This did not work for me or my mom at all
I placed an order for this Order #PK-1165421] (14.12.2021) a couple of years ago as well as my mother for 3 bottles each which we tried for 3 months and it did not work at all other then causing diaharia. I am just disappointed that is all I'm not looking for a refund or anything I just wanted to let your company know it does not work as advertised.

I have gone ahead and passed over your information to the relevant team who will be in contact with you as soon as possible to get this issue resolved. I would like to return the product and get refunded but I am afraid that if I return the product within the "60 day money back guarantee" they promised, I will not receive a refund. My 82 year old dad ordered one jar of the *** gummies and then the order quit. When he got the order, he got 5 containers and charged over $200! He was ordering the ad price one ***! Then to make it worse, he got another 5 containers and charged again over $200. I have tried to call the many numbers from the company and all Im getting is an automated message that all of their employees are with other customers. My 74 year old dad ordered their cbd gummies off *** ad, for 2 months he has been charges $217.47 every 2 weeks, when I called the customer service number on the statement, I asked to cancel and to be refunded the amounts. In hind site I should have known better, when she asked me to download any desk app to help me through the steps to recieve a refund after trying to set up a cash app account and I I questioned her after she gave me a email to send a code that when *** says aw fucqkd to recieve money that didnt work she had me go to my bank account and use Zelle she kept telling me to enter code 200 to verify but I kept saying it isn't a code when you put it in the send money spot and because I did the anydesk they had it sent to themselves faster than I could blink then she tells me to put 100 and as I'm am freaking out that they took 200 out of my account they took another $100. I ordered one bottle and was sent a receipt for one bottle to be sent monthly that I didnt sign up for. I sent a reply email to their customer service email address, from which I got their notice, and got a mail demon notice saying there is no such email address. The customer phone number comes up on my phone as a mobile phone. When I call it, Im on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody answers. This is obviously a scam.
I ordered a jar of CBD Gummies on 12/16/22. The website said it would be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. On 12/22/22, I hadn't received it yet so I called and they said it went out on 12/19/22. I tried calling again on 12/26/22 because I hadn't received it yet. I waited for them to pick up and after 35 minutes I gave up. Finally, after 20 minutes and three attempts to call on 12.27/22 I was able to speak to someone and was told the order will arrive on 12/28/22. If it doesn't I will edit this complaint.

What caught my eye with Purekanas ad was it is water based, so are your joints. Typical tinctures are oil, *** dont mix. So I thought Id give it a try. Umm..save your money! They guarantee a 30 day money back guarantee Lie #1 If you argue enough, youll get back HALF your money. 30 days? Lie #2 I called within 30 days of placing my order, and the representative said I was beyond the 30 days. I was giving them the best possible benefit as I hadnt even tried the product yet (cant try it if its in the mail!). You should expect something like this though when they want you to upgrade your shipping. When you decline that, the I dont mind waiting for my packages comes on your screen. How smart-assy is that! People, BE WARNED! Go to your local CBD store, try a product there. Talk to someone knowledgeable about their products. Im sure CBD works for some people (people in pain, were out of luck!), but this online c*** is just that. Lies, lies, and more lies. I just dont like it when honest people get taken to the cleaners. PureKana website forces you to add many products that you don't want and that cannot be removed from your order while they ask that you give your credit card information before you are stuck with these many unwanted additions. At the end of the process I tried to contact them by phone and through e-mail in order to cancel the order, unsuccessfully, which led me to believe that I had been taken advantage of. The only email I received from them was that I was now subscribing to their product, meaning I suppose that I would have to pay regardless and many times.I contacted my bank to cancel that transaction and replace my card, to stop PureKana to take further advantage of naive customers like me and probably many others. On the credit Card they use both Pur Kana and PureKana.I therefore considered that Complaintsboard.com should be made aware of these wrongdoings of PureKana company and have them to come to better business practices.

