I am posting here today because I have recently been affected by Rehlat and their inability to issue a refund when they were unable to fulfil a request that I placed through their website for a flight. They took my payment and then a mere hour later sent me an email saying the flight could not be booked and that I would be issued a refund, here is the email for reference;
“Refund for BID :- 4712/AU/Jetstar
Dear Guest,
Thank you for contacting the Rehlat Support team.
We regret to informed you that we are unable to confirm your ticket due to some technical & fare issue hence we have canceled your booking and processed the refund for the amount of 268.95 AUD will be processed within 15-20 working days from our end and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum as per your respective airline refund credit timelines.
You can use your Karam Plus credit in any reservation on Rehlat website (flight - hotel reservation)
In case of any delay please send us an email for immediate action.

I have contacted Rehlat 3 times thus far requesting action and a response from them regarding my refund. After research online I learnt that they do not have a good reputation for this sort of thing so I’ve resorted to complaining here. Hoping I can get a response from their company ASAP.
