a few order over the last three years. I have never had any issues with the quality or service, but have never had to contact customer service. Always a very easy transaction. They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else, and they always arrive in a timely manner.

Good experience
Ordered Thursday of this week and it came today (Saturday) with 2 day shipping. Not bad considering I ordered late on the actual day. No real complaints here at all. Not sure about the other negative reviews as I usually use reviews to determine if I should utilize a company or not but really needed to order something from the US and they had it. Will do business again!

I had a pretty bad experience with PureFormulas.com. I ordered some cheap products from them and luckily, they arrived on time and without any damage. The package was sent on March 10th, 2022 and according to the tracking information, it arrived at a Customs Facility in Germany on August 10th, 2022. However, after waiting for a month, I contacted Customs in Germany and German DHL Post only to find out that the package could not be found and was not insured. This meant that they couldn't do anything to help me retrieve my package.
I had paid $16 for shipping and over $60 for the order, which was a significant amount of money for me. When I contacted PureFormulas Customer Service, they informed me that they couldn't do anything to help me either. They couldn't refund my money or send another replacement package. According to their policy, the buyer takes all the risk when ordering internationally. This was very disappointing and frustrating for me as an international buyer.
I lost 80 EUR due to this unfortunate incident. There was no option for insured delivery when I was placing my order. If there was, I would have definitely chosen it. Although tracking was provided, it was useless in this case. Additionally, I tried to pay with PayPal, but the website had an error, which made me wonder if it was intentional.
Now, I have to report this to my bank and see if they can help me further. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any help from PureFormulas, USPS, or German Post. Poor Quality Nutri-West Vitamins from Pure Formulas: Beware!
I recently bought two bottles of Nutri-West Core Level Health Reserve 120'S from Pure Formulas. My wife opened them and took three with her lunch as usual. However, she quickly got indigestion, and upon inspection, we discovered that the vitamins had a rancid odor and were a dark brown color instead of the usual green. My wife got progressively sicker and even vomited.
I contacted Pure Formulas' customer service to warn them about this issue and requested a refund. I even sent them pictures comparing the color of the vitamins from this batch to the usual color. However, their response was unsatisfactory, stating that they cannot accept opened items and that I should contact Nutri-West for questions about the change in color and smell.
I was disappointed with their response, and my only recourse was to open a dispute with my AMEX card. It's frustrating that there's no way to know if a vitamin product is contaminated or defective without opening the package. Amazon sells the same vitamins, and they would instantly refund if you wanted to return a defective product, even if opened.

I've been ordering from Pure Formulas for a good while now, maybe about 7 or 8 times. I gotta say, my orders always come in on time and they're usually left right on my front porch. But my last shipment was a bit of a hassle. I got a notice from the US Post Office saying that there was $6.21 postage due and that I had to go to the Post Office, wait in line, pay the extra postage, and then they'd give me my $115 order (which was supposed to have free shipping, mind you). Needless to say, I was pretty upset about it.
So I called up the Customer Happiness Team at around 8:45pm eastern time, but it seemed like everyone had gone home early because all the extensions were unavailable. I tried again the next day and finally got through. They told me that my package wasn't left at my house because there wasn't a safe place to leave it, and that the extra money was because the Post Office had to keep it and I had to pick it up. What?! That didn't make any sense to me.
I started talking to this lady named Lynn and she started arguing with me about how they put enough postage on it. Like, really? Pure Formulas never makes a mistake? They're all super humans? I'm just a liar? Why would my 8th shipment suddenly not have a safe location? Lynn said it was because that's what the Post Office put on the tracking. But that didn't make any sense either. Is there a box for them to check that says you didn't put enough postage on the shipment? I highly doubt it.
So I went and stood in line at the Post Office and asked them about it. They said it happens all too often. Pure Formulas put enough postage for 2lbs, but it was actually 2lbs 2 ounces. I paid the extra postage and finally got my shipment. But all Lynn at Pure Formulas said they would do for me was reimburse my account the postage once I went to the post office, stood in line, paid for my FREE SHIPPING, got a receipt, scanned the receipt, and emailed it to them. Really?! That's it? Yes, that's it. Well, that's it for you too, Pure Formulas.

Hey, I gotta say, Pure Formulas is the real deal. Me and my old man have been using their Nano products for years now, and let me tell ya, we've seen some real benefits from it. I felt like I had to fight tooth and nail to get a resolution, and it was a waste of my time. I wish their customer service was more understanding and accommodating.
Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Pure Formulas. I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

At the beginning of March I ordered from you a bottle of PPC Phoschol.
As soon as I opened the bottle the lid broke in two separate pieces. Without the lid i didn't know how to store the product. Note this product its for my child who is [removed] and I'm not ready to take any risks with his health. I tried to fix the lid and to find a replacement lid without success.
The bottle was really expensive so I contacted your customer services to have it replaced. I was offered first a 15% refund which I refused and then a replacement bottle, with shipping at my own expenses. I'm not quite sure what to do with a replacement bottle now after more than a week that the product is not correctly stored. Also it means I will have to put the liquid from one bottle to the other with possible risks of contamination in the process.
I paid for a bottle in good order and conditions. I didn't pay for a damaged good.
This is not fair and I feel cheated for my money. Is this how your treat your clients?! I'm really really unhappy and I have already vented in several fb groups of mothers that are using similar products for their autistic children, including your product.

The worst experience I've ever had buying online. This company is very irresponsible and cares nothing about customers.
I ordered several items two months ago and never received them. I called customer service and what said that it was on back order. And the reason is that the items at the moment of ordering weren't in stock. How come then you took off my money? How's this possible?
Please, refund as soon as possible. Your representatives refused to do this.
they delivered bottle and after several weeks it had mould
I ordered several supplements from the company www.pureformulas.com. It was awful, because they delivered these supplements and it turned out that the expiry day was in the same month. I used the liquid only twice and when I opened the fridge I noticed mould on the bottom on the bottle. I was shocked and threw it away. Don’t buy such bad and not long-lasting items.
the seller is scamming people and steals as well
I ordered samples of the supplements from the website www.pureformulas.com. I paid only $5.99, but I haven’t received my order. After 3 weeks they sent me another email, where they informed me that I didn’t cancel the further orders of their samples, and they would send another order, but at this time the price would be $89.99. I tried to reach them, but no one replied and several my emails were returned back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
fraudulent charge
I ordered vitamins and supplements from www.pureformulas.com. The seller informed that the shipping would be for free, and after that he charged me for my order. 2 days later I noticed unauthorized charge from my account. It turned out that the seller took money for the shipping and even didn’t inform me about it. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing.
