On 10/15/2007 I went to the Quiznos on 144th W Center. I ordered and paid for a regular size sandwich. When the sandwich came it was a small. I told the cashier, he let the manager know who said "Give me two seconds and I'll take care of it, we'll bring it out." So I sat down as he helped the next person in line, then the next and the next as people kept coming he kept helping. The person I was eating lunch with finished her meal and I had not received my sandwich. I went to the cashier and expressed that I wanted my money back, I was the first person there and I should have been served before the others in line. The manager said he misunderstood what I wanted and asked what I wanted him to do. So I told him "I want the regular sandwich that I paid for." He said he could do that, so I sat back down. He then came back to the counter and told me to take the sandwich that had been sitting there for ten minutes and he would make another 1/2. I informed him that I didn't want a cold sandwich. Finally he brought out the sandwich that I asked for under cooked and missing an ingredient!
On 11/04/2007 I went to the Quiznos on 12 mile and telegraph. I ordered and paid for a large size sandwich. When the sandwich came ,it was a small. I told the cashier, he let the manager know he said "Give me two seconds and I'll take care of it, we'll bring it out." So I sat down as he helped the next person in line, then the next and then went inside and didnt came out for about 15 minutes The person I was eating lunch with finished her meal and I had not received my sandwich. I went to the cashier and expressed that I wanted my money back, I was the first person there and I should have been served before the others in line. The manager said he misunderstood what I wanted and asked what I wanted him to do. So I told him "I want the large sandwich that I paid for." He said he could do that, so I sat back down. He then came back to the counter and told me to take the sandwich that had been sitting there for ten minutes and he would make another 1/2. I informed him that I didn't want a cold sandwich. Even after that I even didn't received my sandwich or my money back poor customer service and I would not let thats go easily I put that store hang until death!
I sent the following complaint to the Southfield, Michigan Telegraph and Twelve Mile location the day before yesterday:
"I visited your store today with my 8 year old son. I had several problems with the service we received. I am a regular Quiznos customer and usually spend at least $10 during a visit to a store. This was only the second time I came to this location. The first time I left because a main ingredient for a sub was not in stock. First, I found the cleanliness of the store to be lacking.
There were two employees behind the counter. One, who claimed to be the manager for today, when I requested to speak with one, wore no company affiliated uniform nor a nametag. My order was small--a Bistro Steak Melt Sammie for me and a Gatorade for my son. He obtained the Gatorade in a bottle from the drink case located between the ordering station and the checkout area.
The meat on the Sammie was hardly detectable--in amount it resembled a strip of bacon. I had asked to have prime rib on it if possible, but it was clearly the Black Angus. The amount of meat on this sandwich was ridiculous to me, even if is a small item. It was a fraction of what is depicted in Quiznos advertisements or what I have had at other Quiznos stores. As I sat in the restaurant and ate this, I considered simply returning it and asking for a refund. However I was already tired after a long day, which is why I opted to visit a restaurant in the first place. Already I was unsatisfied enough with the service not to return to your location.
Then my son pointed out to me that his Gatorade was completely frozen (not partially frozen, but so solid that a straw could not be inserted and that one could not squeeze the contents of the bottle). When I instructed him to ask the two women behind the counter to exchange the drink, they refused his request because he had removed the cap. When I made a second request to the staff to replace his drink I was told I could not return it because "it was frozen when you bought it" by the woman who identified herself as “the manager.” This is problem for two reasons 1) the product is not retailed as a frozen drink and should not be in the drink case if it is not fit to be consumed (which I explained to the employee), and 2) the treatment that my son and I received from your staff was unacceptable for any reason.
After this visit I will not be back to your store. I felt it was worth letting you know that business really does flourish or suffer due to matters such as these. Quiznos sells it products for a substantially high cost in comparison to other sandwich stores. Your customers certainly deserve great service and a high standard in the preparation and quality of their food."
I have a relative who owns a Quiznos and the service in her store is excellent! It is unfortunate that she lives in another state...
