Air ticket refund delayed
I booked an air ticket on may23 2022 with id 3829388 flight from JED- TUU and TUU-JED. I paid the full amount which was showed while booking but they did not confirmed due to fare hike They said I can request for refund and I raised a request for refund. but until now I have not received the refund. after sending lot of emails to to rehlat help ,they said that they will put it urgent and account team is working on it. but still no progress.
Desired outcome: Iwant my refund in my bank account ASAP.

Hotel booking
This company acts like most booking companies for hotels. I booked a hotel months on advance and found a better price and canceled months in advance. REHLAT refuses to refund their 'cut' of booking because I opted to pay at the Hotel instead of preparing months in advance. Not a single other company does this
When I asked to cancel it took them literally asking me if I was sure about it 5btomes before they would confirm they canceled it. Absolutely scum of a middleman business

Hotel booking
Unprofessional and unethical to the core. I booked a hotel room in Manchester for tomorrow 30th Oct -31st Oct. I paid in full but I received an email saying I need to pay another 120 usd to secure the room booking. If I don’t need the to pay I’ll receive a refund in 14 business days. Why would you hold my money for 14 days ? Then they said you need to pay another 62 AED to get it sorted out, it’s been 8 hours since I paid but no confirmation and the check in time is in few hours. What kind of company is this and what kind of jokers did you hire for your customer service department ?

I was promised by email that “The refund amount of 3241.93 SAR will be processed within 1-2 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.” Nothing happened.
Since 05th October i keep calling every day and receive the same response- that the concerned team will get back to me within the same day or 48 hours. Nothing happened. I sent thousands of email reminders to cancellation email- no response at all.
I shared the negative feedbacks in social channels and even informed the customer service team regarding the same. Nothing happened.
Please do an action before escalating this further.

Rehlat anounced a flight ticket from RUH to DXB, as soon as the acquisition was done it already sent an email saying that the trip does not exit.
07/09 I used Rehlat to buy a flight RUH to DXB(around 600SAR)
07/09 Just few seconds after collecting my money Rehlat said the flight was not available, and I could buy another flight 1000 SAR more expensive, or I could ask for a refund which would take 20+5 days to be returned
07/09 I confirmed that I want my money back
12/10 which is 20+5 days I sent a reminder to Rehlat as I have not got my money back

Rehlat air ticket booking - Ref. NWG5XK
I booked air ticket through Rehlat for Indigo Airline Dubai to Kochi travelling on 11th June 2020 and return on 27th June 2020. Due to pandemic flights were cancelled. I checked with airline on the refund and airline confirmed they had refunded the amount in March 2021 to Rehlat and advised me to check with Rehlat. I send several followups to Rehlat for refund and they never come back to me with refund. It is a worst service as Rehlat is keeping money for customers and this is purely cheating.

On July i have booked ticket through Rehlat for my family from Kuwait to Jakarta, after few days Rehlat send me email that due to technical error they are not able to confirm the ticket and they will refund full amount KWD 649.759 within 20 working days, until now they didn’t refund my money and i have called them so many times and they answer that they will send email to finance team and they will contact me within 48 hours, but nobody call or send me email about that, even they didn’t reply my email.

Refund on cancelled ticket
I had booked a ticket through Rehlat online platform (Booking ID. 1429927) on Jet Airways (9W517, 9W912, 9W911, 9W568), from Dammam to Cochin via Delhi, with date of travel being 05th Jul’2019
Since Jet Airways suspended its operation, I had requested for a full refund, to which Rehlat team confirmed that the refund request has already been put across to the airline. This communication happened on 19th Apr’2019.
Since then, its almost THREE YEARS now, that I haven’t received my refund yet.
For all this time, I have been contacting Rehlat team to which I get a standard answer that “we are yet to receive an update from the airline”. Rehlat team can refer all the communications with a subject line “Booking ID-SA1429927E”
On 14th Sep’22 there was an update from the airline that, the Jet Airways resolution plan has been approved and communicated with each claimant on the status of their refund request.
Since Rehlat had confirmed that, they had already made a claim request to the airline on behalf of me, I believe Rehlat would already have received a communication from the airline about my ticket re-imbursement. However, when I wrote to Rehlat on 12th Oct’22, they just repeat the same sentence as “we are yet to receive any communication from the airline”
I strongly feel, Rehlat is a fraud company as they would have already received the payment from the airline but refuse to transfer the same to the customers or just make the customers hopeless so that the customers will eventually leave up.
On a related note, several of my friends who booked the ticket directly through the Jet airways platform, even after me booking the ticket, got their refund long time back. To try my luck, since there was no refund coming through Rehlat, I contacted even the airline directly, to which the airline responded that, “since I have booked the ticket through an agent, I must approach only through the agent”.
I wonder, how come the established agents like Rehlat fail to secure the legitimate payment from the airline and provide a long-term refund request from a customer.

Since 2019 I bought a ticket ( Booking ID:1693619 ) , paid 1800 AED and still waiting my refund. Contacted them over hundred times barking like a dog and every time i get the same answer ‘ someone will contact you within 24 hours’ like if it’s their automatic reply. Not mentioning my several emails without any solution, I reached a level that I memorize all their ticketing team names ! All what i get us promises ! Just give people their rights! Even their executive team just sitting and warming the chairs do nothing after my several complaints got escalated to them.
Only solution left is to take legal action and complain to tourism department to interfere and return people rights !

I have booked and paid in full for a hotel booking in Dubai for three nights. On the day of check in, few hours before check in, Rehlat cancelled my booking due to internnal technical error and promised me to refund the full amount in 48 hours. Booking reference number was RGL950674. Booking was cancelled on 22-08-2022, since then I have contacted many many times to Rehlat about refund, and all the time they are giving me the fake excuse that refund is under process. I had booked an air ticket through rehlat Saudi Arabia(qatar airways) on April 27,2022. Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to change my travel plan and subsequently cancelled my ticket on April 18,2022.
Rehlat had promised "The refund amount of SAR 2109.00 will be processed within 30-40 working days from our end and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum as per your respective airline refund credit timelines."
today is 3/10/2022, i am following up every month, they are telling they have raised a complaint to accounting department. Till today i have not received refund.

NB: i rebooked in the same hotel as there was still space. So why it has been cancelled in the same day while there was still available beds? Why on the last day?

Rehlat hotel booking
I reserved a hotel for me and my disbaled son (RGL874739) a month prior my stay and received an email the day I was departing to Rome. You said it was a technical issue and asked me to pay additional cost. I did so and 10 mins later they asked for even more money saying that the prices of bookings change very quickly. I did not fall for that and requested a refund. I have been waiting for the refund for over a month. I exchange emails with you almost everyday, and all I am asked is to wait/ that they deal with my issue on high priority /that you cannot proceed with the refund due to payment gateway issues (What that even is?) and all other kinds of emails which make me even more furious. I will never ever use you to book a hotel.
In your emails you stated:
"Please be informed that your Hotel Booking (RGL874739), has not been confirmed and so full refund will be processed within 24- 48 hrs and the amount of 214.35 EUR + 30 USD will be credited to your account within 15-20 days in accordance with your bank policy & procedures."
