Since then, he has made numerous attempts to contact your customer support team in the hopes of obtaining a refund for the canceled tickets. However, despite his persistent efforts, a refund has not been issued.
Furkan’s booking ID for the company is 61664, and he has also contacted the airline directly, which confirmed that the refund was processed and should be issued by your company. Regrettably, we have yet to receive the refund from Rehlat.

Furkan, being a dedicated college student, had saved diligently to make his grandmother’s first visit to the United States a memorable one. This unexpected turn of events has not only been emotionally taxing but has also placed a financial burden on him.