Titusville, Fl On 12/12/07 one of my office personnel went to this establishment to get 3 orders. The "manager" was actually given the list we had written down. Two of the orders came back incorrect (the office person did not check the order prior to leaving). Upon looking at the items we had purchased, I told the other girls in the office there was no way I would eat this. The lettuce was browning and to say the "sammies" looked unapealling is being very nice.
I contacted the store and spoke to Shasta who is a manager, who made arrangements for another manager there to call back. I told her I wanted them to bring back the refund. The other manager called, I told him the same thing, at the end of his and my conversation he agreed to bring a refund to my office between 2 and 2:30 (after the lunch rush, per his request---which I said was fine)
At 3:30 I called to find out what was going on. Shante said the guy was gone and did not know where he was.I told her to find him and call me back to tell me what is going on. She did call back and asked the girl who physically was there getting the order what the receipt numbers were and the amounts.
The refund still had not been returned by 5pm, Debbie (my girl) called then at approximately 4:30 to find out what was going on, they told her "they don't do no business that way" indicating they will not BRING the refund, andactually said if we wanted the refund to come in and get it.
On Dec, 13 I went to the store, I called Shante and told her I was on my way there and to have the money ready. I got there and got a complete run around AGAIN. ANOTHER manager got involved saying he didnt know what was going on, Shante didnt have the authority to authorize refunds, I told him this had all been taken care of yesterday (meanwhile she called the police) I simply wanted the refund as promised to me THE DAY BEFORE.
I had been told the owner was on his way to the facility during this whole time waiting. Only to find out he was not on his way to the restaurant. They were lying. I asked for his name and number she couldnt give it, she pointed to a business card and said I could reach him there. It was the number to the establishment I HAD been calling and had already left a message.
The police arrived, they said they didnt quite understand why they were not giving the refund, it's under $20.00 (for all three orders) they had promised it, and are just not following thru. No one had answers, no one would give the corporate office number, doesnt know district manager information, and refused to give owner information. Shante IN FRONT OF THE OFFICERS said the owner had approved the refund the day before. Now they are not doing it. Not only are they not giving the refund, they actually placed a trespass warrant against me to the establishment.
I can assure you at no point during ANY conversations did I raise my voice, curse, or threaten anyone at this establishment. Even the officers said they didnt think my request was unreasonable, and because they asked for the warrant to be in place, they had no choice. I need my refund, at this point it is a matter of principle on the customer service.
I had visited a Quiznos, At the Arizona State University, with my daugther. I noticed a very young Mexican about 18 years old moaning in the back room. I think The Manager was having sex with this young girl during work hours. The young girl seemed to be intimidated by her manager. I think this is disturbing.
This Quizonos was in Otay MEsa near the border of San Diego. People there are rude, cold, unfreindly, and snap at you. 3 of the young girls there where talking about their personal life and one lady look very pissed. The last QUizonos I went into was the same but 2 guys were wrestling. THe management doesnt train them, and it is a terrible organization, I will never do business with them.
I WHENT TO A QUIZNOS SUB IN BRAMPTON ONTARIO CANADA " 10061 McLaughlin Road, Brampton, ON L7A 2X5
Telephone : [protected] " I GOT RIPPED OFF AS I DID NOT GET ANY CHANGE BACK FROM A VERY RUDE CASHIER. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK SHE STARTED ARGUING AND MAKING A SEEN AS WELL AS CALLING ME A LIAR. THENE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHE THENE SAID THAT THE MANAGER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND WILL BE BACK LATER. IT HAS BEEN ONE WEEK NOW, AND I AM STILL TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THE MANAGER. HOWEVER; EVERY TIME I CALL THE SAME BIT** KEEPS ANSWERING THE PHONE AND GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND.
A WORD OF ADVISE, NEVER GO TO ANY QUIZNOS SUB AS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME, A BUNCH OF MISERABLE THIEFS THAT NEED CONSISTANT TRAINING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A HAVE A BAD CASE OF ATTITUDE.

