Kids pasta noodles
I can not believe you took away the kids pasta noodles that use to be on your menu. That was the only thing my son ate when visiting your establishment for years now. Of course we would order it with no sauce and only butter because of my sons adhd that is the only way he would eat it but your locations always accommodated us with our requests. I am so disappointed that this dish is no longer offered. My son is heart broken and his spirit is crushed. I can only hope that you return this pasta dish to your menu for the disabled children who enjoyed it every time they visited your establishment

The food was splendid; the waitress [Jessica] was very nice, and efficient.
HOWEVER
Just for you information:
The mens' room has 2 stalls. In one of them, the toilet didn't flush; and
the seat, bowl, and floor, were all befouled with feces. In the second
stall, the toilet did flush, but also had the similar faults of
the first stall; in addition the second toilet seat was so loose that it
was hazardous. [I know this because in the past, at the FEMA Traininhg
Center in Alabama, having sat on a much less loose toilet toilet seat, I
received an open, bleeding, laceration on my genital area, so this is
a sore point, as it were.] The worst of the situation at Red Robin, was
reading the wall poster saying to please notify a member of the team
immediately if there is a problem in the mens' room. The young
gentleman at the entry desk silently and insouciantly listened
to my above, polite, report [except about my genitalia], and
even more insouciantly, and dismissively, replied "Okay". I was
given short shrift.

Food order and wait staff
My wife and I had lunch today (June 17, 21) at one of your locations (8501 NW Prairie View Rd, Kansas City, MO). Our waiter was name Miles, so young, looked like he was in jr high. After being seated, it too almost 15 minutes before our waiter showed up. He took our drink order, the return with them and gave both drinks to me, I had to give my wife her drink. He took our food order and after another 15 minutes cam back with the onion rings we ask for. We request the small, he brought us the large, oh and no sauces, I had to get up and go find someone and request them. Our regular food came shortly after and it was fine, my wife had a salad and I am burger. Then had to go again and find someone to get the dressing for my wife's salad. When they brought that the waiter also placed a large basket of fries on the table, I had not even touched the ones that came with my burger, what was I going to do with another basket of fries that would be getting cold before eaten. Now it's time to pay and go, our waiter says here is the tables machine to do that with, guess what it did not work. So I had to get up and go find someone to request the check. Our waiter brought the check a just place it on the table and walked away. So after a few minutes we got up to go and took the check and went to the bar to pay and get the hell away from this place and it's help staff. We have been customers of Red Robin a long time, but will never go back to this one.

Long island iced tea
using a store bought mix and charging a premium price for a long Island Ice Tea is not the way to go, I see why you did it, but it is false advertisment to even claim that is a long Island Ice Tea, first and last time I have been to a Red Robin. Over priced food with fake drinks, No thank you. I will never go to another Red Robin again, way to cut costs and lose customers.

We got a Togo curbside granted it was an hour before closing but we tipped extra. When we asked for extra ranch they threw it in the bag without lids on it. Covering everything with ranch. Her attitude was awful as well. When she came out to the vehicle her response was "We close at 10" expressing that the line cooks were not happy about when that order came in. Specially "Sam" was not happy that the order had come in when it did. We paid a good amount of money to be treated as a door mat. Paid $11 for donut rings to be drenched in ranch as you can assume the combination of ranch and cinnamon are atrocious.

I took my daughter and her husband to Red Robin in Twin Falls yesterday. We were eventually seated in a nearly deserted dining room...people sitting at the bar but very few at tables.
I am including the ticket, so you will see what we ordered: however, I ordered a cup of coffee, which I had to ask for several times after the other drinks were served, with my daughter going back to the waitresses and still no coffee. The "monster shake" was definitely not large, the Coke was mostly ice and I finally got my coffee after the shake and drink were finished. Upon ordering food my daughter asked if they could substitute garlic fries and sweet potato fries for the regulars, the waiter said sure.
Food finally came after a very long wait, though, as I say, the restaurant was not busy, was not hot and was very mediocre and tasteless.
Upon paying the bill, we had been charged for the "substitute" fries though, of course, the regular fries were not given to us.
Service was very, very poor.
Desired outcome: A refund of the meal.

Today, March 15, 2021 we ordered take out from Red Robin in Des Moines, IA. We usually love our food we get, but today we were very dissatisfied. We called when we arrived at the Red Robin and we waited for at least 20 minutes before calling again and then going inside to ask about our order. They seemed to have forgot to bring it out to us and then handed it to us once we came inside. Then once we got home about 10 minutes later we noticed that they forgot some of our extra sauces that we had to pay extra for. Our fries were very cold and seemed to be undercooked. Our onion rings were very cold as well. One of us ordered a wedgie burger and the lettuce was very soggy and greasy unlike the other times we have ordered.
We usually love our food we get from Red robin and we love that there is a curbside pick up option so we can stay safe, but we had to go inside, we paid for things we did not receive and our food was not how it usually is.

Having difficulty on line access while enrolling in Red Robin rewards program
On Dec. 4, 2020 at approximately 21:30 hrs. I opened your web page. While reviewing the site, I come across your rewards program. Upon reading the information decided to peruse membership. Step by step I provided required as directed. I clicked the continue button, my screen changed to a another screen that had the word "Yummmmmmmmm." The word moved in a diagonal direction (lower left toward the upper right).
I waited and waited. Eventually I clicked on the screen. Screen changed to another that stated "whoops" with fine print stated in effect something about online order. This ... had nothing to finishing me signing up to your "Rewards Enrollment Program". To say that I am not impressed let alone a "rewards card member". I look forward to this matter be resolved and that you acknowledge receiving this and include how and when this has corrected. It is really sad that you caused a BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. I went to Red Robin in Foxboro, MA today. The service was great and the bartender was awesome. Other than that it went down hill. The salads were a day old and the sweet potato fries were not appealing and nor did they taste great. I have been a loyal red robin customer and enjoy my Friday lunch at your facility but something has to change. The moral in there is horrible. The staff are constantly being watched by the manager Andrew and he NEVER comes over to see what you thought of the food and service. We asked for a cup of coffee today and we were told the machine was not making the coffee correctly. The server did not feel comfortable bring the beverage to us. The bartender had the bill ready including the coffee. Since we were not able to drink the coffee the server had to have it removed by the manager Andrew. The manager never came over to apologize or ask if he could do anything to make it right. You have your loyal customers but if this is what I keep seeing I may have to rethink going back to Red Robin. Please check into why the food quality and management (Andrew and Mike) are so poor. It should be a fun place to go not we cant wait to get out of there. The servers and bartenders are amazing but you need to found out why everything else is so poor.

Resolution to find out why the food quality is so bad. Even when it is served it looks like it has been thrown on the plate. I always thought you made it eye pleasing.
