Remotes Remotes Great Product

Ordered these remotes because they had "RED" ones! Went to to program them, got bounced around a bit. My phone wouldn't show the whole page. Went to my laptop and couldn't open the programming page. So, I tried just looking up my product. The instructions were at the bottom of the page. Went to my vehicle, followed the instructions. Boom! Done!

Remotes Remotes GREAT

Bough two sets of transponder key blanks and fobs for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe for $21.95 on WalMart.com. Fobs programmed in less than 3 minutes. Key blanks cost me $10.00 to cut at locksmith and took me less than a minute to program both. So ended up with 2 sets of keys & fobs for under $35. Auto Zone wanted $85 for key blank and I still had to get it cut.

Remotes Remotes Worked like a charm

I ordered a replacement key fob remote for our 2005 Toyota Solara. It arrived a day early.
After reading the programming instructions (opening and closing doors, put key in, pull key out), I was very very skeptical. The instructions sound like a child's secret knock or and shake.
Well, apologies, apologies for my skepticism. It worked like a charm. Took all of about 2 minutes.

Remotes Remotes Disappointing Experience with Remotes Remotes: Unmentioned Programming Issues and Inconvenient Solutions

I recently bought a couple of remotes from Remotes Remotes to replace the one I lost. However, I was disappointed to find out that Ford and Dodge require BOTH keys to program your new key. This information was not mentioned on the website, and I had to go to the stealership and pay $175.00 each or find a key and lock company that can program them with a computer for an additional $45.00 above the cost of the keys from Remotes.

Although my truck now starts every time, both remotes do not stay programmed overnight. When I contacted Remotes Remotes customer service, they suggested that I UNHOOK MY BATTERY FROM MY VEHICLE for 15 minutes and remove the batteries from the remotes for 15 minutes instead of replacing or refunding. I found this solution to be inconvenient and frustrating.

In my opinion, these remotes are JUNK and their NO HASTLE policy is nonexistent. I wish I had known about the programming issue beforehand, and I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free remote replacements.

Remotes Remotes Mixed Feelings: Review of Remote Remotes' Customer Service and Product Quality

So, I gotta say, this company called Remotes Remotes has left me with some mixed feelings. On one hand, their customer service is top-notch, but on the other hand, the remote they sold me just straight up doesn't work. Like, I replaced the batteries not once, but twice, and it still wouldn't function. I even went so far as to take it to the car dealer and a Best Buy stereo installer, and both told me that this was a shoddy product that wasn't worth my money.

And let me tell you, this whole process was an absolute struggle. I mean, I had to Google everything under the sun just to try and figure out what was wrong with this remote, and all during COVID too. Talk about a pain in the you-know-what. And even after all that, I still couldn't get it to work.

But here's the real kicker - by the time I gave up and resigned myself to the fact that this remote was just a lost cause, the window for returns had already closed. So, now I'm out fifty bucks with nothing to show for it. It's really frustrating, especially since they won't return my money or let me speak with a supervisor about the issue. And to top it all off, they don't even have a feedback or review section on their website, so I can't even warn other people about this experience.

All in all, I can't say that I would recommend Remotes Remotes to anyone. Sure, their customer service is on point, but at the end of the day, I'm left with a completely useless remote and a hole in my wallet. Definitely not worth it in my book.

Remotes Remotes Exceptional Service and Exact Match: RemotesRemotes.com Review

This is totally bewildering, why are there so many negative reviews on RemotesRemotes.com? Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive when I first stumbled upon the website, but let me tell you, I was blown away by their excellent service. I had a dilapidated garage door opener that had been rusting away for a good two decades, and needless to say, I was in dire need of a replacement. The challenge was that, being outdated, finding an exact match was proving to be an almost impossible feat!

Thankfully, a friend suggested I give Remotes Remotes a try, and boy was I glad I listened. Lo and behold, they had the exact remote I needed, not a knock-off, not a universal match, but the EXACT REMOTE! To top it off, the price was totally reasonable, too! I was thrilled. Even in these challenging Covid times, they were still prompt with their delivery, and I could track the packages every step of the way until they arrived at my doorstep.

Being the complete luddite that I am, I can't say that I found programming my new remote the easiest of tasks, but with a little bit of elbow grease and some patience, I managed to get them up and running smoothly. They work like a charm and now that I have a backup, I can rest easy knowing that I'll always be able to open my garage door with ease.

