Reliance Hub Services review: holiday package (fraud company/irresponsible staff/ false promises)

1) I am Suraj Castro from Abudhabi. On January 2019 I attended the seminar of reliancehub at Cornish hotel abudhabi. That time Reliance hub staff Mr. Nidheen and Ms. Sheeja told me if I pay with credit card and make it installment they will pay me bank interest. As per they said I made payement of AED3000 and made it installment But till now I didnot receive the bank Interest from reliancehub.

2) Also I booked a flight ticket through reliance hub and I paid 670AED for booking. After that flight was cancelled due to delay in flight and Air India Flight company refunded 100% (670AED) to Reliancehub. Now this 670AED is not giving by reliancehub after 100 emails they will reply once and if we call or whatsapp they will not attend or reply.

3) At the time of seminal at Cornish hotel I asked If I want to cancel the membership what is the procedure? They said Only 700AED will be charged and balance 2300 will pay back. Last week I send email to cancel my membership and they replied membership cancellation is not possible.
