Please note I travelled from Qatar to Bahrain by Car on 20th April one day before Eid, but that holiday was totally upside down just because of the Rehlat.
I was traveling with my family, when we reached the in front of the Hotel, it was closed for renovation, for the last 1month, but still the rehlat is accepting the booking for this hotel even it is prepaid one. so at night I called the customer care and explained the situation and ask them for the solution. they are frequently saying that the hotel is open, the issue will solved soon, this same words has been happen till the next day noon, even we asked them regarding the cancellation of the booking that also not confirmed till next day 21st April 3pm,
and At last I had a discussion with hotel team and they said they initiated the refund and cancellation for the full amount on the same day, then rehalat confirmed that with 14 working days, this will refunded to same paid medium, but its happen on 21st April, and today is 15 oct now its almost 6 months, there is no any refund from these people, and now even they are not replying the emails.
even if I call to customer care they are saying they did't get confirmation from finance team for almost 6 Months, the finance team of Rehalat is neglecting to process the refund because we are common people, they will ruin our holidays and still they are working this industries by looting the customers.
Desired outcome: I need my refund As soon as possible, with out any fail, they need to provide me the compensation for the lag they made for the refund.