Terrible experience. They automatically subscribed me to an item and refuse to answer any emails to cancel. They also sent me 8 products instead of 2, obviously much more money. Big scam , I stopped all future payments with bank. I hope that Complaintsboard.com can stop this type of business.
I think this company is a scam I don't like how their products show up as a pop up on your computer screen then when you try to click out of it all of these products automatically get ordered and sent to your address. You can not get a refund until the products get returned to the company with the order number on the inside and outside of something you didn't order.

PUREKANA IS A TOTAL SCAM! They falsely claimed a celebrity endorsed their product, making it appear as his own venture. They overcharged me $197.70 instead of $60 for a 5 month supply. My credit card issuer flagged this as potential fraud. I had to cancel my card and was auto-enrolled in recurring shipments without consent. Their customer service is unreachable, I called 6 times with no response. My credit card issuer could only reverse part of the charge, not the $60 shipping fee, which is another deceitful tactic. I'm now out $60 due to this dishonest company. PureKana needs to be stopped to prevent further victimization.

I was trying to get help to stop smoking and instead I had my money taken from me right before Christmas! It was supposed to cost me $39 and instead I was charged $210 so unless you want that happening to you, do not order these! There goes quite a few Christmas presents for my granddaughter. Wow.

I just received a package from PureKana I did not order! I had no warning this was a subscription or I would never ordered this stuff in the first place. It is not what is advertised.! The price I paid for the one order I made was supposed to be $50. Ended up charging my credit card over $200.. They are scammers as far as I am concerned... Looks like PUREKANA is all about making their deal look good but then adds on all these other things to scroll through so you don't get to the end to see that they've charged you more than $200 for something you thought would cost less than $50. And then it shows up on your credit card! When you try to reach out to the company, you are on hold forever. In the meantime I sent an email saying I know it's a scam and to cancel my order. I got conflicting emails from the company saying they would cut my cost in half (which they did, deducting it from the credit card charge), then saying they had canceled my order/subscription (which I didn't realize was a SUBSCRIPTION!) and then another saying my order had shipped. When I try to reply to ANY of these emails to say that the only thing I want is my money back and to never hear from them again, I get the message back that there's no such email address. Do I really need to give this fraudulent company even one star? On March 9, 2022, after seeing an add on *** I filled out an order on line for Purekana 500 mg CBD vegan gummies. The offer was buy 3 get 2 free. After completing the allication,, I expected a review page before placing the order which was not provided. Suddenly, an email from Purekana came in stating the cost was $209.00. I immediately called to cancel the order. They would not do that, but offered me15% off. I said no. Then they offered 35% off. Again, I said no. Then they offered 50% off, and I agreed. During that conversation, I was told that I had also signed up for an auto delivery every month at the full rate. I immediately cancelled that option. I was told the order would be shipped in 3-5 days. I was to receive an email with the tracking number. It is now March 25, 2022, and after numerous phone calls to their well scripted customer servkce department, and emails to their corporate office,I have yet to receive the order. Today, they said they did not have a tracking number, but the order was shipped, which is why they can't give me a refund. Does anyone smell a SCAM? After today's phone call, I called my credit card company to file a dispute regarding this claim, which they happily initiated. They will not get one dime from me. DON'T FALL FALL THIS FRAUD.

They only receive 1 star because 0 is not an option. Purekana has one of the most deceptive ads Ive ever seen. Their version of buy 3 and get 2 free is just a play on words. Discounted price should not be paying for the 2 free offered. Also nowhere in the ad does it state that it is a subscription. It however, does say a subscription is available, which I did not agree to. But, on the email invoice it thanks for the subscription. I placed my order for the buy three get two free. Paying for three bottles at $39.74 each. My total should have been roughly $120. Entered all of my payment information and hit continue and it placed my order. Only then did it give me my total which was $218.07. I immediately called to cancel this order and was told that it could not be canceled because the order was already in progress. I literally had just placed the order 5 minutes ago. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges so that they would not pay it. Called the company again and told them that my bank was not going to pay the charges and they still told me they could not cancel the order. They did cancel the subscription of sending it out every month, also at a higher price. The advertisement is very misleading, they automatically sign you up for a monthly renewal subscription without telling you, and the customer service is terrible they wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation.