All in all, Remotes Remotes is certainly a company I will continue to patronize in the future, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services and products to anyone who needs top-notch remote replacements.

Remotes Remotes Disappointed with Remotes Remotes: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Programming Instructions

I had an experience shopping for a new key and keyless remote for my Suzuki on Remotes Remotes website. The process seemed simple enough, just put in the year, make, and model of your vehicle and the site presents the matching remotes and keys available. I picked one that looked like it matches, but it did not. Unfortunately, I am not an expert on keys, and the picture on the site was not enough to make an informed decision. I contacted them about it, but they suggested that I had made the wrong purchase. I was disappointed with their response. I thought the website was supposed to make things easier for me, not the other way around.

Another thing that bothered me was the lack of programming instructions provided with the remote. When I did a quick search on their website, all I got was "no instructions." I had to spend extra time emailing them to get the instructions. Eventually, they sent me instructions that worked, but it was frustrating that I had to go through all that extra effort just to use the remote.

Overall, I think Remotes Remotes customer service needs some improvement. They do not seem to be very helpful if you end up with the wrong product. If you are considering purchasing from them, I caution you to be very careful with your selection and be prepared to take extra steps to get the remote to work.

Remotes Remotes Poor customer service and return policy from Remotes Remotes for Toyota Avalon shell case

So I recently bought a shell case (no electronic parts) for my Toyota Avalon from Remotes Remotes (remotesremotes.com). It arrived without an invoice or instructions, but I got it in time so I was happy with that. But then, when I tried to snap it together, it didn't work out.

I sent them an email asking about it, but I never heard back. After a few tries, I sent another email and somebody finally replied. We went back and forth, and eventually they asked for a photo of the shell.

I figured that would be it. But then I got an email saying I had to get a proof of purchase - the PayPal invoice. And then, when I finally did send everything, they told me I had to pay for return postage, even though they sent me a defective product.

Honestly, I don't understand why they don't do the right thing and take care of it themselves. It's not like I'm asking for a lot. All I wanted was a $25 shell that worked. But instead, I'm sitting here with a taped-up case until I can find something better.

If you're considering buying from them, please be careful and read their return policy beforehand. Don't assume they're going to take care of things for you, because their customer service wasn't that great with me.

Remotes Remotes Negative Experience with Remotes Remotes - Unreliable Products and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Remotes Remotes, a website that I stumbled upon while looking for a remote key fob for my 2004 Pontiac GTO. The selection of key fobs on their website was quite impressive, and I was able to find a suitable replacement for my car for a price of $143. However, my experience with this company went downhill after receiving the product.

When I received the key fob, I took it to a locksmith to get it programmed only to find out that the battery was dead. Upon closer inspection, the key fob itself was defective and the glue that was supposed to hold it together did not seem to do the job properly. Understandably, I was frustrated and immediately contacted customer support.

The customer service agent that I spoke to was polite and understanding. He or she gave me instructions on how to return the key fob and assured me that I would receive a full refund. After returning the product, I received an email acknowledging the receipt of the key fob. However, to my surprise, I did not receive my refund after waiting for 10 business days.

I contacted Remotes Remotes again, but this time, I did not receive any response. At this point, I was fed up with the company and decided to take my business elsewhere. I found a different company that offered better quality keys that worked, and I have not had any problems with them.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Remotes Remotes due to my negative experience with them. While they appeared to have a good selection of products, their customer service was lacking. If you are looking to purchase a remote key fob, I suggest doing so from another reputable company.

Remotes Remotes Remotes Remotes Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Company!

I gotta tell ya, stay away from Remotes Remotes. They ain't worth your money or your time. I went ahead and got myself two of their fobs for my '11 Camaro SS. Thought I was getting a good deal for $35. But turns out, I was wrong. When they arrived, they were blank - nothing on them! So I went to a local locksmith and shelled out $70 to have them cut and programmed with my original factory key. Turns out, only one of them worked. We even tried changing the batteries and re-programming it but it was no use. The first one was a dud.

After all that, I thought I'd at least get a full refund for the bad one. But nooo.. They only offered me $17.50! What am I supposed to do with that? So now I'm out of pocket and pissed.

Guys, take my advice and don't bother with this company. Instead, go see a locksmith or dealer and get yourself an OEM version with the vehicle logos. Might cost ya a few extra bucks but it'll save you the hassle and headache in the long run. In fact, I reckon if I went to a locksmith in the first place I wouldn't have wasted so much time and money. Lesson learned, huh?

