I placed an order for flowers online with Roger Florists and they took my credit card and charged me immediately and shortly later that day on 6/7/22 they indicated that they were unable to deliver to that location. Then indicated they would credit me back immediately.
I communicated with them 8 different times by email and they promised to credit me back each time and yet they never have as of 7/22/22.

Desired outcome: Ultimately I would like to get my money back but more than that I want people to be aware that this company cheats people.

To get a hold of the manager in the exact email as others. I had done my research but this is just an awful business. I got my refund after fighting for it but also got a new bank card in case. No idea how they’re in business with this many issues. Avoid the hassle and use someone else.
This company is a scam, I placed an order and they cancelled without notification. they said I will receive a refund and until this moment I do not see the money back...

I had exactly the same experience. On November 16, 2022 I googled florists in the Madison, Wisconsin area. The first one to pop up was Roger Florist. I placed an online order and received an instant e-mail that they apologize, but they do not deliver to that address. They have issued a credit and it should show on my account within 5-7 days. Today is January 4, 2023. I have email corresponded with Denise, their customer service rep every week for almost 2 months. I have contacted my credit card to search for the refund. Today I disputed the charge and threatened to pursue other avenues for my refund. I am a paralegal and I will not stop until I have my refund.
This just happened to me as well. I emailed "Denise" as well. Two days ago I asked for a transaction number for the refund and I havent heard back.
Yes unfortunately you will not get a response or resolution this happened to us last month I'm not really sure but these people should be put in prison because they're taking people's money and not giving it back it's a scam

I too realized they were a scam not even fifteen minutes after I ordered call them back & cancel my order & told them they better refund my $$$ right back to my card or else! Here your thinking your ordering for a funeral & you end up getting scam & nothing I hope KARMA Gets them good!
This place needs to be shut down for FRAUD! They continue to have their website available for orders that they will never fill and they will never give you your money back!I'm dealing with "Denise" the manager we have swapped 10 or so emails and all I get I'd lip service no refund I reported them to the BBB and Federal Trade commission

I ordered From A person over the phone for flowers the next day was assured NO PROBLEM just to find out After I was Charged IMMEDIATELY theyare In New Jersey And I ordered flowers for TENNESSEE. Then I Called to get a Refund They Kept Hollering Bad Connection, Hung Up On Me Then Blocked my Number.
I too was scammed by Roger Florist. I placed an order and almost immediately I received an e-mail that my order was canceled. It’s been over 20 days and no refund and Denise (if that’s even her name) has stopped answering my emails.
just as all the others, i too was scammed and this was for my company. i placed an order 11/21/22. received a text that could not deliver. was told i would get a refund. never did. sent messages NUMEROUS times and was told they see where i was refunded, not true. My company was scammed out of $98.42. I don't order flowers for funerals any more. This is the second time I was scammed when ordering from a florist i found on line. BUYER BE WARE! I placed an order with this company and was charged for my order. Several days later (with no communication from the company) I discovered that the flowers were not delivered. I contacted the company and the customer service person said, oh sorry I show a refund on our end. I asked why. She said we don't deliver there and we provided a refund. I asked why there was no communication as these were sympathy flowers and there was no explanation. This is unacceptable! Don't use this company!
I can't believe they haven't been shut down! I just posted on Facebook to beware of them. I should have done this months ago when they scammed me.

My bank gave my refund after I filed a fraud claim.
This exact thing happened to me and after several back and forths with "denise" and them telling me that they refunded my money they totally ghosted me. I asked specifically when they sent my credit, but they would not answer me. My credit card company is working on it now. I never received a credit.

I ordered from Rogers florist in Gainesville Fl. last night online for my daughter’s 25th birthday, paid for it as well. Then today something told me to call because I hadn’t from my daughter. Needless to say they canceled the order without even calling me or to even give me an explanation as to why!