He looked up our surname and told me that we had ordered through an affiliate and that he would transfer me. I asked him how he knew we had ordered through an affiliate. He told me he could see my last name but no order. I explained to him that we had ordered nothing from anyone. I was put through to the affiliate. She started to tell me what we had ordered and what the price was. I explained that our children nor we had ordered anything. She told me that our name matched the billing address but that there was an ongoing investigation about our account. I said that we didn't have an account. She repeated that phrase. I asked her who was investigating our account. She repeated that phrase. Then she put me on hold for a minute or so, came back and repeated the same phrase and would answer no questions about how the product was paid for or how they knew our shipping address and billing address. She would only repeat that there was an ongoing investigation of our account. and thanked me for calling. I have called all credit cards and our credit union. Nothing has been withdrawn so far. I have one more bank to check tomorrow. The scary thing is that they know our shipping and billing address supposedly but would not tell me the method of payment or answer any other questions. In addition she started to tell me what the items had cost before I interrupted her to tell her we had not ordered anything from anyone!

The ad went on to say how much PureKana had helped her, leading readers to believe that PureKana LLC was in fact her business.. There were several celebrities that also stated that they used the product and had great results. The product was listed at a very discounted price for "a very short time only" with the digital clock showing the countdown! Of course this was intended to create a sense of urgency. Foolishly I took the bait! I was smart enough to order just one bottle for the advertised price of $49. (I forgot the exact amount since it never showed up on my invoice or any other company material thereafter!) My debit card was charged almost before the transaction was completed. The order invoice #D56AD6C3D2 showed the PureKana 500 mg CBD vegan Gummies 1 bottle Sub Total price: $69.04, Shipping: $5.95, for a Grand total: $82.30! I was never good at math, but this incorrect on 2 of the three levels. I received the order a few days ago. I took 2 of the gummies 1 day apart and developed a severe headache both times within a hour of ingesting them. Today I called the # listed and told the lady, that spoke such broken English, that I never could understand a clear explanation. Of the total $82.30, I am received a mere $28.80 refund. This is totally outrageous since the entire sale was based on a lie and false advertising! I plan to wage a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. I may not get my money back, but hopefully my complaint along with the 60+ other complaints, will prevent this from happening to others.

Anytime a website is giving you a product with a great deal, especially receiving something free, please do some research to find out what the real website address is. After reading an article on the effects of purekana, of course I was interested. I have chronic pain due to certain health issues and it sounded heaven sent. The article gave a link and it led to a purekana website, but it was called "trypurekana". I searched to see if the was the correct site and I found that there was an actual "purekana.com". So I went to both sites contact info and they had 2 different customer service numbers. I called the try purekana number and spoke to Dream and asked what the difference was. All she said was it's the same and asked if I wanted to place an order? I asked why are there different prices? She said they have different deals and again asked if I'd like to place an order. I said ummmm no, I'll do a bit more research. The actual purekana website didn't have deals at all. So I went back to the original article and clicked another link that led to a totally different website and the gummies on there didn't even say purekana. It just said cbd gummies. It was a site called otter something. I don't remember the whole name. After that, I just started searching if it was a scam and what others had to say. That led me here. I'm glad I didn't get it. Lastly guys, the deal said $39 and some change "per bottle". A lot of people missed that part. If you're getting the buy 3 get two free, you're already looking at about $120. Then you have the taxes and whatever else they add. It wasn't just $39 for the package.

