I have been trying to get a refund for cancelling a prepaid hotel booking since May. They promised to refund me by June 9th, and then the 30th, but failed to do so. After further promises to me which were not acted on, I emailed you with full details on August 1. You acknowledged receipt but I've nothing further from you since.