Remotes Remotes Buyer Beware: Shifty Company Sends Wrong Item, Refuses to Rectify, and Blames Customer

So, I went on the internet and searched my car's deets, year, make and model, like you do. I clicked on the one that said it had what I needed and I added it to the cart. Easy peasy, right? WRONG. They sent me the wrong thing and I had to talk to them on chat because they wouldn't even answer the phone. Lemme tell you, it wasn't no fun talking to them either. They tried to tell me it was my fault and I had to pay to send it back and reorder. No way, Jose. I don't make mistakes.

I finally got fed up and contacted my credit card people and they said they'd help me out, no problem. Apparently, there are a lot of shifty companies like this that try to cheat you. They were cool, they gave me the dosh back and that was that. But I was determined to let others know of their scam so I went and registered with them and wrote a review- something I never do. But there was no link to review them on their website. What a bunch of cheapskates!

Anyhoo, I read other reviews and it seems I'm not the only one who got snookered by this outfit. If you're thinkin' of doin' business with them, don't bother. And if you've already been conned, make sure you tell the Better Business Bureau. We gotta stop these [censored]bags!

Remotes Remotes Disappointed with Remotes Remotes - Cannot Recommend

I recently bought a remote replacement for my 2001 4Runner at Remotes Remotes (remotesremotes.com). Unfortunately, the programming instructions that came with it did not seem to put my truck into the programming mode. I tried it a few times, but it did not work. I even looked up other resources online to find specific instructions on how to program the new remote to my vehicle, but I did not succeed. In the end, I only really needed the outer case because the key-ring loop had broken off, and the remote still worked. However, I decided to buy a complete replacement unit since I wasn't sure if the internal board from the old case would fit into the new case properly or not. It turned out that it did fit just fine.

Because Remotes Remotes sells both the cases and the internal board replacements separately, I reached out to them and asked if they could give me a partial refund for just returning the new board. However, they refused my request entirely. They told me I could return the whole purchase for a full refund and start the process over again, or not at all. While I can see why this would be the policy if they only sold complete units, I was disappointed that they could not accommodate a customer who had to purchase the whole unit but only needed one part of it.

Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience with Remotes Remotes, and I don't plan on purchasing anything else from them again.

Remotes Remotes Beware of Remotes Remotes: Toyota Sequoia Keys Don't Work

I done bought some fob's and keys from Remotes Remotes like a few years ago for my Toyota Sequoia. They worked just okay, but then I lost them (they were the backup ones) so I bought again. The fob's programmed just fine, but the keys would not. So I tried to save some money and programmed them myself with the instructions they gave. But it didn't work. So I had to call them up like four times on chat and some dude told me once that maybe I got bad door wiring or something like that. I don't know what that means, but anyways... I went to my locksmith and he tested the chip and it was no good. So he told me I gotta buy two new chips and have them programmed which cost me 50 bucks.

So then I called Remotes Remotes to ask for a refund and they said I gotta send the keys back. What? How can I send them back if they already cut? You gotta cut them to see if them bad boys is programmable. So then they was keep saying UNFORTUNATELY like twenty times or something like that and talking about warranties and all that jazz. They wouldn't even talk to me on the phone cause they said company policy don't allow it or something. Like what? Okay... so then finally the next day, they give me like a measly seven dollars refund for the 38 dollars I spent. Come on now, Jesus... And then they wouldn't even let me update my previous review to tell people that the Toyota Sequoia keys don't work. So yeah, I ain't ever buying from them again. They suck now.

Remotes Remotes Poor Quality Smart Key Fobs with Unreliable Customer Service - My Experience with Remotes Remotes

I recently made a purchase of two 09 Prius Smart Key Fobs from Remotes Remotes website, and I encountered some issues with them. The first remote programmed successfully, but the second one had a broken hard key release and wouldn't program. I have two other Priuses, and I used the services of a locksmith who has worked on multiple types of vehicles before. The technician spent more than 15 minutes attempting to program the second remote, but it was all in vain.

The only way to get in touch with the customer support team was through email or chat because there's no direct customer service number to call. I reached out to them, and they gave me an RMA number to send the defective remote back, but I had to do it at my expense. After sending it back, I had to reply to their email, providing the tracking number. They assured me that they would send me a replacement remote, although that was not the case since they issued a refund of exactly $100. I returned my item without any consideration for the return shipping charges. On contacting them again, they informed me that I had to purchase the replacement. The price for a single unit was slightly over the refund, but they gave me a 10% discount code.

