Regarding Flight Ticket Refund
Dear Rehlat,
On the date of 25th October 2033 at 15.53 o'clock I received ticket calculation confirmation and it say with in 20 working days I will receive my money even plenty of time I call ur customer service department also I emailed but still now no resolve my problem. My booking ID is # BID 4055637 SA/05 Nov 2022/ Qatar Airways and my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. kindly resolve my issues as soon as possible.

Payment Refund not received
For BID 1998512, Its now almost 2 months however Rehlat has not provided my Refund. Even I have sent multiple reminders however there is no response from them.Every time when I call their costumer care team they are telling that money will be refunded by today however till date I have not received my refund.
Their working system is not ethical and their business should be shut down by authorities.

On 30 November 2022 I made hotel booking in Abu Dhabi with Rehlat.com under reference number RAE1184741. I received booking confirmation from Rehlat.com for 1 December 2022, but when I tried to check-in, the hotel did not have the booking confirmation in their system. I contacted Rehlat.com on their phone number and they promised to solve it quickly while I am waiting in the lobby. It took many hours and the problem was not resolved, until the hotel informed me that, even if they will solve it, they do not have any more rooms available. So I agreed with Rehlat.com agent to cancel the booking and get a refund, then I walked-in to another nearby hotel and I paid again.
After that I made many follow up calls and emails, always promised to resolve the problem quickly, but till now nothing happened.
I feel that they will never give the refund and they are just fooling me.

I booked a flight with Rehlat wide booking id 2005992 AE 29 Nov 2022 \ Air India from dubai to delhi and back. money got deducted from my account got a confirmation from rahlat that will receive my ticket soon. i reached to airport and found that rehlat never did any booking from air india and it was not there. i called rehlat customer case and they agreed that they couldnot reserve the seat and will refund my money i.e. AED 1836.27 with in 15 working days.
i waited for 20 days and complained again and they confirmed i will get a response in 24 hours. no response again. again complained and more 48 hours.
I feel its a scam and after reading reviews on internet i found 100s of customers with same issue but no refund.

I had booked ticket since Jun 2022 for travel on 3 Jul 2022. However the travel dates were changed from Airlines( that is what Rehlat says), which completely ruined my plans. I had to bear the administration charges of Rehlat. To which I had no choice except to accept the charges for no fault of mine.
Anyways after continuous followup I received email from Rehlat on 6 Sep 2022 confirming of my refund will be done in 50-60 days. But till date, its been more than 100 days, I have not received any refund. Also there is absolute no response of my email reminders from Rehlat. Everytime I call call center, this person tells me that I will receive refund confirmation by email. But this is not happening.
I request Rehlat to finish my refund issue at the earliest

I booked a flight ticket with Rehlat in 2021 Jan (BID 3514773) and i did the cancel due to the selection of departure selected incorrect and Subsequently, I proceeded to request Rehlat to cancel my ticket and the same was executed by Rehlat as per their confirmation email. I immediately responded to Rehlat to provide me the refund details and they confirm by email from Rehlat team it will revert back in 27 working days until today I didn't receive my amount until today,

Rehlat mailed me that they would process the full refund within 10-12 business days but until now I have not received the refund.
I also called them yesterday and the operator said that they would send me an e-mail and I would received the refund today.
But nothing happened until now.

Horrible service, not issuing refund
I booked a flight ticket with Rehlat in 2020 (ID 1738701) and the flight got cancelled due to Covid outbreak. I was awaiting clarity from the airline for a year and Rehlat was in the loop during this time.
Subsequently, I proceeded to request Rehlat to cancel my ticket and the same was executed by Rehlat as per their confirmation email on 25 June 2021. I immediately responded to Rehlat to provide me the refund details, as I was not sure about which credit card it was refunded to. I have sent several emails to the customer help team with no response for more than a year. This is horrible service on part of Rehlat team.

Complaint number. 1067981.Very worst service realy worst service.. can't believe how my transaction failed when I tried to book to and from tickets worth 1899 DHS from Sharjah to Hyderabad on 14 th October 2022, and Rehlat send email link immediately to pay 199 more as ticket price increased during transaction, then i denied to pay and mailed to cancel my booking, Rehlat replied that amount will be refunded to my credit card 20-27 days, i have waited till November 27, 2022 and calling daily to Rehlat from 27 nov to 4th December 2022, whenever i call they are simply saying you will receive e mail about refund within 24 hours from last 10 days, but never happened.

The service from rehlat was good once upon a time and I trust them to proceed with a booking. when I started purchasing the ticket rehlat was the top showing with less price so I process as usual with the payment amount got dedicated due to my health condition the family could not travel we decided to go ahead with the cancellation of the ticket and spoke to customer care they said the refund is in progress since 11 months.

Purchased accommodation through Rehlat, they have cancelled it, saying that hotel don't have this room available anymore, asked for more $ to rebook another room. Phoned hotel, who told me it was the agent that cancelled accommodation. Re booked with hotel direct as they still had planty of rooms I booked. Asked Rehlat to refund. Ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud to get a refund, and at the end they have not processed it as refund, and I lost $ on conversion as they have processed it as new transaction. Stay away from these Scammers!

No refund
I cancelled my hotel booking (for 4 nights at Capitol Kempinski Singapore) with Rehlat on Nov 2, five days ahead of the cancellation deadline. The cancellation reference number is RCOM1089061. No refund so far. Have been emailing their support team but only got auto-replies saying that they will inform me upon initiation of refund.
Have used other travel sites before (e.g. hotels.com), which normally refund within 3 days.
Really exasperating experience. Not sure if I will ever be able to get my money back.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.

It was confirm from Rehlat email as ticket is confirmed and after few minutes received a email saying apologize the fare price has raised with double amount and asking if you need refund we will return in 27 working days.
Where is the policy exist before we proceed it and if your website is not capable to integrate with the airlines team and if it not syncing data accuracy this is not an customer issue and you can give pain and difficulty to customer.
So, I wish if there is any monitoring agency exist to monitor this type of issue to resolve and support customer and get customer experience.
I can see many of people facing this kind of difficulties and I argue with monitoring agency to support us and over come such kind of issue and fraud.

I have booked my air ticket for trave dates 11th June 2020 and return on 27th June for Dubai to Kochi (India) through Rehlat but due to pandemic flights were cancelled. I have check with airline on the refund and airline informed me that they have refunded the amount to Rehlat in March 2021.
