I placed an order for flowers online with Roger Florists and they took my credit card and charged me immediately and shortly later that day on 6/7/22 they indicated that they were unable to deliver to that location. Then indicated they would credit me back immediately.
I communicated with them 8 different times by email and they promised to credit me back each time and yet they never have as of 7/22/22.

After many communications and them indicating they would refund me I have still not seen a refund.
Desired outcome: Ultimately I would like to get my money back but more than that I want people to be aware that this company cheats people.
I went through the same experience as everyone else. They quickly charged me for my order, then canceled saying it was out of their delivery area. They said a credit would be 5-7 business days. Three weeks later I called three times and was put on hold every time. I emailed them and they said to give it another day or two. Three days later and another email I was told the same thing.
I know that if you use a credit card that you can call the card company and dispute the charge as fraudulent. I filed a complaint with the card company and then had my card number changed to protect myself.
I sent Rogers an email telling them I was doing this and suddenly a credit was put on my account.
Be aware in the future. I'm mad myself for getting sucked into a scam and fought fory money back, and got it.

The same exact thing happened to me today I had never used this flower place but it's exactly what they did,I called the number also it beeped and disconnected tried 4 x and a foreign person answered said I can on respond with the email they sent,What losers ripping people off you could here a bunch of people in background and it's veterans day bank closed now,Said it could be 5-7 days or longer before refund then I Google it and there a scam ripping people off
The exact same thing happened to me! I have been emailing a Denise who is supposed to be the manager of customer service on a daily basis. Initially I was told it would take me 10 to 20 business days to be refunded. Now it's getting close to 30 days and no refund! I am very angry!
I placed an order on October 27th 2022 they took my order and withdrew funds within 2 minutes. 7 hours later they sent me an email saying that the order couldn't be filled. 19 days later I still haven't received my refund and now they no longer reply to my emails and I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I seriously doubt that this is a legit florist. Take my advice and do not give them any business.
Same thing happend to me. Within hours of order, they cancelled saying they do not deliver in that area even though they appear on site map to be mere miles away! No refund yet but have disputed with my bank. They will have no choice because my bank goes after these type of crooks!

Free Legal Services in New York can take of this, close this so called “Rogers Florist” and put the President and a few more of the so call “sales people” to jail before

Exactly the same here. I filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, & started a fraud investigation at my bank. I've put them on blast. Below is an email I received after I let them know all I had done and told them that I had cancelled my card:

My name is Denise and I am a manager here at Rogers.
First I'd like to say that we are a very highly recognized business and we send hundreds of thousands of orders.
Nevertheless, I have personally looked into your order and manually issued a refund.
Your refund receipt direct from the bank is attached here for you to see and you can contact me here at anytime with any further questions.
We are hard working people and we do so many good things for so many people but sometimes delivery is not possible and Im sorry for that.
Im really so sorry for your experience and if you ever decide to shop with us again please email me so that i can personally take care of your order.
Im sure by next business day your money will be back so please email me tomorrow morning with an update."
Of course they'll say they can't refund the money b/c the card was cancelled.

In July of 22 I ordered some flowers online but was told after they took my CC info that they don't serve my area and would issue a refund. That never happened. I have tried on multiple occasions to get my refund. At one point they noted that there were some internal issues and my refund would be credited right away. That didn't happen. I see from other reviews that this is a common practice with Rogers Florist. I guess they have to make money in a variety of ways. I do intend to write the BBB and the AG in their state regarding this. They may not do this to all the people and this is only my experience. I will NEVER use this company again and I will use every opportunity to let people I know the avoid this company as what happened to me could happen to them. I couldn't have a lower opinion of them..

On October 27th 2022 I placed an order for flowers, they took the money for the order and 7 hours later canceled the order and I still haven't received my refund. They no longer respond to my emails.
Same here, but communicated with Denise. I got the same spiel. I reported to the FTC, the BBB, and my state's attorney general. I canceled my debit card and filed a fraud report with my bank. I made screenshots of all of those transactions and emailed them to Denise. Somehow my account was refunded, although I'm not sure how since I had canceled that card.

Same experience! Placed an order on Oct 11th and credit card was charged. Received email stating they did not deliver to area, the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. Multiple phone calls, emails. Denise stopped responding to emails and now I received an auto-reply that they are currently closed. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Clearly they are a sham.

Well it appears that I am lumped in with the rest as they got me this week. They took my $60 sent the same email about not being able to deliver and would send me a refund AFTER taking the money out of my account when most leave it in pending status until it refunds. I would assume I will not be getting my refund back.
I would also point out that the number I called was an 877 number and today on the site its a 888 number

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife in the hospital and a few hours later received an email saying the order was cancelled due to "cannot deliver to this location". Sham floral company and same complaints as other customers! Ordered flowers for memorial service in AZ on 11/11/2022. Received reply back immediately that delivery couldn't be made, and a refund forthcoming in 3-7 business days. A week later after seeing no refund, contacted both my credit union who says they have no current/pending refund transactions, and Roger's customer service. Received two replies from Roger's (one from customer service and another from "manager" Denise) regarding refund. Denise ask that I contact her a few days later and put her name in email subject line so it goes directly to her. Have reached out to her twice and been met with silence since 29 Nov 2022. Ironically, Denise sends me a copy of a "refund receipt," but nowhere does it show an transaction line used in businesses that my credit union could refer to or investigate. Wish I would have checked customer complaints first, and it is a lesson learned. Filed cc dispute for $75.95 with my credit union and wish them luck in attempting contact with these fraudsters. They should be shut down and to my end will see what organizations/companies I can use to make it happen starting with BBB and Google!