After the second transaction, I received the new unit. The key hold mechanism was sound this time, but on another trip to the locksmith, this new Fob also failed to program. I was extremely disappointed, so I reached out to customer support via chat again and received a new RMA number, requesting a refund instead of an exchange. Today, I sent back the second defective Key Fob, again, at my expense.

It was unfortunate that two out of three Units I received were bad and would not program - a 66% failure rate. I'm not confident that this particular vendor will be successful in the long run as they sell inferior aftermarket products with a poor customer support system. I will rate them with the lowest star possible, keeping in mind that one unit was okay, and I hope the company will put in place structures to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

I purchased 2 09 Prius Smart Key Fobs from Remotesremotes.com
One programmed successfully the 2nd would not program and had a broken hard key release. I have 2 other Priuses. The locksmith is one I have used multiple times for multiple Types of Vehicles. The technician worked for over 15 min trying to program the 2nd remote.
The only way to contact customer support for RemotesRemotes is via Chat or email. No direct CS number to call. They provided an RMA# but I had to send back at my expense. No considerstion for my incurring the return cost. Once the refund was issued I contacted Customer support via chat again. They said I would need to purchase the replacement. So... 2 out 3 Units recieved were bad and would not program, a 66% failure rate.
So Caveat Emptor. I don't see this Particular Web Vendor being successful in the long run because they sell inferior aftermarket products and their Customer Support infrastructure is laughably poor.

Remotes Remotes Disappointing Experience with Remotes Remotes: Misrepresented Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Remotes Remotes (remotesremotes.com). I was in need of a key fob case for my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee circuit board, and according to their website, they had just what I needed. However, when the product arrived, it was clear that it did not fit my circuit board in four different ways. Not only that, but they claimed the product was defective and asked me to pay for shipping to return it to them. I was not happy about this, as I felt that the problems were all on their end.

To make matters worse, the product actually ended up damaging my circuit board, and they refused to provide a replacement. I had to spend a whopping $170 to replace the circuit board myself. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the situation.

I tried to communicate with Remotes Remotes via email, but it seemed like we were going in circles. They wanted me to pay $10 to return an $8.95 product that was misrepresented and defective. I asked for a prepaid RA label, but they refused. It was frustrating to say the least.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Remotes Remotes. The website promised a product that did not deliver, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from them to proceed with caution.

Remotes Remotes Misleading Programming Instructions, Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Remotes Remotes

I recently purchased a remote from Remotes Remotes website after seeing it on eBay. One thing that stood out to me was how many times it stated that programming instructions were available. Even some of the product photos had programming instructions in them! I was excited, thinking I could program the remote myself. However, at the bottom of the listing, in small print, it said that I actually needed to get the programming done at a dealership.

I relied on the comments section to help me with any questions, including programming help. I did not see the one comment that contradicted the programming instructions being available, unfortunately. After receiving the remote and attempting to program it myself, I realized I couldn't and contacted "Customer Service" for help.

I was disappointed with their smug email reply, essentially telling me that I had made a bad choice and wasted my money. It would have been helpful if they had made it clearer that programming instructions were not actually available and that I needed to visit a dealership.

Overall, I wish my experience with Remotes Remotes had been better. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I'll be purchasing any remotes from them in the future.

Remotes Remotes Avoid Remotes Remotes: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service!

I recently purchased a remote from Remotes Remotes (remotesremotes.com) but unfortunately it was a dud. No matter what I did, it just wouldn't work - not even after replacing the batteries. What a waste of money!

What's really gotten me frustrated is that their customer service team won't budge on sending me a pre-paid label so I can return the defective product. I mean, come on! This is their mistake and it's causing me a lot of headache. I even went out of my way to provide them with the name and model number of my garage door opener, as well as a photo of their product, but they just keep dragging their feet.

Needless to say, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on their faulty products and terrible customer service.

Remotes Remotes Terrible Customer Support at Remotes Remotes - A One Star Review

Listen up folks, I gotta say something about Remotes Remotes (remotesremotes.com). I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I gotta tell y'all that my experience with them was just plain bad. They call themselves "SUPPORT", but let me tell you, they're not worthy of that title.

I gave them all the info they needed to help me program my remote, but after 5 days of emailing back and forth (eleven times, mind you), I got no further help than the one procedure on their website which wasn't much help at all. They didn't give me any other options or things to try, just a complete run around of no help.

