I booked 2 flights for me & my family separately for a trip to RUH-KHI-RUH for 24/Jun/2022 and there were two consecutive plans for travel where we were traveling to Greece and then returning to Riyadh and then i have to travel to Pakistan.
But i had a delayed with Greece visa and no response received and i recached to the date of my second travel and the passports were stuck in the Greece consulate and on 22/Jun/2022 before 24 hours i cancelled my flight with Rehlat with a confirmation of about 50% deduction and refund will be process within 60 working days.
Today as per my believe this 60 working days tenure is already completed but my refund is still not initiated and when i called Rehlat they told me you will receive your refund within this week OR max by 27/Sep.
Here i have a question where the Rehlat is very precisive to the count of 60 working days they should also strict to the refund due and shall process on the same day once the period completed?
I am very disheartened with the refund treatment i see with Rehlat. I made several calls to follow-up and each time come across with new deadline and its my humble request you to kindly process my refund today as its about 3 months and i am suffering for the funds and taking hard time.

I tried to book a flight for my husband last june 2022. The flight was never confiemed as they said there is a fare hike. I cancelled the booking ang told me that the refund will probably after 24 to 48 hours, but tgey sent me an email saying that the refund will be recieved after 50-60 days. This is oir money we have given you which you did not give the service we expected. After more than 2 months of waiting,we have kept on following up but they would always say that theu will send an email or we will send it as urgent but there is no progress. I booked Mercure Dubai Hotel Barsha Heights through Rehlat. My stay was from 28.07.2022 to 02.08.2022 having booking reference RGL913336, however, I requested to cancel it, which was acknowledged by Rehlat on 20.07.2022 vide Email. I was told that I will get the refund within 3 business weeks.
However, it has been more than 8 business weeks now, but I have not received my refund till date. I repeatedly called your helpline number +971 [protected] but never received a proper response. All I am told it is in process and they will check with finance and let me know on email, but to no avail.
It appears that my refund is being deliberately delayed / not processed for ulterior motives and to commit fraud against me. The amount to be refunded to me is 301.08 EUR, which has been withheld for unknown reasons.

Rehlat cancelled my travel booking and will not process my refund
I booked accommodation in Lisbon through Rehlat (Booking no. RGL957281) on 7 August. I received an email from them on 16 Aug (a day before my trip) to say the booking had been cancelled due to a technical issue and asking me if I wished for a refund. I said yes and was advised the funds would be returned within 7 days. Despite repeated emails to the Rehlat customer service team over a period of almost four weeks, I have not received any refund. I would like an immediate refund for the full booking amount of 1044,23 EUR.

Tried to complete booking for 10 days hotel. They charged me twice and provided me with 2 booking numbers both of which are failed bookings RSA943882 and RSA943928. They charged the full amount of SAR 46,308.74 but no refund for over a month now. Called and complained multiple times but to no avail. They say they have a technical issue with the payment gateway but they are ready to accept payment but no refund.

I am dr Surender Pareek. I made a hotel booking on 21st July 2022 on Rehat mobile app and made the payment. Later rehlat team has informed me that the room can not be provided at the price I have paid because the tariff is increased, so either I have to pay the extra amount or I can request for refund. I requested them to refund my money as I did not want to pay more. I was informed that my refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Now it has been more than a month and even after writing so may emails and calling rehlat customer care for multiple times, my money is not refunded to me.

Booked an urgent ticket with Rehlat on 21 Nov 2021, paid for the ticket and they never confirmed the ticket causing no ticket to be issued untill the flight had took off, I had to immediately book another ticket and since that day till today, I have reached out to them probably more than a hundred times (not even exhaggerating, I have proof) and each time they say that they have forwarded to the Finance team, even after bieng nice to them, angry to them, no matter what the mood they always give the same reponse and honestly it is very annoying and extremely frustrting that it is almost 1 year and my refund has still not been issued back to me even after reaching out to them so many times, also all of this is because of their own mistake for not confirming the ticket. I will be taking legal action against them at some point when I have a clear schedule.

Reimbursement not receveid after cancellation of hotel reservation (RGL614655)
On the second of august 2022, the eve of my arrival in Athens (Greece) for summer holidays, Rehlat sent an email saying "that as per the update your hotel reservation has been cancelled due to some temporary issue. Hence will proceed with full refund. We appreciate your cooperation on the same". The day after, I receveid an other email stating that full refund will be processed with in 24- 48 hrs and the amount paid will be credited to on my account within 15-20 business days in accordance with my bank policy & procedures. Since then, I still have not been reimbursed and every reminder sent to Rehlat is followed by a very polite answer but with unconvincing justifications for the delay.

They cancel my reservation when I was flying to destination hotel with my baby and wife, less than 24h before the check-in date due "technical issues". The hotel confirmed that they never had any reservation at my name.
We did arrive to our destination with no place to stay.
Rehlat did no propose any alternative and we had to find somewhere to sleep by our own paying more than double for a lower level hotel.

Made a booking 5/8/22 with Rehlat for one night stay 26 - 27/8/22 at Vagabond Inn San Francisco. I paid and received my confirmation the realized I had booked the wrong date. Tried to contact the on the number listed on the website that doesn't exists. After calls, e-mails, messages on Facebook. The hotel won't help me I need to work with the 3rd party Rehlat, they tell me they cant change the date and I need to speak to the Hotel Manager to it.

A hotel booking
I made a reservation for two hotel rooms on 14 June for a stay from 10-12 August in Amsterdam. I received the confirmation, and they sent me another email to make the full payment on 3 August, which I did, and I received another email indicating that the payment had been made and the booking was confirmed. Logging into my personal Rehlat.com account, the booking was confirmed at all times. The day before the trip, I wrote to the hotel to request a cot in a room and they told me that the booking was cancelled and that I had to contact the agency. I contacted Rehlat and they replied that they had not made the reservation because they had a problem with their supplier. I insist that the booking is confirmed and that it is not my problem, and that they cannot tell me that less than 24 hours before the check-in date, but they say that they cannot do anything and that if I want another similar hotel, I have to pay 140 euros more, which I did not accept. In the end I had to book the hotel from the hotel's official website and pay 138 euros more than the price paid at Rehlat. Moreover, Rehlat has still not refunded me the amount.
Desired outcome: I request that Rehlat refund me the amount paid to them for their negligence (280 euros) plus the 138 euros more that I had to pay for the same reservation made directly with the hotel.