I wanted to try their product but after their snaky ways I will not give this company any of my money. First they advertise 3 bottles at $39.74 +2 free however there is not a subtotal amount to verify and my credit card was charged $240.16 at the end of at least 4 other products screens where they are trying to force products on their customers with very tiny no thank you links. I did notice that the subscription was already checked and unchecked it. When I called customer service to cancel my order I was given the option of a small discount but that they were unable to refund or cancel the order. I asked to speak with supervisor but she said no one was available but she could have her call me back Monday. I told her that I was going to cancel my credit card and report this business to Complaintsboard.com. I regret not looking them up first on this site. *** learned! I called back to their customer service to see if I could get different response and after refusing several discounts offers she said she was going to talk to supervisor for higher discount. When she got back to me it was discount of 75%. I declined and asked to speak to supervisor who was now in a meeting. I informed the rep that I was not going to give any of my money to businesses that scam their customers and their package would be marked return to sender and credit card transactions cancelled. She told me I had to return it according to instructions and if it got lost in mail I would have to pay full price. What happened to 100% guarantee that was promised? Please BE CAREFUL! -This company tricked my 88-year-old father with a *** AD! Shame on them! This was supposed to be just a sample, that is what he said the ad said. And he was never told a total. After doing MUCH research, it appears that many are being scammed by these false advertisements by celebrities. He was only to pay around $40 (1 sample bottle) if he kept it... and the charged him for FIVE BOTTLES! We tried to work with the credit card company, but that doesn't work because he clicked the button and added his info, again thinking he was only getting a small sample bottle, not 5 bottles. So, for those who don't know banks/credit card companies only refund if it is fraud...not when you are scammed! I also attempted to call the company MANY times on different days and times, and they never answer, I stayed on one time for over 30 minutes, and what was strange is I kept hearing someone pushing buttons the whole time, but no one would respond to me saying "hello, anyone there" We are trying to return the product back for refund, so you need to answer the phone so we can do that! Also concerned, after my extensive research that some of this CBD is even PureKana product, after seeing some unsatisfied customers saying they are not getting any results with the product they received. I checked the scan on the bottle to see if it was legit CBD by entering the number and it said... not found? WTF-angry face!So, what I am finding is unsatisfied frustrated testimonies ALL over the internet, so many red flags about this company and the product. I have since found out that this is not the case. I called to see why The price of $*** BOGO that was advertised is A LIE! It still said *** at checkout up until after I put my credit card number in and hit check out; thats when I saw that I was charged $142.00! When I called purekana it was like a maze and a game of phone tag! When I finally got in touch with someone from the affiliate side, they tried to explain to me why I was charged $142. Then proceed to give me a refund of $22 to smooth things over. When I declined they said ok I can give $50 and I said thats not even half of what I paid and thats not the advertised price! Then they went on to offer me $74.80 refund and thats the best they can do! Despite the fact that in their website and the packing slip that came with it said 100% money back guaranteed within 30 days! So when I said I just want all my money back and I will send this package back, the rep *** to tell me that it will take up to 2 weeks for me to send it back and I would have to pay for shipping at the post office and once I send it I have to call their maze of a telephone back to provide a tracking number! I will only have a refund if they receive the product back! At this point, I took the $74.80 refund back because I no longer trust this con artist of company that not only falsely advertised their pricing and return policy but also shifts blame to each other and then the scariest thing of all is I dont trust that even if they get my product that they would give me my refund! It was on Wednesday December 7th 2022 that we were explained through the information on the website that if we ordered on this day and were new customers, we were eligible for a deal. Since we had never ordered CBD gummies or any type of CBD before But heard great things about the treatment of CBD, we became highly interested. This website seeming to be legit especially since it spoke about the health breakthrough of this product, we went ahead with the promotion that was given. The promotion offered $36 if you bought one bottle and you would receive two bottles free. We place the order and immediately the transaction was declined. We weren't sure why, but reading more into it realizing you had to be 18 to purchase this product, we figured it didn't go through for this reason. Later on that evening we received a phone call from them and since my wife is using my credit card they wanted to speak with me. I was at work at the time and my wife instructed them to call back the next day to speak with me which they did not and we dropped the whole issue. It was only when we were at the doctors two days later they called back ( the same man ). We went over the reasons why I was ordering and that the order was secure and ready to be placed. What was supposed to be a $36 order with two bottles free, I learned turned out to be $199 with five bottles. I tried numerous times to call them back on the number that they called on and was never able to get through. I decided to purchase the product after seeing that I would be receiving 3 products at the low price of around $49. Surprise, surprise, when the items in my cart totaled 3x that amount. Decided to go ahead with the purchase because I know what quality CBD costs. When I went to pay, that's when the never-ending pop-*** started. After rejecting 3 pop-*** for "amazing deals," and the 4th "amazing deal" popped up, I decided to exit the screens after seeing a description saying that my purchase wouldn't go through unless I answered yes or no to the 4th pop up. Thought I was safe.No. Sent to my spam folder, was a receipt of my "purchase" with the promise that it would ship within 24 hours. It didn't. I emailed the company after about 2 weeks of hearing nothing and was told that I purchased the product through their "affiliate" and would need to take it up with them. But, then miraculously, I received a DHL tracking number.It's April 8th, and not only have I still NOT received my order, but I got an email this morning informing me that my SUBSCRIPTION is about to be sent out, and that I'd be getting charged another $158 for this next order.Called, waited for over an hour. Nothing. Asked for a callback, still nothing. Called my credit card company and THEY called Purekana using a different number than the one I had. That person told us that he couldn't do anything because this order was placed through their "affiliate." They offered to "escalate" my case to a supervisor. I am not sure how PureKana feels they are doing a good job. The tactics here are appalling. The website charges your card prior to confirming your order. By the time I made it to the confirmation page, I had been charged $211.86. Once confirming the charge was PureKana, I called prior to leaving the site. I was told they dont understand why I want a full refund after offering a multitude of discounts. The offer to discount discredited the company even further, as limited quantity, selling fast claims did not align with their willingness to discount almost *** the hands of fulfillment. There is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to management, I was told they are busy. I informed them I will wait, as this needs to be escalated. While I waited I asked the sales associate how many calls like this are received. I was told I am not her first Today. She then told me she will have to have them call me back, I asked what has them so wrapped up. I called customer service immediately no more than two or three minutes after placing the order I was told by the woman that it was already processed and they could not cancel the order although I had just placed it. They offered to give me a percentage off to rectify the situation. I told them that I had literally just placed the order a few minutes before I did not want that Amount charged to my card. They again told me they could give me a percentage off but they could not give me a refund. No response. 2nd shipment photos are #s 1 & 2.I then went onto receive a 3rd shipment the beginning of May 2022, I called again but was told I could Only Email, which I did. Photo #s 3,4,5 and 10. A 4th shipment arrived the beginning of June 2022, sent another Email because they still wouldnt answer calls. Photo # 6.I received yet another shipment the beginning of July 2022. Photo #s 13&14. #s 11&12 show how much I was charged for 1 MONTH! ($264.49)Please HELP ME.

