I booked a stay in Italy around 3 months ago and unfortunately had to cancel due to adverse weather conditions within the permitted cancellation window so was entitled to a full refund. Upon contacting Rehlat and proceeding via their redund process I was promised a refund within 20 days. Im am significantly beyond that now and EVERY single email I sent to then enquiring about refund progress gets the same response stating that my claim has been 'forwarded to Finance as a priority'. A complete and utter lie, Ive had this response 8 or 9 times now (even when I was enquiring about something else !). I was convinced that this was an autoresponder enail or a bot. Tried their phone support in the UK, promised feedback in 48hrs . No update whatsoever. Ive found hundreds of similar scenarios involving this company online and nobody is getting any refunds. This is disgraceful and unprifessional, my booking was made after searching via Trivago so I assumed they had credibility but clearly I was wrong. I have my booking ID RCO2221914 all other supporting details which Im more than happy to provide.
Desired outcome: Full refund as per their advertised terms and conditions.