My girlfriend is dying of bone cancer, I wanted to do something to cheer her up, I’m not familiar with the area she lives in so I called this florist, I ordered a 108.57 order and was told they were going to send me an email and the flowers would be delivered the same day, no delivery was made, no email was sent. I had to cancel my credit card, I was visiting my friend and had only brought 1 credit card that I ended up having to cancel leaving me stranded with very little cash. Beware of this website. It is [censored]ty enough to have my friend dying with cancer but to have scumbags like this only made it worse.
This website for Roger’s flowers is a complete scam.

I purchased two dozen roses to be delivered a couple miles away from Rogers florist I called my wife to see if they arrived she didn't know what I was talking about I called them back at the florist shop they said they were unable to deliver they are undeliverable well come to find out all you had to do was press the doorbell wow what a ignorant bunch of people that work there I am now in the process of trying to get a refund they keep hanging up on you it's the most miserable experience I've had in my life with any company my complete suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs. They haven't refunded my money so I had to call the credit card company to reverse the charges we'll see what happens.

I purchased a floral arrangement on 10/21/22 the delivery was cancelled due to not be able to deliver to the area I received a bogus duplicated email stating I would receive a refund it has been well over 4 months I have yet to receive a refund. Roger Florist stole 111.00 from me for flowers that were supposed to be delivered to my dying mother! All I get is an automated response saying “We can’t deliver to that address” and that I will get a refund that never came! I’m FURIOUS! How is this company getting away with this?
100% a scam. I tried calling the phone number on the website to follow up on a refund they claimed to have sent 2 weeks ago. The person that answered out me on hold (set the phone down and sighed heavily) then picked the phone up to tell me they spoke with finance and my refund was just issued, then promptly hung up. I am now attempting to dispute the charge with my bank.
Charging for flowers and then not delivering seems to be how this company does business! I ordered flowers on 2/21/23 to be delivered for my daughters
birthday on 2/22/23. When I called my daughter that evening I
was told the flowers had not been delivered. I contacted Roger
Florist customer service, the only option was via email, to ask
about the delivery. They responded and said they could not
deliver to her address and had issued a refund. I waited several
days but did not receive the refund. I contacted them again and
they sent a record of $81 being refunded and asked me to give
my bank another day or two to deposit the refund. The first issue
was that I was charged $91.70 for the flowers not $81 Roger Florist
states they have refunded. The other issue is that the refund has
never actually been sent to my bank. At this point, Roger Florist
has refused to tell me why the supposed refund is only $81 or
give me any update of the refund itself. Roger Florist has
stalled on information regarding the refund and refused to
answer my question about why the refund amount is not the
amount they charged. As of yesterday, I asked for resolution
within 24 hours. Roger Florist has not answered my final message
or issued the refund that was promised.
Ordered flowers on the 24th of February to go to my nephews funeral and they never showed. I called the next morning to inquire as to why they had not been received. I was then told my order had been canceled ( no notice whatsoever)and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It is now the 7th of March and still no refund. So my husband calls a few minutes ago and inquires about our refund and the guy tells him we will have it in 2 days and hangs up on him! RUDE MUCH?! On February 17, 2023, I ordered online and paid for a bouquet of flowers to the tune of $57.76 to be delivered the same day. Since I did not receive a confirmation number or email, I called their number several times without an answer. When finally someone did answer, I asked for some method of confirmation, only to have the gentleman hang up on me. I called several times thereafter, and got a recording indicating something was not right. I kept calling and this time, the phone rang continually with no answer.
I immediately researched them online and found approximately 400 unresolved complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
How are these people allowed to get away with this? To lose any amount of money to crooks is unfortunate but especially when you have no recourse.

Have the same issue with them. Ordered on line in December 13, 2022, no delivery, got a email of cancellation and promise of a refund. Call the outlet on December 21, 2022 and place another order after receiving assurance that they deliver to the location I wanted it sent. No delivery, received email of cancellation and promised refund. It's now four months later and still no refund, $75.94 and $64.18 respectively, and no one to talk to. So I submitted a complaint to the BBB.
They should be reported to the local authority and maybe have a class action lawsuit file against them.