The ad was in an app called theSCOOP on my android phone. The product is called Pure Kana CBD Gummies which are 500 mg bottles of CBD Gummies that are supposed to relieve joint pain. The date of the transaction was 06/04/2022. I misunderstood and thought that it advertised for $39.74 for 3 bottles, plus 2 free bottles, plus an additional $10 per bottle to be upgraded to ***mg per bottle, plus no shipping and handling fees, plus tax which was $22.18. The shipment and processing time was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. The total charge would have been $111.92. Upon completing the transaction, I immediately received an alert from my bank for the transaction in the amount of $270.88. I then realized that it was priced at $39.74 PER BOTTLE which would have made the total cost $191.40 which is still $79.48 less than what was charged. Regardless, either amount was more than what I had intended so I immediately called Pure Kana customer support to cancel the order. I was told that 2 minutes had already passed and that the order had already been processed for distribution and could not be cancelled. The representative offered small discounts which would not bring the price down to my originally intended payment. I told them that I believe they are scammers and again demanded the order to be cancelled. I also notified the representative that I would report them and contact my bank to stop payment. The representative on the phone said that she would escalate this to her manager and that her manager would call me back to resolve this dispute. I was not given another option. I was asked if that was ok to which I could only say yes because I was not given another option. Her manager never called back and the total sum of $270.88 was charged to my bank account. The order number is 2E7841F996. My bank offices are closed for the weekend so I may not be able to stop the payment before it gets processed. I will drive to my bank on Monday to try to stop the transaction.