I just tried a Quizno's torpedo sandwich and feel violated. First of all I called the shop in Harleysville PA today, 4/24/09 to order the sandwich thinking I could pick it up faster. I told the phone answerer I'd be 15 minutes. Well about 15 minutes later I arrived at the shop. I was told by the only worker there that it will be just a minute as he is handling two people in line. I don't know whether the torpedo was already done and being kept warm somewhere or he made it from scratch after I arrived (he was running around like a cat covering scratch, being the only person there) but it took at least 10 minutes or more. Now that in itself was not the worst part and did not make me want to complain. I would have just gone my merry way. But as I paid, the server/phone answerer/sandwich maker said he cut the torpedo in two...fine but the sandwich looked too short, about 6 inches. The sign and ads say a foot long. This didn't look right but I didn't say anything for some reason. I got to the car and looked at the length again. The width looked about right for a "thin torpedo sandwich" but be said he cut it in two. I thought maybe he forgot to put one of the halves back in the wrapper. So I go back into the store and get his attention. He looks a little annoyed when he comes over to see what the problem could be. I tell him it's supposed to be a foot long and it obviously is not. He says again, I cut it in half! I look puzzled and again say something like "well if it's cut in half, shouldn't it still be a foot long still"? Well in total exasperation, he grabs the sandwich, unwraps it and to my surprise, he has it cut and the two halves side by side. He takes the two halves and puts them together to form the "FOOT LONG TORPEDO". At this point, I tell him that I now understand why the sandwich looks half size but I did have to mention to him that it's a lot thinner (shockingly thin) than I imagined. After all, I thought the sandwich looked about right widthwise when it was side by side in the wrapper. But no, it's alot thinner than the ads make it look. Now I know why the ads have the hand holding the "torpedo" in a bag...it's a sneaky way to make it look fatter. Once again we have deceptive advertsing in the fast food world. I shouldn't be so surprised that they got me again. So when I got home and really got to look at this "pencil sized" sandwich, and realized that I just paid five bucks for a two buck sandwich at best, I swore to give up Quiznos for good as I have done for Subway which is in the same class. The sandwich wasn't that bad tasting (it was the beef, bacon and cheddar), but it was to share with another person and it just wasn't enough. I felt ripped off by Quiznos for 5 bucks but the totally exasperated phone answerer/sandwich maker/cashier guy thought I was crazy. No thanks Quiznos, never again.

This is quite possibly the WORST quiznos in the entire USA. I just came from there, and I will never go back. The cashier had a horrible attitude, and when she forgot to add my soda to the order, she kept accusing me of not asking for it (defensive much?) I asked to just purchase the soda, since I didn't want to stand around all day arguing with her over who said what (even though I DID ask for the soda, and my husband heard me) and she proceded to point at me, and exclaim to her coworker "WOW, OCD" ... I'm not really sure where she got the impression that I have OCD ... I don't ... so unless you want an incorrect psychiatric evaluation, stay away from this quiznos! (Oh, and I should add that the manager was standing next to her the whole time.)
MY SISTER AND I WANTED A LOBSTER SUB AND SALED HOWEVER WHEN I ASKED WAS IT PURE LOBSTER I WAS TOLD BY THE YOUNG MAN THAT IT CONTAINED LOBSTER AND PROTIEN FISH .I WATCHED YOUR TV COMMERCIAL AND IT DID NOT SAY IT WAS NOT 100 PERCENT PURE LOBSTER MEAT .I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO INTO ANY OF YOUR FAKE FOOD STORES AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO EAT IN QUIZNOS.FALSE ADVERTISING WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY.

Stopped at Quiznos on August 24, 2018 an, d ordered a Veggie sandwich. I had to wait a long time, and the food was not totally cooked. There's no reason why this food is not served hot .
The last time my husband ate here, his food was cold. Now he won't eat here any more.