I am sick to my stomach as I have been looped into the Rogersflorist.com scheme too. I am typically very good about checking but wanted to "Shop local" ugh, and now my husband is having to dispute the charge and hopefully we do not have to cancel the card. Why cant sites like this be shut down? I hate this is the world we live in that places and people exist only to scam people.
Let me share my refund journey after reading the stories on this site.
I saw that a temporary charge had been authorized on my card.
Called the card company. They couldn't do anything until it posted.
Sent an email to "Roger Florist" confirming the cancellation. Mentioned Denise and that I wasn't having it.
Got the auto-reponse.
Sent this reply. "No need for the automated reply. I’m coming for you. Cancel the charge authorization. Now. There is a whole website chronicling your fraud. And each of those persons may become part of our tort class."
Charge removed.
I MAY have mentioned that my father-in-law is retired military intelligence. And that he had nothing better to do than to destroy their company. But mentioning legal action is critical. They don't want to spend ANY money trying to defend $50-$60 dollars in flowers when they KNOW they are a scam. If you mention a lawyer (include a firm name from a billboard if you like), and appear determined and angry, my guess is that the refund will be quicker.

I did the same after many emails and calls to get my $75 back that was charged to my account for flowers I thought I was sending to my mother. It took 4 weeks to get the refund back but I threatened with a letter from my "lawyer" and said I found complaints on the BBB and how unfortunate it was they were stealing from innocent people especially during the holidays. My refund was in my bank the same day I sent the email. Hope this helps if people want to get their refund, just threaten them! The manger Denise replied back:

I have personally gone in and sent the funds back to you just now. I'm including your receipt direct from the bank so by the latest Monday the funds will be back to your card.
Sometimes the back office is late on some things and I'll look at why there was a delay but regardless I went in and sent the funds back myself.

I ordered heavenly grace spray and a warmest rememberance for the casket and to my surprise I get to the funeral home and no flowers were delivered. Flowers were ordered on 11/23/2022 for 12/02/2022.
I call the [protected] before 7 pm and no answer.

They did me the same way. I emailed their customer service and stated I would be contacting the attorney general in my state if money wasn’t returned by Monday at 5:00 pm. They returned my money.
I ordered flowers to be delivered in Durango, CO., November 10, 2022. I received an email that they couldn't make or deliver the flowers to that address, but they had already charged my bank account. I asked about a refund and I have been told that they refunded me, but it sure isn't on my bank credits. I have sent a five pleasant emails and now Rogers Florist is not accepting my emails. My husband called the main number last week and a man says that you have to email for a refund. My husband wanted to know if their company is fraudulent and the man wouldn't answer. I am now going to have to shut down my bank account, get a new card and go after the flower place to get my money back.

Placed an order for my best friend who lost her sister. I wanted an arrangement sent to the funeral home. I’m still waiting on my refund, on several of the emails I’ve received a woman named Denise keeps telling me to put her name in the subject line . Whatever, I’m sick of these people and wish I could figure out why I was so stupid to fall for this.
This place is an absolute scam. Do not order from them. I placed an order on 12/20 for a delivery on 12/29. Nothing was delivered, I contact them and finally get a response that they canceled the order since they said they cannot deliver there but that they are giving me time to order elsewhere... ya a little late for that! I should be getting a refund but now I'm going to have to keep watching that since from the other comments it seems unlikely.
I ordered flowers from them on Christmas Eve and I spent around 80 dollar's for same day delivery to my boyfriend's mother. I sent out the order at around 10am, and around 2:30pm I received an email confirmation saying that they were no longer able to deliver these flowers due to them not being in the area and a complete refund as been sent back to my issued bank and that I needed to wait 2-5 day's for the 'refund' to completely process. Those few day's I spent waiting for the money to get refunded never showed in my account, still messaged their 'support' and it got me absolutely no where with a woman named "Denise" and to have the email's be directed to her by in the "RE: Denise " which she responded IMMEDIATELY. Which is really uncommon...? There's absolutely no reason why this person responded to me "Are you sure it's not back under Roger's Florist?" in another stated email, or that "I took it into my own hands to handle it... and i'll get to the bottom of it!" is what typical scammers use to give the hope that you'll get ur money returned which this is not the case. They will not return your money, and keep responding to emails giving you false hope or that they'll just overall stop responding to you. Hoping this help's someone else considering it ruined my christmas gift for someone special.
Although, there is another florist company called rogerSflorist.net and this specific scammer "rogerflorist" is taking this specific company's name and completely tarnishing it. The "Rogersflorist.net" vs "Rogerflorist.com" are two different company's and "Rogersflorist.net" is completely legitmate.
File a charge back with your card and dispute the payment as a scam, and the money will be returned to you, don't even bother contacting their "support" as you're not going to get your money back. It's not even worth the time, so just call your bank, and if you see this and placed an order immediately call your bank and block the charge or you too will be scammed out of money. Hopefully more people report this, because it will just cause enough problems with bank's they'll automatically block charges after most banks realize that this is a scam.

This company does not exist it's a scam they took my money, flowers were never delivered, contact information is fake. Why are they not off of Google and how come they're not being investigated and arrested?
Looks like I am not alone in being taken by this scam florist. My order was never delivered, no explanation given, my bank account was charged immediately, and finding a valid phone number was hard. The first one I found a woman answered and I told her why I was calling. I was quickly placed on hold with annoying loud music playing...after 30 minutes I hung up. Later I called the number associated with business and charge on bank account. A man answered and when I said the reason for calling, he very quickly blurted out that I would have to email customer support and hung up on me. I have now filed a dispute over the charge with my bank. Guess I learned a lesson that not all things that come up in a search are valid businesses.