I've been charged without receiving any products. On May 4, 2022, I ordered cod gummies, thinking it was a one-time purchase. The price was advertised per bottle with two free. After purchase, the total was higher than expected. Hours later, I tried to cancel but was told the order shipped and I'd have to return it at my expense. Eventually, I agreed to a 50% discount. The package had small bottles, not as advertised. I decided to return it for a full refund, despite shipping costs. Later, I noticed no refund was issued. Customer service said they needed the package back, but I lost the tracking number. Then, I received an email about another shipment and a pending charge from Purekana. My credit card company couldn't act until the charge was completed, which it now has. I contacted Purekana about the unwanted new order; they claimed I subscribed, which is false. They offered a 30% refund on the new charge, which I refused. Requests to speak to a supervisor were ignored. I've received no calls or packages, which I plan to refuse. I'm filing a complaint as I believe this company is fraudulent. Please investigate and ensure they treat customers fairly. I will share my negative experience with anyone inquiring about the product or company.

On 8/6/22, I contemplated buying from Purekanacbd.com due to an ad with many positive reviews about cough relief. I was tempted by their Buy 3, Get 2 free offer and checked all the details to avoid a subscription trap. I entered my payment details but didn't complete the purchase. Skeptical about their 'cure' claims for COPD, I researched the company and found 'scams' associated with their name. Despite not finalizing anything, my cart showed a charge of $94.71, which then jumped to $211.04, thanking me for an order I never placed. Suspecting my saved card details were misused, I contacted the company on 8/10/22. The representative congratulated me on a non-existent purchase and offered a paltry 15% refund before hanging up. Inaccessible since, I disputed the charge with my bank and canceled my card. This ordeal cost me time and money for an unauthorized transaction at an inflated price. I strongly advise against dealing with this company. Online shopping is familiar to me, but I've never had an order completed without my consent.

Then when confirming the order it stated for $10 more you can upgrade to a ***mg. Which I did. Then hit the button confirming the order. Thats when an invoice appeared stating the invoice# 8B5E847bF7 Buy 3 + 2 Free ***mgCBD = $249.70 600mg Mint CBD Tincure = $49.99 Total $298.69. By the way their ad is worded my figures would be $39.74x3=$119.22+$10 upgrade=$129.22. I did not order the Tincure CBD. So after seeing their figures I go to cancel the order and there was no place to cancel the order. So on 3/9/2022 at 11:10am I go to send them an email and see one from PureKana stating they recieved my order and will be shipped 24hour or less. At which time I replied requesting my order to be canceled. That I did not order the Tincure and was overcharged b/c of their deceptive wording of their ad. And I would like my funds credited back to my account as quickly as they were removed. At 11:14 am they stated my request *** has been recieved and being reviewed by support staff. Immediately got a response from *** stating that it was $39.74 x 5 bottles+ 5 upgrades ($50) + $49.99 Tincure =$298.69. Told him no to cancel the order. At which time I received an email stating my order and MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (unaware of and did not request) has been canceled and terminated. Then later that day 3/09/2022 got an email stating my order has been shipped. Time of shipping 4:53pm. Almost 5 hours after I received an email stating it was canceled. Emailed them back stating I talked to postmaster and as soon as it comes in it will be returned to them by her unopened. And to immediately return my funds to my account. As I will not pay for return shipping or supply the return with a tracking #. I also see it only states the gummies were canceled and only Tincure shipped. More deception to come obviously. Told them I did not order!