I'm telling you right now, I'm giving them a one star rating to help future customers from making the same mistake as me by purchasing from this company. Don't waste your time with Remotes Remotes.

Remotes Remotes Disappointing Experience with Remotes Remotes for Key Fob Purchase

So, I was in the market for a key fob for my much beloved 2004 Pontiac GTO - what a car, am I right? I heard great things about Remotes Remotes (remotesremotes.com), so off I went to purchase one for myself. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I tried to program the key to my car, but the remote did not work as it should. I'm no expert at this kind of stuff, so I took it to a locksmith to see if they could get it working for me - no dice. Even after they tried to program it, it still refused to work, so they tested the battery for me and told me the bad news - the battery was no good, and the key fob was actually defected. So that was a bit of a bummer - especially considering I paid a fair chunk of change - $140.00 - for the kid, so you can imagine how disappointed I was that it didn't even work in the end.

I reached out to the support team to try and get this all sorted out, but unfortunately I haven't heard back from them yet. I hate to be too quick to judge, but the fact that I haven't heard from them yet doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Honestly, this whole experience has taught me a valuable lesson about doing more research before making a purchase. While I won't say I'll never order anything from Remotes Remotes again, I will say that I'll be more cautious next time around.

Remotes Remotes Poor Customer Service and Failed Delivery: My Experience with Remotes Remotes

I gotta say, my experience with Remotes Remotes was not great. My partner and I were really hoping to get our hands on some keys, but unfortunately, they never came through. We tried reaching out to their customer service team, but wow, what a rough experience. They straight up told us that our keys were delivered to our neighbor as "requested" - which is SO not something we would have ever asked for. Like seriously, why would we want our neighbor to get our stuff? If it can go in their mailbox, it should be able to get in our own, right?

Anyway, the customer service folks seemed really dismissive and unhelpful, so now we're just out of pocket and without keys. Super frustrating. I mean, I guess the keys themselves could be great if you ever actually receive them, but if something goes wrong with the delivery, don't expect any real support from Remotes Remotes. Clearly, their customer service situation needs some SERIOUS work.

Ordered two key fobs from Remotes Remotes and paid for three day delivery. After a week, I inquired about my order and was told that DHL "misplaced" it. I canceled my order and asked for a refund, which was said to take 1 to 3 business days, twice. It has now been a month and I have still not received my refund or product. I reached out to them again and am anticipating the typical 1 to 3 phantom business days response. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money with this company. AVOID!

Remotes Remotes Disappointing Experience with Remotes Remotes: Poor Quality and Lack of Accountability

I just went on a shopping spree at Remotes Remotes and boy, was it one heck of an experience! I added one case and two remotes to my cart, one for my current vehicle and another for my other car. However, upon receiving the package, I found that they sent me the wrong case altogether! Not to mention, the first remote I ordered from their catalog turned out to be a complete dud, and wouldn't even program to my car. I politely informed them of their mistake, even went as far as doing my own research and giving them the correct model number they should have shipped me. But alas, they still refused to acknowledge their mistake!

Needless to say, I was no longer in the mood to program the second remote for my other car as I couldn't trust that it would work either. I decided to cut my losses and requested a refund. The good folks at Remotes Remotes kindly agreed, but much to my dismay, they insisted that I pay for the shipping for their own mistakes! Can you believe it? I was so frustrated that I gave them a measly 1-star rating; I would have given them none at all if that was an option.

Overall, while Remotes Remotes did have a decent selection of remotes and cases, their lack of attention to detail and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me feeling livid. I would urge anyone looking to buy a remote or case to do so elsewhere.

Remotes Remotes Unsatisfactory Experience: Remotes Remotes Failed to Provide Assistance for Wrong Key

I recently had an experience with Remotes Remotes and their website remotesremotes.com when I ordered a chipped key with a fob for my vehicle. I followed their instructions on how to select the right key, but when I received it, I didn't look at it right away. When I finally did take a look, I realized that it was not the same as the key that fits my vehicle.

After a few days of back and forth conversation with the company, they eventually confirmed that I had been sent the wrong key (which I already knew!) and offered no exchange or replacement as it was beyond their warranty time limit, which I believe was only 2 months. I couldn't believe it! I felt like they had sent me the wrong key and were now expecting me to pay for it, even though it wasn't my fault.
